About this condo rental
Located in South Forest Beach, this lovely condo for $581 per night is a great choice for your next break. This beautiful, totally renovated, ground floor, direct oceanfront villa features comfortable living space to relax and enjoy one of the world's top 10 rated beaches. We have just completed a total renovation to include all new flooring, shiplap ceilings, carpeting, granite counter tops, appliances, cabinetry, furnishings, bedding, and baths. The Living Room includes: flat screen tv, and dvd player. Check out our new dining table and chairs that will seat 7. The well stocked kitchen includes a full size, stack washer and dryer for your convenience. Our master bedroom includes a king sized bed, flat screen tv, dvd player and private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, flat screen tv, and dvd player. The guest bath features a tub/shower combination. Telephone, cable and Wi-Fi are included for your convenience. Maximum (2) Parking Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony, which can be accessed through the living room or master bedroom. You couldn't find a better seat!!! This private, gated community features a brand new pool complex to include a zero entry pool, hot tub and restrooms. The Shorewood pool is heated, seasonally. Relax by the pool or explore one of the top rated beaches in the world thru Shorewood's private gated access. Be sure to visit Coligny Plaza for your grocery shopping and pharmacy needs. While you are there, be sure to explore the specialty shops and restaurants. Also, located within a few blocks is Van Der Meer Tennis Center and workout facility. Rent bicycles from Riding Tiger Bike Rentals. Ask me the details when you book. Explore the endless bike paths where you are sure to spot an alligator sunning on one of the many scenic lagoons located throughout Hilton Head. Alligators are dangerous and you should not approach them or feed them. Once you experience our Shorewood Villa, you will be sure to make it your vacation destination for many years to come. Linens are provided. Upon booking ask for sofa linens. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Noise Regulations for the Town of Hilton Head Island: A. In the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, it is unlawful to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes and public places (Title 17, Chapter 4, Town Code); and B. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., though town noise regulations are in force twenty-four (24) hours each day (Title 17, Chapter 4, Town Code. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

The pool and hot tubs were in great shape and there was plenty of furniture so finding a place to sit was never a problem.
The owner, Deb, got back to us quickly and did a great job answering our questions (recommendations for places to eat, specific questions about items that were provided - whether or not a Keurig coffee maker was available - it is, etc.). Her attention to detail contributed to make our experience absolutely enjoyable!

We had an exceptional experience! The villa was wonderful from all perspectives - excellent location, nicely appointed and updated, terrific communications from the owner, perfectly located with respect to the pool, a very short walk to the beach, and a nice view facing the ocean. The pool and hot tubs were in great shape and there was plenty of furniture so finding a place to sit was never a problem.
The owner, Deb, got back to us quickly and did a great job answering our questions (recommendations for places to eat, specific questions about items that were provided - whether or not a Keurig coffee maker was available - it is, etc.). Her attention to detail contributed to make our experience absolutely enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay very much; the condo had everything we needed for cooking and even toys and a chair for the beach. The location can’t be beat - only a quick 2min walk to the beach and 5mins to Coligny. The condo also had a standing fan for the guest room and tabletop fan for the master, which helped keep us cool at night despite not having ceiling fans. No issues with anything (no bugs, no leaky faucets, etc.). It feels like there’s always something that goes wrong, but this place was perfect; loved everything!

What a wonderful vacation! The villa was exactly as described - clean, fresh, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. We rode bikes to Coligny Circle and Independence Park, hosted many meals for other family members who were staying down the street, slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. The beach was right outside our back door, just a few steps away, and we spent lots of time there. It was great to be so close - we would sleep in and be lazy on the dreary mornings but head to the beach for the late afternoon/evenings and have a great time with most of the beach to ourselves. Deb was great about checking in, although we didn't need anything. Thanks so much for having us!

This was by far our favorite condo yet! Our family has visited HHI several times and the location is great. Teens can walk to Coligny Square on their own and have some independence. The view is great and having the 1st floor walk out was very convient to get to beach and pool.

What a wonderful vacation! The villa was exactly as described - clean, fresh, beautifully furnished and in a perfect location. Wonderful week in an adorable condo!
We both had a couple of injuries this year so we decided to get a first floor condo. We were pleasantly surprised to still have a really nice view of the ocean as well as of the beautiful lawn with lots of bunnies. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Great location to everything! We rebooked for next year!

Pool was beautiful and perfect for young children to utilize. Low Country Celebration park is very close to condo complex, walkable distance, park is perfect for children and absolutely stunning. My husband and I stayed for spring break with our 8 yr old dtr. This condo is very close to the heated pool and just a short walk to the ocean. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything! It was nice having 2 bathrooms as well!
