Perfect property! Exquisitely beautiful and maintained. The hosts were wonderful from when we first booked and also in following up.
Upon walking through the front door you get the feel you could step straight out to the gulf. It is conveniently located and away from the crowds of Destin. We particularly loved the building was small and not a mega property. Easy to get to the beach and amazing sunrise and sunset views.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The ocean views were very nice and the quietness of the area was relaxing. The condo is as beautiful as in the pictures and communication with the owners was very quick and helpful. We will most certainly stay here again if in the area.

We really enjoyed this condo for a mother/daughter getaway Sep ‘23. The Palms is conveniently located to all that Destin has to offer, with a more private setting on the beautiful gulf. It doesn’t get much better than emerald water, powder white sand and beach service. The condo was clean, updated and just as described in the listing. David & Olga were fast to respond and kept us informed on everything pertaining to our stay. We would definitely book this condo again next time we come to the area.

The room was very nice and the view was very beautiful the area of the beach we was on was shallow for about 100 feet out so was good for kids the owners were very nice and extremely helpful would recommend

The property is in a perfect location. It's not crowded at all, but Destin is only a few minutes away if you're looking for something to do or nice restaurants at which to eat. It was very clean and had everything needed to cook a few meals while we were there. We were disappointed the pool was not available while we were there (they were working on it), but the beach was absolutely amazing. The water was as clean and clear as pool water, and the beach service and two extra beach chairs in the condo were very convenient. The building is close to the water, so the walk from condo to beach chairs is short. The bathrobe in the Master Bath was a nice touch, too. The bed in the master was very comfortable, so we slept well. The unit was plenty spacious for the 4 of us. Great vacation. We would stay again.

Owners were great to work with from beginning to end. Condo was just as described and probably the cleanest vrbo I have ever stayed in. This was our first time staying in Fort Walton, we usually stay in Miramar and we loved that it was a less busy area and the beach chairs that are included with your condo reservation were just the icing on the cake. There is a convience store next door in walking distance and an ice cream shop and mini golf course right down the road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a week with our family. Beach service was great and the beach was beautiful. Condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Location was close enough to get to things quickly but far enough to get a little piece and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was very clean overall, everything was updated. The beds were comfortable, everything was really nice. We loved that the beach was not crowded, and the beach service was very nice as well. The place is beautiful, and you can tell rhey really take good care of it. The only thing i wish they had was a walkway to the beach, but it looks like that is about to happen. We loved our stay here, and will definitely be back!

This is a great on the beach place with an ocean view. It was great to be able to head back up and eat lunch, rest and walk back down to the beach.

Wish that the lamps in bedroom were bigger and brighter to accommodate reading in bed (I'm older) but otherwise, I couldn't have asked for anything more! Well done! A+

We loved everything about our stay at this condo. Inside, it’s spacious, clean, and modern. The kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking needs with plenty of dishes. The beds are comfortable. The master bedroom is huge with full-length glass doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean.
The condo is right on the beach, just a quick walk over the sand and you’re there. We appreciated the beach service to have chairs and an umbrella. The beach was always clean and never felt too crowded, even during the spring break timeframe when we stayed.
Communication with the owners was great. When there was a minor maintenance issue that affected the whole building, Olga sent a couple emails to alert us ahead of time and let us know when it was all resolved.
All in all, we had a perfect stay and highly recommend this property!

Everything about this condo was amazing! It was spotless, bed was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and everything we needed was provided. The condo was absolutely beautiful with the perfect balcony overlooking the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen. We loved having beach chairs and umbrella set up daily for our use, and the chair attendants appreciates tips. What I loved most was hearing the ocean waves with the sliding doors open. We enjoyed our long walks to the Boardwalk and having every delicious treat and drinks from the Oasis cafe. Everything about this vacation was the best! Thank you so much David and Olga for sharing your beautiful home and we will certainty be back! It was the perfect location for us to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. Jon and Kelly

Nice, clean condo with beautiful ocean view! Only problem we had was we had to wait outside the condo for 35 minutes because it wasn’t ready at 4 p.m. The cleaning ladies actually got off the elevator right after us and had to clean it yet! Owners informed us they were looking for a new cleaning service though.

Laid Back Beach Life with Stellar Ocean Front View
Awesome Okaloosa Island condo with double ocean view third floor balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins swim by. Very comfy king bed and linens. Looks exactly like pics. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset daily. Don't miss the Okaloosa pier, whether you fish or simply enjoy watching others. Bird life abounds. Hosts are responsive although we rarely needed to call on them.
