The location was clean and well maintained.

The excessive piercings upon the face of the woman whom was working at the front desk in the morning.

Worse place ever!

Absolutely nothing. I’m extremely upset.

There was no eggs or bacon left, there was an hour and a half left of breakfast. The pool was not filled with water when we showed up at 4. They had to call a maid to see if our room was clean even though it was an hour after check in time. When we went to our room it looks like some of did a very brief cleaning. There was stuff on the floor, the tv remote had cross build up on it. We didn’t even want to touch it. Our sheets had hair in them. We slept on top with our our blankets. We found a bag of half eaten cotton candy in the room. The halls and stairways looked like they had not been cleaned since the place had been opened. I all lost slept in the car. I’m not a super picky person either but this is the worse place I have ever stayed. I almost stayed in the car. I wish I could have gotten my money back and went else where. The reviews on this place must have been bought because I chose here off of reviews but the reviews and place did not match at all!

awesome and convenient

it was close to silver wood, it had a pool & a jacuzzi! breakfast was included. The location was great! only stayed 1 night, but we would stay again!

Weekend Away

Super comfy bed & pillows. Hot tub & pool were perfect temps. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Breakfast eggs & meat could be better quality but enjoyed the other items.

The couch needed to be replaced!

Breakfast was good, but very average. Hours and choices were good.

The spa and pool needed more ongoing attention by staff due to the high occupancy.

Clean quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff, the whole place felt homey

Incredible staff, clean quiet room, felt homey and safe. Impressed with the breakfast options—post Covid most hotels put our snack bars if you are lucky. Really friendly people and I plan to return.

There was nothing negative about this place. I will recommend to others.

Not great considering the price we paid.

The location was fairly clean. The breakfast was alright.

Didn’t like that we were in the basement. There was a definite odor of air freshener that was overpowering. The bathtub had a black coloring to it. Just needs some updates.

Not at all worth what I paid for it. Complete disappointment.

The location was fine, but not being a resident of Idaho I didn’t realize that this part of town seemed a little rough and ghetto. The staff were okay but not very attentive.

Honestly this list could go on and on. I’ll start with the bathroom in my room, it was okay but obviously moldy. The toilet would scream every time it would flush and sometimes it would continue to scream until the tank filled back up with water, it was extremely loud and obnoxious. The AC unit although did blow cold air, it was not enough to cool off the room, so at night we couldn’t sleep because it was so warm. The bed was okay, but the pillows were amazing!! The hallways smelled of smoke very strongly. The worst part was that for some reason all of our stuff was damp during our stay. The clothes we wore, the clothes we didn’t wear and stayed in the bag, our glasses and electronics were the entire time, it was very weird and nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The whole point we stayed here was for the pool and it was absolutely freezing.
