This place it so cozy, cute, comfortable and very convenient. We walked everywhere and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

I received the address about 36 hours before check in! That’s when we were told it was an alley way entry with on street parking The outside was like an old shed turned into a VRBO! Rundown is an understatement Porch light didn’t work, front door stuck very bad, no hand towels in the bathroom. Shower drain was disgusting, one kitchen towel with stains on it, cooking pans appeared to be from a second hand store, couch was BROKEN-only use was to put our suitcase on it and left us with 2 kitchen stools to sit on. Refrigerator froze the lettuce 2 cadet space heaters! Needless to say we will write a review online regarding this property.

First location, location, location. We were blocks from the main street and all the action. One block up and two streets down and we were in the center of all the action. The home is however in a quiet corner and also gave us a spot for relaxing when we wanted to. The only issue we had was the area rugs in the unit need a good cleaning and the cupboard below the sink is an odd cut out and you must be careful not to pinch your fingers. However, the shower makes up for all that. It is large and has a wonderful rain head. I would stay here again in the future. Coeur D'Alene was the cherry on the top of a great vacation.

We loved our stay. It was clean, well equipped, a short walk to Sherman St., and the check-in process was very organized and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We were traveling through Coeur D' Alene and this cottage was perfect. We enjoyed a walk around Tubbs Hill in the evening which was great.

Great shower, easy to walk to downtown and nice bed. I tried to message and call the owner to get advive about the area and to ask questions about parking when we first got their and they never responded to me.

Overall it felt ok. We arrived at night and the instructions that were given said that there would be lights to mark the entrance, there were no lights. When we found the entrance and got to the door the porch light was burn out and the door handle was very loose. Once we entered the property we noticed the the floors were extremely uneven and felt soft in places, this could be an issue with older guests. The interior was clean and organized. There were a few finish work issues that we noticed, like the light switch plate having no screws and falling off the wall. Overall it was fine. The close proximity to downtown made it easy to overlook some of the issues.

We spent 2 nights at Jakes place, and it was perfect for our needs. Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the resort area, beaches and bike trails. We were pleasantly surprised to find a covered porch at the cottage, where we could safely store our bikes overnight. Another reviewer mention noise from the road immediately in front, but we did not find it noisy at all. It is an arterial, but was very lightly traveled when we were there. Parking is right in front, and there is a small fenced yard with 2 chairs, where we enjoyed a glass of wine each evening. Would definitely recommend.

The little studio in Coeur d’Alene was perfect for what I needed. It was stocked well with towels and kitchen necessities. I ended up having to work while I was there, so I appreciated the little desk and chair as well. The weighted blanket was a treat. Would stay here again.

It was cute and quaint. Def could use some more fixing up inside and out but ok for the price. Found a few random hairs in the bathroom sink and on the bed that weren’t mine. I notice these things as I cleaned on the side for a VRBO myself. Prob would stay again.

This was such a prime location to be near downtown CDA. I stayed here for a week with my daughter and I. This location really is near walking distance of downtown CDA. We were also able to walk to Tubbs Hill, which connected to other areas of downtown CDA. We enjoyed playing at McEun Park and using their splash pad. 😀 This VRBO is along a fairly busy residential street, so I would recommend ear plugs/noise machine if you are a light sleeper. The owners had a noise machine available for use on the bedside table, which we appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, and will consider staying there again if we ever find ourselves in CDA in the future.

This unit is close to downtown which is good. But- it is very small and not efficiently designed. The bed is very uncomfortable and there is no central heating so the unit is cold. Plus- it’s on a very busy, noisy road. Probably a good choice for college students visiting but not older visitors.

Loved location, inside clean and well organized. Our only disappointment was with the condition of the outside of the cottage and the courtyard…overgrown and unkept, poorly maintained. Probably would not stay again.
