The Hilton Head Beach villas are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website. !!! BEAUTIFUL NEW SWIMMING POOL NOW OPEN !!! Oceanfront and completely renovated Hilton Head Beach Villa 24 has it all. Ocean and pool views. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This townhouse will sleep 8 with a King (new 2022), Queen, 2 twins and a queen sofa sleeper. Villa has 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, carport, beautiful patio with BBQ grill. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. The best beach on the island is right out the door and you're just a 2 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza and Beach Park for shopping, dining and entertainment. Renovation included new kitchen, floors, paint, bathrooms, beds, furniture, light fixtures, etc. The Hilton Head Beach Villas are located oceanfront in a complex with only 30 units. Each unit has it's own carport, so no looking for a parking space. Hilton Head Beach Villa #24 is in one of the best locations in the complex with a beautiful view overlooking the swimming pool, ocean and courtyard. Watch your children swim and play from the balcony. The expansive courtyard is great for games of bocce, badminton, croquet, wiffle ball, volleyball, etc. The courtyard is graced with beautiful old oak trees, azaleas and bunny rabbits. The patio has a BBQ grill, table and chairs. Enjoy beautiful breezes, long strolls on the beach, miles and miles of bike paths. This property is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining. Shop our great boutiques or Tanger outlets. Dine in 100' s of great restaurants. The villa is tri- level. Top level has two bedrooms each with it's own private bath. Second level has fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with a great balcony overlooking the pool and oceanview. The condo is beautiful but was not clean upon entering. We found several dead cockroaches. I contacted the rental company and they were very responsive. They sent a pest control company and a cleaner within 1 day and never saw anymore bugs. I appreciated the quick response but would’ve appreciated a clean condo upon entering. The furniture next to the kitchen could be better/more comfortable and a bigger tv.

Overall the condo was great! Clean and well stocked upon arrival. Great location. Space was comfortable. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable but king bed was very comfortable and kids seemed fine in the twin beds. Overall great stay!

The house was filthy with mold in one of the upstairs showers. There is no light switch in one of the upstairs bathrooms. I think it should not be rented in the condition it is in.

Family friendly complex and beach villa steps to the beach. Our family enjoys this complex year after year and Unit 24 was great. Good space for large family three levels so everyone can have their own space and two living areas, nice patio set and chairs for dinner poolside. Vacation Time of Hilton Head was great to work with. Not impressed, second bedroom shower was not clean and needs updating. We had several big roaches in our unit throughout our stay. The pool area was only cleaned once a day and it need to be swept throughout the day due to the pine needles everywhere.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at villa #24. It was clean upon our arrival. The location was perfect! Just a few steps to the pool, a short bike ride from Coligny Plaza, or head to the beach with access directly on the premises! (No crossing the street with crowds of people!!). If you’re going to rent bikes, Island Bike Rentals has a stand LITERALLY across from the Beach Villas. There’s also a nice big grassy area where my kids would toss the football or bump the volleyball around in the evening. The villa itself is very tastefully decorated. Loved having dinners at the beautiful kitchen table! There’s limited seating in the living room area for my family of 5 (2 chairs and a love seat, but you can easily pull a dining room chair over), but it’s rare we all watch at the same time anyway. Or the kids would watch their own shows on one of the other 3 TV’s! The two master bedrooms each had a TV as well as the sitting room by the 3rd bedroom. All the appliances look newer and run quietly. So nice having a washer and dryer to use! There’s also a charcoal grill out by the patio that we used for burgers and brats one night. The cookware is okay for pasta or scrambled eggs, but beyond that it IS a bit wonky. If we return to Hilton Head, we would undoubtedly stay here again!

As advertised. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet small community of villas. Bike paths across the street. Less than a mile to Coligny. 3 floor layout was easy to navigate. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. 7 of us had plenty of room. Older building that has had many recent upgrades. We’d certainly stay again.

The location of the villa is excellent. Close to beach and easy walk to shops. The complex is private and well maintained. Our disappointment was with the cleanliness of our villa. During the pandemic, we expected more. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time. We spent several hours cleaning the unit before we could move in. They did a great job remodeling the kitchen, but it was difficult to cook with the old and worn out cookware and utensils. Aside from the cleaniness and the cooking difficulties, we loved our 2 weeks at the Beach Villas.

It is very obvious that the owners treat this like a cash generator, not a well maintained home. We had multiple doors that didn't work, TV's that didn't work during our entire stay, unusable pots and pants, blinds and towel rods that fell down, extra dirty bathroom floors upon arrival, etc.
Several family members were at other units and we met other people at the pool, whose units we toured, that we would rent in a minute. Will be back at Hilton Head Beach Villas again, but not unit #24.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the villas. Ten adults along with four grandchildren were happy with the accommodations. Having the beach so close was such a plus, especially during the Covid pandemic. Would recommend this small venue for family get togethers.

Hard used rental...and it shows
The photos of the property made it seem what it wasn't. Looked great, but...the community was FANTASTIC, the management company was WONDERFUL, the property, not so much. It is very obvious that the owners treat this like a cash generator, not a well maintained home. We had multiple doors that didn't work, TV's that didn't work during our entire stay, unusable pots and pants, blinds and towel rods that fell down, extra dirty bathroom floors upon arrival, etc.
Several family members were at other units and we met other people at the pool, whose units we toured, that we would rent in a minute. Will be back at Hilton Head Beach Villas again, but not unit #24.
