This condo checks all the boxes. Each suite features a king size bed and its only private bathroom and a flat screen TV. It's perfect for couples who want to get away for a little R & R together. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and is ready for all your culinary creations. You'll enjoy being able to stretch out in the large living room area that has seating for 6 along with the full-size dining room table. The balcony offers beautiful canal views and gorgeous sunsets can be seen from the back of the building. A refreshing pool is a fantastic treat on those days where it may be just too hot to go to the beach! Situated on 47th street, this unit is located next door to world famous Seacrets and other great restaurants such as Dry 85, 45th Street Taphouse and of course ice cream at Dumser's. With its central location, you will be just a short drive or bus ride to the Convention Center, boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! Linens and towels are included with your rental. Owner supplies 4 beach chairs an umbrella and cooler and all kinds of extra for your stay. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * Linens & towels are included year-round. * This condo is on the 5th floor. Wight Bay is an elevator building. * One parking spots is provided; parking is uncovered. * Easy access to the beach. * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 48th street. * The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) * There is a shared laundromat on the bottom level of the building. * There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc. * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. The property could not have been setter described on the VRBO site. Everything was exact. The owners definitely take care of their property. The location to the Beach, restaurants, and attractions are clutch. So much to do in walking distance. We would highly recommend this property if visiting Ocean City, MD.

Very nice place but only thing we found the place a bit dusty and some trash under the dresser and the kitchen could use a bit more cleaning. Also is time to change mattresses on there rooms . But overall we enjoy the stay and location.

For our first time in Ocean City, we picked a great location to rest our heads. The condo is in a perfect location on the strip, quiet top floor, decorated in a cute beach vibe and walking distance to beach and sunset views. All accommodations were great, except the bedding. The mattresses were comfy, but the bedding was not tight and the mattress pad squeaked with every position change. I highly recommend!!

We had a few issues with a broken toilet, fire alarm and loud work being done at the neighboring condos that kept us up at night. We did get compensation for the broken toilet, which we appreciated. Condo was clean and overall we had a nice stay.

Overall it was nice.
It could have been cleaned better but it was comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and cute games for the kids.we also enjoyed the beach equipment.
The downfall for me was no washer and dryer in the unit and the one on premises took quarters but you couldn’t get them anywhere! The elevator was extremely slow.
Also the unit next to ours was being remodeled! The hammering and sawing happened at all hrs of the day and night! It even knocked a picture off the wall on our side. It was not relaxing because we woke up to banging constantly and even once around 12am we thought someone was trying to break in.

This was the perfect space for our family of 5. The location is excellent as it is very close to restaurants, and attractions. The unit, although small, is very clean and well-appointed. My only recommendation would be to add some blinds to the small vent windows in the front bedroom as the sun comes pouring in at 6am.

Great stay! Was clean and neat good location. Only complaint would be parking! It would have been nice to have access to another spot even if it was at additional cost especially being dual king suit most likely two vehicles but is what it is.

When we visit OCMD, location is always a top priority with us. Because we were visiting during the Irish Parade/Festival weekend, we couldn't have picked a better location for the parade and for visiting local places for music. The VRBO was clean and well equipped. The host was more than accommodating as well as responsive. We would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Very nice place. I loved the added features of beach towels, sunscreens, beach chairs and beach bags!! Condo was clean and so cutely decorated. It was as comfortable as being in your own home.

One block from the beach, a pool and great views! The unit was laid out nicely and had all the right touches for a family trip away. Easy access to shops and the beach. Next door to Seacrets if that is something you are into.

It was a great stay for the family! You can't beat the location with Dumser's Ice Cream and Seacrets right next door. With that, the noise control was perfectly fine and I would never hear the neighbors!
We had some issues/plumbing that we told building management about but I think the housecleaner can do a more thorough job with cleaning, my family and I used some wipes when we got into the condo since we noticed some furniture wasn't dusted. Other than that, a comfortable stay for a small family!

It is next to Seacrets....a little loud at night. No personal washer/dryer in condo, did have one for use by all downstairs. Balcony door was not locked and did not lock. Great location for walking. Very cleanly. Great to have linens and towels. Nice touch to provide beach supplies and equipment.

It came with everything you'd want for a short trip (towels,bedding, coffee, TP, TV, Board Games etc. ) and then some more you wouldn't expect: hair-dryer, iron, steam iron, beach towels (and lotions!) and small but very thoughtful things like sugar substitute, coffee filters (been to places that had a coffee maker but no filters!).
The place is cozy, but so well stocked, and decorated, that you'd be hard pressed to find anything amiss. The check-in and parking scene was great and it's walking distance from Seacrets. I doubt you can ask for anything more.
