Great hotel, excellent staff

Incredibly comfortable bed in a really nice room. I didn't get the name of the woman working at reception but she was amazing. She kept checking in on us after my partner was sick and when we were running late for our bus on the last morning she handled everything, organized the taxi for us and had us out as quick as she could, even giving us water bottles for the bus. Great hotel with wonderful staff, would really recommend.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Das Frühstück sah auch sehr gut aus

Best hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam so far! 10/10

Everything! The hotel was lovely and clean. We had a bath and a shower which was great. The room was big and the bed was so comfy with lovely sheets and amazing pillows. We had breakfast on the last day and regret not getting it every day as it was so tasty they had lots of choice and a cooked menu option. The poached eggs were perfect. Amazing value for money!

Nothing, it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far in Vietnam.

Awesome rooms and service.

Exceptional rooms which were large, had a really nice bed and included very nice bathrooms. Breakfast was outstanding and the service was great and always with a smile. There were some really good restaurants close by.

Tolles Hotel in Sapa & nicht mitten im Trubel. Gutes Frphstück. Vor allem die Rezeptionistln war super lieb & hat uns toll mit allem geholfen: Wäsche, Massage, Ausflugstipps.

Mooi en comfortabel verblijf, met zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

De familie kamer die we hadden geboekt was zeer mooi, groot en comfortabel. Kamer heeft goede bedden en beide complete badkamers hadden een fijne douche en goede faciliteiten. Ontbijt is goed en je hebt voldoende keus. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze proberen echt alles te doen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Ondanks dat het hotel buiten het centrum ligt, is er veel verkeer en zoals in heel Vietnam wordt er veel gebruik gemaakt van de claxon en luidruchtige scooter en motor geluiden op de vroege ochtend.

Buvome užsisakę šį viešbutį Sapoje, bet vietos jame negavome. Buvo pasiūlytas viešbutis netoliese " My boutique gallery & spa". Tokio pakeitimo esmė liko mums neaiški. Lyg paaiškino, kad nori mums pasiūlyti viešbutį, kuriame pusryčius gausime neišėję iš pastato t.y. ten pat. O iš šito lyg reiktų eiti pusryčiauti į aną. Labai keistai nuskambėjo pasiūlymas, nes užsakyme tikrai buvo nurodyti pusryčiai vietoj. Bet anyway... buvome palydėti į kitą. Kambarys tipo geresnis. Su vaizdu į kalnus. Mums jis nepasirodė geresnis (sprendžiant iš užsakymo nuotraukų). Personalas buvo labai malonus. Pusryčiai vidutiniški. Alkani tikrai neliksite. Pasirinkimas yra. Viešbučio dislokacija nėra labai puiki, bet viešbutis nėra ir toli centro (apie pora kilometrų). Vienu žodžiu viskas neblogai.

Didelė drėgmė kambaryje - užuolaidos net prilipę prie šlapio lango stiklo. Ne pro šalį viešbučiui renovacija.

Not worth the money considering damp and dust in rooms compared to other hotels in the area

Location was good, out of the town so not as noisy as staying in Sa Pa would be. Staff were helpful with a map and booking taxis etc.

Extremely dusty (lockers, wardrobe etc not cleaned properly for what seemed like and exceptionally long time). Pillows and duvet smelled extremely damp.

Very enjoyable with great service

Very nice hotel, a little bit south of the main area which means it was nicely a bit quieter. Staff are great and very helpful, I would definitely stay here again

Cama muy muy cómoda 😃

La ubicación es buena ya que está a 10 minutos del centro caminando y así se evita el ruido del tráfico. Nos facilitaron el alquiler de una moto para poder movernos.

Super nettes Hotel mit viel Charme

Das Boutique Hotel kümmert sich 100% um seine Gäste. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt wenn es möglich ist. Man spürt das hier ein neuer Besitzer das sagen hat, vorbildlich in jeder Hinsicht . Etwas welches wir im hintersten Eck im Norden Vietnams nicht erwartet haben.

Highly recommended in Sala.

The premises were very clean and well maintained and rooms cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate any request and needs. Beds are very much comfy and the shower works perfectly.

Nothing really, everything went well. It is not exactly in the city centre but it wasn’t an issue for us, since you could easily walk there and the street is full with bars and shops. Rooms are probably a bit small if you carry a big backpack/luggage with you.

Renovated hotel with helpfull stuff

The hotel is new, was renovated lately, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was very rich.

사파광장 중심에서 약간 아래쪽에 위치하지만 시끄럽지않고 조용해서 좋습니다. 직원들이 너~무 친절했구요 (완전 완전) 객실도 넓고 깨끗하고 침구도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 조식도 단품메뉴 주문 가능하고 빵, 과일, 주스도 맛있었어요 사파 숙소로 정말 강추합니다

Leider nicht wie erhofft.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage war abseits vom Trubel und trotzdem zentral.

Man hat leider schon beim Betreten des Hotels den muffigen Geruch bemerkt, der auch durch den aufgestellten Raumduft nicht übertüncht werden konnte. Der Eindruck setzte sich leider auch im sehr kleinen Zimmer fort. Den Schimmel im Bad (das Fenster ließ sich auch nicht öffnen) konnte man nicht übersehen, der Geruch war auch hier entsprechend muffig. Das Frühstück wurde in einem benachbarten Hotel serviert.

Best stay in Vietnam so far! Only recommendation would be to improve WiFi

Friendly, amazing staff. The room was very clean and cosy. Most comfortable stay in Vietnam so far! The lovely reception woman offered to move us from the second floor to the top floor on our second day because a big group were leaving. Very satisfied with the room and the service.

We had problems with the WiFi. Both me and my partner work remotely, but this wasn't possible on the WiFi here. Luckily, I had a local SIM card and had acceptable internet speeds using my phone hotspot. Only improvement I would suggest for this hotel is to consider looking into the WiFi. However, Sapa is more geared towards short term tourists than digital nomads, so this can be understood and forgiven.
