Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this 3-bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep 9 comfortably. The open floor plan allows you to engage with the family no matter if you’re cooking a feast in the spacious kitchen or relaxing on the comfortable couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are all full-sized appliances in the kitchen and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The living room offers multiple seating options to relax in and enjoy the large 65” flat screen Smart TV or the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The couch folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. Zero cons staying here. Our family finally found our vacation home away from home. Owner is super attentive and answered all my questions very quickly. Location: The AFB flies directly over the building so there's a free air show daily. Two pools and a hot tub are cleaned daily and not crowded. Huge advantage over other locations on the strip that only offer one pool. Tub of leftover toys and floats by the pool for anyone to use. Three grills. Two are charcoal, one is gas. Charcoal is provided and the gas grill is a direct line so no concerns running out of propane. Elevators were quick. Smaller building so our beach area is not crowded. Other resorts to the left and right have the same beach space but are more crowded due to more units in their resort. Within walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the ice cream parlor with mini golf. Huge parking lot. No issues finding close parking. Five minute drive to Destin if you choose to drive into the craziness. Unit: Clean and the 7 of us staying never felt crowded. The master bedroom has a spacious closet and large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is also large, and has a connecting door to the hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is small. Literally only fits the full/twin bunk bed - but worked for us. Laundry room was nice - dryer actually dried clothes (we have all had those units where the dryer takes forever - this is not that unit.) The sliding doors are easy to open/close - and soundproof.

Amazing property that surpassed the listing and photos! Breathtaking views of the beach and ocean and within walking distance of one of the best restaurants we’ve ever eaten at (Stewby’s) as well as the Boardwalk which has many restaurants, shops and bars - quick drive to Destin as well. The walk from the property to the beach is less than 50 yards, the pools are even closer, and your beach chairs and umbrella are already set up for you by the time you get out to the beach. Property is large, clean, and cozy (we came with 8 and didn’t even need to use the pull out couch). Property owner is very helpful and communicative - both she and this property made this one of our family’s best vacations!

The condo was as advertised. The views from the balcony are amazing. The location of Summer Place is great. The two large pools (one pool heated) was perfect for the family and especially the 4 year old that was traveling with us. Thanks Again!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was just as promised. So close to the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella was amazing. Patty was great. We just had the best time staying here. Would give it more stars if I could.

This has the perfect view, comfortable beds, most everything you need is already In the condo. Super clean, easy checkin process!! 2 wonderful pools to chose from!! We love this condo will return again!

Loved the unit! The property was kept very clean and everything was exactly as described. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great. The owner was great with communicating and very helpful. We had a great trip and loved the complex, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall I gave it a 5 star but my only disappointment was the 2nd bedroom is basically a windowless room because you have to keep blinds closed. Window looks at elevator and dark hallway. Great place other than that.
