This is the best unit on the market. This 1750 sq ft condo, located on the 11th floor, is a rare gem. This spacious condo features 3 bedrooms (new mattresses a of 10/21) and 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining room and living room with balcony doors that leads to a spacious deck. The master bedroom offers a separate dressing area, and two sets of patio doors leading to wrap around deck. The two spacious secondary bedrooms offer plenty of space. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed and the 3rd bedroom features a set of bunk beds, one full bed and it's own private balcony. There are flat screens in each of the bedrooms and the living room has a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Free WI-FI. We really enjoyed the condo. Top notch security and maintenence, Richard in particular was great. Awesome view from the corner unit. Place was clean and spacious. Could use a larger water heater and larger washing machine fpr larger families, but that wouldnt stop me from renting the same place again. We were very satisfied with our stay!

First time at this location but are regulars at the Dunes. Views from this unit are the best anywhere we have stayed. Clean, well stocked, comfortable. Only thing observed was the second bathroom needs some repairs on ceiling and walls but that did not inhibit the enjoyment. Thank you.

This are was awesome. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. The condo was a perfect place to rejuvenate and relax. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The room was clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous view clise to water gorgeous beach. Lots of space, comfortable beds and fast elevators no wait. Needs updating in decor and appliances. Stove needs replacing dangerously eyes wouldnt turn off.

We have stayed at Dunes for 15+ years and have never been disappointed. This was our first stay at this particular condo and it was wonderful. Amazing views from the huge balcony and the condo was clean and very comfortable. It was also very affordable with much more room than the 4 of us needed, but that is definitely not a complaint. Parking is plentiful and the location is very convenient to everything we like to do. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay again.

Our overall stay was great. The vast view from multiple sides of our condo was amazing! The huge patio was a plus as well. The condo is a little outdated and can use some updating but overall it did the trick and my family had a great time. There were 2 pullout couches but you can only pull out one at a time as there is not enough room to pull out both. No sheets were offered to make either of the pullout couches so the person sleeping on the pullout simply slept on the mattress itself. There were blankets but no sheets. The refrigerator also doesn’t seal at the bottom so you have to physically press on the bottom with your foot or body to make sure it’s closed, otherwise it’s not cool inside and doesn’t keep any food cold. There are pieces of the wall/ceiling peeling off both bathrooms as well. If these things are addressed there really wouldn’t be any complaints.

We loved the view from the 11th floor balcony. The unit was spacious and uniquely furnished. There were a lot of extras such as books, games, sand toys, but we were unable to find a baking sheet in the kitchen anywhere. We bought one and left it for future guests. Check in was easy (and early!) and parking ample. The beach is lovely. We didn't check out the pools. Overall, nothing to complain about.

A perfect family getaway
My family stayed at the Dunes of Panama in 3 different rooms. Everyone always gathered in our room because of the size and the views. Bring on the 11th floor and a corner room made for a beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again.

Property is outdated, and wasn't the cleanest.
The "private balcony" in the kids bedroom is small and faces the parking lot.
The kitchen is tiny and the oven/stovetop doesn't work well. It took is forever to cook our meals on it. The pans were dirty.
The main shower / bathroom is super small and if you're over 5'3, good luck trying to fit in their to shower. My boyfriend who is 6'3 busted his head and and was down for a day due to bruising and a headache. The tub doesn't drain well while showering. You will stand in water while showering.
The small washer / dryer stacked combo is located right next to the two front bedrooms, and is super loud! I got out of bed multiple times because I thought something was happening outside the bedroom door.

Now to call myself out, and be truthful as a renter. My son tripped and fell into the wall while holding a chair, causing a hole in the wall and causing the decor to fall off the wall. This was in the kids bedroom.
The blinds were left pulled up a guest bedroom and we are being charged for them being broken. When they were just pulled up, and still fully In tact upon us leaving.
The shower door in the master bathroom was off the hinges and not able to be used. We did not use this shower once while In the property but we are being charged for a broken shower handle in this shower.
Right before we were supposed to check out, I dropped a glass souvenir, while trying to clean this up I cut my foot badly. In the middle of this, at 930am, 30 mins before our checkout time, a man was banging on our door, forcing us out, making the glass and blood left uncleaned. I am now being charged a double clean up fee because I was rushed out of the condo, 30 mins early, without being properly ready to check out. I literally bled all the way outside, and had several people ask me if I needed help.
The property manager gave me no time in between traveling back home, dealing with a broke down vehicle on the way home and making sure my kids were safe, time to respond to her emails, before leaving me a nasty message, leaving me a bad review and trying to ban me From using this site. Which is why I'm sure I'm being charged for things out of my control. Because I didn't reach out to her or respond quickly enough to her messages. Because we were traveling, and then stranded with car issues for 12 hours.
I have used this site a ton, I have never had any issues until now.

Nice place, had everything u needed. Kids enjoyed it. Balcony was nice and large. The only two things that were issues was one of the bed sheets had sand we had to dust off and the heated pool was not really heated, but those two things were minor. Overall we loved the place and enjoyed our stay

Check in was easy. Upon arrival when we entered the condo you could tell it was not throughly cleaned. We were missing a bar stool and there were some cosmetic damages that I took pictures of just in case. I notified the owner and she responded quickly and was able to get house keeping to come back up. Over all it was a great condo with amazing views. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is possibly restocking your kitchen ie.... silverware, utensils etc. It is the very bare minimum and when you have the max allowed there wasn’t enough to go around so we had to buy plastic silverware. But again not a big deal. Great co do, great view and we would definitely go back!
