Step out on the balcony to sit & relax, grill on the gas BBQ while enjoying the glimpse of the Gulf. But wait, that's not all this home has to offer! It has a heated pool & spa, game room with tiki-bar, and not to mention the free trolley service Anna Maria Island offers. So, park your car; you won't have to use it for your entire stay! Costa Lotta is your home away from home beach rental for your vacation needs that you will remember forever! With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following: Per Guest: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth, 1 Pool/Beach Towel Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Bedroom 2 is located on the third floor and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite top vanity. Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and features a queen-size bed, twin daybed with pull-out twin, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo and granite top vanity. 1/2 Bathroom centrally located on the second floor. 1/2 bathroom located on the first floor by the game room. This property comfortably accommodates a group of 6. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. This is our 2nd time to stay in this beautiful home! It is equipped with everything you would need!! A few steps to the beach, shopping, great grocery stores and lots of options for eating out. The house is big enough to provide privacy for all. The pool and hot tub are perfect, outdoor umbrellas and tables etc......we will be back :)

Great house! Elevator was wonderful. House was well equipped!!! Appliances worked well. Location was wonderful—close to beach, Publix, drug stores, restaurants and the trolley was nearby. Close to marina—where we had our boat. Our only complaint—pool was not clean. Enjoyed our stay!

This was our first time visiting AMI and we will be back. Costa Lotta was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and felt so homey.

This is the best place we have ever stayed! It had everything you need and the location was so close to the beach. We walked down to the beach every night to see the sunset, Beautiful! The house was so clean. Owners were great to work with. They were very attentive, got back to us within minutes when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again! It was awesome!

Great location we loved the beach and all of the amenities that were offered to make going to the beach amazing! The house was perfect for 3 couples as we each had our own areas. The kitchen and patio off of the kitchen was well used! The pool and bar area were GREAT!! Just loved it all!! Huge suggestion moving forward…. Carpets HAVE to go! Walking in you can smell the musty beach smell and the house could totally use a great LVP throughout!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is beatuiful inside and out. Very spacious and up to date. The kids lived the game room, we all loved the pool. Being only steps from the beach was awesome. The owners were exceptional with communication. Any request we had was answered and acted on very quickly. We loved Anna Maria Island and look forward to booking Costa Lotta again.

The property was absolutely wonderful. It had everything that we could possibly want or need. It was steps to the beach and very central to everything on the island. Working with Donna was wonderful as well. She made the process so very easy. Thank you to everyone involved. Definitely plan on rebooking this amazing house.

This home is fantastic. Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week here. Photos don’t do the house justice. Modern up to date appliances and interior decorating. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and just a few short steps to the beach. Of course the pool and spa were the highlights of our grandchildren! Highly recommend this home, not only for the home, but the owners were wonderful fo work with. Will definitely book again if/when we return to AMI!

The home is in a great location - so close to the beach! The children enjoyed the pool as well as the foosball & pool tables. The kitchen is well equipped and overall the home was very comfortable. I didn't think we would use the upstairs balcony but we did repeatedly, and it had a great view of the ocean. The owners were very easy to work with and all emails were promptly replied to. They provided a great deal of information about the area including dining and activities. I would highly recommend this rental.

The house is exactly like the pictures show. Soo close to the beach!! We absolutely loved how close it was! Went for walks in the morning, and evening. With 2 kiddos there, going to the beach was no problem

This house has it all! Master bed was so comfy, master shower was the best! Easy walk to the beach. Was nice to spend late afternoons back at the pool. Location was excellent! Had a few small issues, property manager very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again! Loved AMI!

Excellent property, very close to beach. Lovely pool and spa. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Two teens and 10 yo enjoyed having upper floor to themselves. Husband and I enjoyed quiet, private master suite. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Even though it rained most evenings, we were able to still have fun during the storms with the game room and watching movies on large tv in living room. Holmes Beach is a lovely town and the beach is AMAZING! Will definitely return!
