Nestled in South Haven, this attractive house for $449 per night is a great choice for your next trip. SoHa's SOUTH BEACH PEACH is a gem, close to downtown, the marina, and beach. It has 3 bedrooms plus a basement area enclosed private bonus room with a sofa bed, and a family room with a pullout sofa bed, which provides sleeping space for 10 people, maximum. New in Fall 2022, Queen size bed mattresses supplemented with toppers and sofa bed mattresses upgraded also (see photos). Walk to Kid's Corner Park, the "Blue Stairs" of South Beach, all within a few blocks. Downtown is less than a mile away! There is a splash pad at South Beach now, too! This home is full of light and comfortable surroundings with a well appointed kitchen, a large deck for barbecues and a fenced yard. Lower level family room with a bar and comfortable seating, for times the weather doesn't cooperate. The Van Buren Trail Spur is located nearby for bikers or walkers to go downtown South Haven or on a longer trip to either the Kal-Haven trail or Van Buren State Park. Come enjoy beach days, sunsets and relaxation for your South Haven vacation! Fall, Winter and Spring season is a 2 night minimum. If you need to cancel for any reason after reserving the property you must do so up to 7 days prior to your stay to receive a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days of your reserved stay, your payment will not be refunded. The full amount of the rent will be refunded as well as any fees and taxes, if the property can be re-rented within the 7 days. Rental agreement is subject to availability. Reservation can be made within the 7 day time period. If a reservation is made within the 7 days prior to the actual rental time period then payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs. Rent payment will be refunded if vacation home is reserved and re-rented for the cancelled time period. Summer Season is a 7 night minimum. Rental is Friday to Friday. If you need to cancel for any reason within 60 days of your reservation, your payment will not be refunded. The full amount of the rent will be refunded as well as any fees and taxes, if the property can be re-rented within the 60 days. Rental agreement is subject to availability. Reservation can be made within the 60 day time period. If a reservation is made within the 60 days prior to the actual rental time period then payment will be forfeited if cancellation occurs. Rent payment will be refunded if vacation home is reserved and re-rented for the cancelled time period.

Beautiful, clean house, great location, well working appliances, good supply of towels, beach chairs, kitchen stuff. Cora is great and flexible host with fast response. Unique house with collection of more than 50 images of light houses inside of it - I would call it “Lighthouse” house.

We had a great stay here with our family including grandparents and young kids. The location is great being super close to kids corner and south beach. The house was just as advertised. Great outdoor space and plenty of space inside. Great communication from owner when we needed something.

We enjoyed this house. It had a great deck for outdoor entertainment and the house was extremely clean and updated. I a bathroom on the bottom level. Is needed. Also, the bottom level was extremely cold temperature wise. There was no thermostat in the area to adjust the temperature down there. The house had everything we I needed as far as supplies. I would stay there again, but with less people.

The house was very clean and close to Kids Corner playground/Lake Michigan. Cora was very responsive when I reached out. We found the mattresses to be too firm for our liking. Orherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great place for a family- walking distance to playground and beach which was so nice to go back and forth. Nice to have an outside porch, grill, and fenced in yard. Master bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable and not very stocked (laundry soap, soap for shower). Overall, we’d recommend it for a family and we had a great time.

This was our 4th time staying at Cora’s home and I’m sure we’ll be back again. The location to the beach, City and bike trails is perfect! Plenty of room for our family and everything was exactly as expected with the home. We love that beach towels, toys, chairs and they carry at all provided at the house. Makes it so much easier to get everything to and from the beach without having to drive it over. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. We love to bring our bikes and ride to town since there are plenty of place to park bikes. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will definitely be back!

The property was so convenient with garage spave for extra parking, easy code access to get into the home and so spacious for all of our guests to fit! Great location and all amenities that are needed. Spacious inside and a great deck and backyard. Being closed to Kids Corner was a life saver. Easy walk to the beach too. The only negative was the musty smell in the lower level due to dampness in one room and a dehumidifier running.

Quiet street with ample yard and deck, close to best playground in town and beach. The house had a great layout for our big and little kids to enjoy time together (but have space to be apart). Giant deck and yard and a short walk to the major attractions of park, bike trail and sunset viewing. Hosts were accommodating and the house was stocked with perfect beach gear.

Best value we’ve seen in South Haven for the size and perfect location on a quiet street , that’s an easy 2 1/2 block walk to the less crowded Blue Stairs Beach section , and Kids Corner. Adults and Grandkids had a great time , even let them stay up late one night to see an awesome Sunset on the bluff overlooking the Beach. Although the Beach was our main focus, shopping and more dining choices in Douglas and Saugatuck are only a short drive away.

This is our second year staying at Cora’s home and we had a wonderful time. The house has plenty of space for our family and we love sitting out of the back deck. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone and we love that it’s such a short walk to the beach and park. There is also a great paved bike path just around the block. The house is in a private street, so beach goers can’t park on the street. Makes it a very nice and street. Cora was very responsive and detailed with check in and out info. We hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful visit to South Haven at Cora's. The home is lovely - inside and out. We were a Nana, daughter, son-in-law and 3 kiddos ages 4, 8, and 11. Everyone loved the house which was very clean, beds were very comfortable (always a plus) and decorated nicely with a lovely big deck, back yard, etc. and a very nice neighborhood. We also had great weather! Thank you Cora for sharing your home with us!!

Our family has been coming to South Haven for more than 20 years. This year we had the fortune of staying at Cora's property on the south side. The location is near the kids park and it is a quick walk to the south beach. The property is exactly as pictured and it offered our family more than ample space. We ate out on the deck on several nights during our stay. The weather could not have been better. Thank you Cora. We hope to be able to stay at your property again next year.
