una posizione lussuosa quale è via Montenapoleone , non giustifica affatto un ingresso vecchio e trascurato, un boutique hotel che assomiglia più a un dormitorio essendo del tutto privo di servizi e di un minimo di comfort. Camera con arredo essenziale, buia in quanto le tendine a vetro erano fisse. per due sere consecutive non ha funzionato la tv, le ciabattine da camera ho dovuto richiederle alla reception, presieduta da ragazze di origini asiatiche molto premurose, unica nota positiva. assolutamente non giustificato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Esperienza negativa, un soggiorno tristissimo, per fortuna breve. La struttura vale almeno due stelle di meno e un costo ridotto di almeno due terzi.

The location is more than prefect, 3mins walk to Metro, coffee and restaurant are near by and shopping sites is super close. The room is big so we could open up our suitcases completely, the shower is big, the staff is super nice.

The fact that they say 24h recepsion and it was not, the fact that rain from outside got inside our room. The rumors on the coridors.

Room paintwork a bit tired and bathroom cramped and rather uninspiring, though toiletries were lovely.
