About this condo rental
Flip Flops is a fully furnished and fully equipped two bedroom, two bath condo with a private deeded beach and beautiful ocean views from every window! The décor of the condo is done with a beachy theme that includes sea shells, mermaids and beachy pictures. The kitchen, living room and second bedroom have ceramic tile flooring and the master bedroom has nice wood laminate flooring. The large master bedroom has a king bed, two closets and plenty of drawer space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and a large dresser. The living room and bedrooms have TV's for your viewing pleasure. Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the second bath a regular tub with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with a glass stove top/oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Coin operated laundry facilities are located on the same floor. The unit is located on the third floor, so you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors. Flip Flops is equipped with all the essentials you will need to go to the beach, (beach cart, cooler, beach chairs & towels). Our private beach is just across route A1A which is just a short walk away from the front door.

This 3rd floor condo gives you awesome views. Has quick access to the beach right across the street. Well maintain condo complex and pool. Condo is has a well equipped kitchen and has all your needs to enjoy a day at the beach (chairs,umbrellas, towels and a cart to carry it all). You will love this anytime of the year for a weekend, week or month like we did. We would rent here again for sure. The host is super responsive to anything you need.

This condo is spacious and charming with its beachy decor. The courtyard and pool are very well maintained , and the beach is a short walk to the beach. Great location and condo owner easy to contact and very pleasant. We will be back!

A little bit of heaven
We had a wonderful 2 month stay, it was a blessing to be there. Watching the ocean every day and hearing it at night, I truly miss that. Mike and Gina are great to work with and have always made our stay a great one. Large condo in a great location.

Quiet and away from the hustle and the crowded beaches of Daytona, but only a short drive to access all your vacation needs. The condo is always clean and updated. Owner also has beach supplies and clean beach towels so you don't need to lug the extra baggage with you. (Great for flyers)

The location was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our month stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony made sitting there very peaceful. Just a few minutes down the road is Flager Beach with open air dining. We would definitely come back if possible.

If you don't stay here your just plain ignorant we even had a situation where we broke the window in the kitchen the owner was so understanding and amazing we are paying to fix it and we were freaking out thinking he was going to be mad but he was totally understanding definitely will be back

Booking and check in was worry free! The beds are amazing! All the amenities of home. This condo was decorated with a "home" feel. We are booking again just as soon as we figure out our schedules.

Condo was wonderful and location was great! Very, very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty and had a great beach vibe. Mike was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. Would most definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Loved Flip Flops
We totally enjoyed our month stay at Flip Flops. The condo is beautifully decorated with the beach theme. It was great to have a choice of pool or beach. The area is very nice and we enjoyed walking every day. We met many nice people at Ormond Breakers.

Do we have to leave?
Sad day to finally leave after 2 months of a wonderful stay at Flip Flops. The condo is well appointed and the view is to die for. Everything was I good working order and if there were any problems, the owners were very happy to help out. Love the updated bathrooms and new appliances in the kitchen. The deck is nice and sunny and a great place to eat meals. Thank you Gina and Mike for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

Very Relaxing
Great location, very good restaurants, very well maintained condo complex, clean pool and grounds, condo very comfortable and well stocked. Publix is just down the road also a Dollar General.

Great experience. Condo was clean and spotless upon arrival. Condo has ample cooking and kitchen utensils. Beach supplies available. Comfortable beds and furniture. Easy access to beach, beach was very nice and almost private. One of the best condos we have stayed in. MIKE was very easy to get ahold of and reliped very quickly.

Great place to stay
Our stay was nothing but amazing at flip flops! The pictures do this condo no justice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with fresh linens and towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. It was so peaceful and kid friendly as well. It was nice to have a wagon to tote all the beach necessities to and from the beach. We really got to enjoy a nice view of the beach and the courtyard/pool area. The access to the beach was conveniently across the street from the condo. The elevator helped out a lot also. Another great thing to have on site was the washer and dryer! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo! We will definitely be staying here again!
