Good

The price is very good and very clean with modern facilities.

It’s a small room though with no space to sit or relax on a sofa, but if you just want a place to stay for short term, then highly recommended

Very good

The woman on the check in desk could not have done more to make us feel comfortable, and was the highlight of our stay. I wish I'd got her name to personally mention her!

Good

The hotel is within walking distance of good eateries and stores. The rooms are very clean and cozy.

The room did not have a desk and chair. This could be a bit of an issue for those that need to get some work done.

Rooms was too hot and cramped and there was a hole in the floor! Only one little pillow each so very uncomfortable in bed.

Exceptional

Reception lady was super friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Will definitely be staying again if we are ever in Reading.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and compact Good distance from shops and town center

Very good

There is a staff member named Angelika, she is amazing! Very welcoming, kind, respectful and polite. She assisted me and my sister with everything and even advised us on the local restaurants where we could get some food. She made our stay comfortable and easy, which is what we needed. God bless her, she is an angel.

I disliked the fact that there is no kettle or iron in the rooms and I hated paying for parking which is £10 per night. That is alot of money especially after paying for the room. If I added the money for parking to the money of the room, I am sure I could get a better hotel with free parking.

Just wanted a bed for the night after a night out in Reading with work mates. Cheap and cheerful. Clean, bed OK

Good clean functional room with everthing you need and everything works as it should, no complaints.

Staff were efficient and welcoming. Room is mimalistic and modern, clean and functional. Parking good as I am on a motorbike. At the time of booking I recieved 15% off! Great for central Reading

Room was very small and could benefit from more places to put things on, as there are no shelves, or even a small table. I had to put my helmet and some other things on the floor. Location was ok for central reading but for anywhere could be a challenge.

Mediocre but you get what you pay for

Easy, central location

Broken floorboard and leaking shower facilities in the room, the parking was very tight and minimal. The room was in fact considerably smaller than appeared and the TV was horrendously angled

Clean, friendly, great value in an excellent location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have done more to make our stay nice. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service !!!

Limited parking. Thankfully we managed to get a space each day.

lack of facilities like fridge, microwave, tea facilities, at least one , or even though if you have a kitchen , where we can go and warm our food make a cup of tea

Uncomfortable because of the small rooms.

Very welcoming receptionists.Too kind and I loved how they managed all complaints.

The rooms were too small and stuffy.No air freshener in bathroom.
