we thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Shorewood. The condo was exactly as advertised. A good learning was that we happened to pick the same week as the fall break for schools and the pool was packed with kids. They overran the hot tub which was posted to be 12+ years old only, but it was not enforced often. The condo was great, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone considering it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It is very well kept, clean, and comfortable. The complex is also very nice and well kept. The pool is great, it is a short walk straight out to the beach, and you can walk or bike to all the shops and restaurants up the street. We would stay again for sure.

531 Shorewood is a great location and a very nice property. It is a very short walk to nearby shops and restaurants (the frozen moo being one of our favorite ice cream spots). The beach was never overly crowded and easy to access. Overall a great place to stay and in a great location!

Great place to stay! Thank you!Our comments: - The furniture, decorations, and the layout of the complex and the unit were nice, parking and elevator and stairs were accessible and clean. A few suggestions: - Maybe clean the floor and around and under the furniture and the bathroom a bit better. We found fair amount of hair balls and long black hair on the floor. - The dishwasher was not connected to the cabinet. For safety reason it needs to probably be fixed.

This is a great apartment overall - the location cannot be beat! There is a private pathway to the beach and its a quick walk to Coligny Plaza for restaurants/shopping. It is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Now to the bad start... we received a call 3 hours before check-in on Sat saying the dishwasher was broken and could only be fixed on Mon. The property management company apologized and said they would provide us with a discount for the stay. What we did not realize is that when we got there, the cabinets were partly disassembled and the dishwasher was in the middle of the kitchen limiting access (with dirty kitchen towels all on the ground). The tech came on Mon to fix the issue but never re-attached it to the counter so it was very unstable and we had to clean up after him (old parts just left on counter). I understand things break but even after telling them what happened, the property management company never followed up again and I am still waiting for the discount they promised.

Rental is in an amazing location! Would highly recommend. However, unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Having to pay over $100 cleaning fee for a dusty unit is very disappointing. Love how unit is decorated and the view was wonderful. The included beach chairs were very high quality. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a facelift. Perhaps include a handheld vacuum to quickly clean up sand throughout one’s stay in the unit. We plan to return next year, but hoping for a more thorough cleaning.

Beautiful, well appointed condo right in the heart of Coligny Plaza and Forest Beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, which was great for our 18 and 21 year olds who didn't want to hang out with Mom, Dad and Grammy!

Another amazing Shorewood stay
We loved our stay at Shorewood! This place was amazing! The decor was just the right amount of "beach vibe" without going over board. Everything was clean and perfect. Great view of the ocean from the balcony which was very important to me. Easy walk to Coligny Park. Only negative is that a lot of light comes into the bedrooms at night so if that bothers you, bring eye shades for sleeping. Will stay again!

A friend from high school and I enjoyed a week at 531 Shorewood. The villa was very clean, had all of the amenities, only a short walk to the beach, and THAT VIEW! The view was o e of the most important aspects of why I chose this unit. Being the top floor provided a wonderful view where we enjoyed every morning and evening. Loved proximity to Coligny Plaza. Convenient and quiet. Already planning to stay there again same time next year.
