You'll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Flat Screen Cable TV. Lovely Custom Doors lead to the spacious Ocean View Furnished Balcony - can't you just hear Mother Ocean now? What a great place to watch the Sunrise over the Ocean, or sip a glass of Pinot as it slips into the Bay at the day's end. Perfect spot for a few moms to take their teen daughters for a getaway! Safe, close to the beach and great restaurants, spacious. Limited on mirrors which can be difficult with 8 women/teens and the bunk room was smaller than expected from the photos.

The house needs some serious updating and could have been cleaned better. The downstairs was okay, but the bedrooms are filthy (carpets and walls). When we arrived the beds were made with sheets. However, the comforters and pillows were thrown in a pile on the floor in the closets. We couldn't tell if they were clean or not so we had to stay up until 2AM waiting to rewash all of the bed comforters before we felt comfortable enough to sleep in them. We also found two bags of weed in one of the rooms bed sheets - so clearly they weren't cleaned. (We added the linen package to our stay so that was concerning). We reached out about our concerns and they didn't get back to us until the day we checked out so "there was nothing they could do at that point". I would never book this spot again...just being honest.

We had a nice stay. The property had plenty of room for our family. We liked having the extra room with the tv downstairs for the kids to play separate from the main living area.

With check-in at 5:00 and check out at 9:00- you lose an entire day of the week you are paying for. The reason given was for additional Covid Cleaning; the floors, carpets, and furniture in this unit was filthy so I’m not sure how that makes any sense. We had a 15 month old crawling around and everything we put on him was filthy within 20 minutes. That was even AFTER the cleaners came back and redid the floor. I love the location but this unit needs new furniture and needs to have much better cleaning done. Too bad because the location and layout of unit is great for my family.

This is a very nice property located only 1/2 block from the ocean and within walking distance of about anything you would want. Fine dining, adult beverage establishments, fun for the children, etc...We would definitely stay there again and will recommend the property to others.

We had a great week! Great location, close to everything. Right across the street from the convention center. Close to the bus stop and steps from the beach. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great for 3 couples. Property was very spacious and the deck was great with an ocean view! Would definitely recommend!
