Second bedroom has King size bed-(new 2021) lots of closet space and TV/DVD with access to full size bathroom Third bedroom has bunk bed with twin over full and twin underneath., Flat screen TV. There is an air mattress for those 9th and 10th guests available. All linens are provided and are top of the line with high thread count. This condo will furnish you and your family with luxury throughout. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dining area has large table with plenty of seating for everyone. Living room has Comfy sofa and is the perfect place to unwind after a long hard day at the beach. Our stay was probably the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Everyone had a wonderful time, from our 3 & 5 yr old grandchildren to me and my wife. Everything was as advertised on the web site. We had an issue with the light in the kitchen and it was resolved immediately. Very friendly and professional staff. We will be returning!

Everything was very nice and clean, family friendly, awesome view . My wife and I have stayed at destin west just not in this building so we knew that it was going to be a great stay ,only one complaint one of the tvs didn't work otherwise Everything was great we will be back soon!!

Heron 305 is a cute property with ample space for your family to enjoy their relaxing vacation. We were able to get into our room a few hours early so that was very helpful. Upon entering the condo, we were pleased with the view of the lazy river. The floors were still wet and our socks were instantly black, along with soap buildup on the shower ledge from the previous party. We were able to clean it up ourselves without issue. Early in our stay, we realized the garbage disposal did not work. We contacted the property manager and maintenance was supposed to come but didn't. We asked again and they did come on our last day but what chaos in the kitchen! During the day, we greatly enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool across the road. Our experience was that it was far less crowded and great for the kids to have space to swim. The lazy river lights up at night, making it an added fun experience. The location is great. You can easily hop in your car to go to Destin or walk to the Boardwalk for restaurant options. If you are planning to stay here, I would bring some of your own kitchen items. We aren't great cooks but still found the items in the kitchen lacking. If we were to come again, we would definitely bring a skillet or two, scissors, and plastic cups/plates for kids. As a side note, I contacted the property manager about toys and beach chairs before bringing our own and was told there were not any BUT there are chairs! I hope this is helpful!

This is a fabulous condominium and we really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Heated swimming pools, “Lazy River” and pedestrian bridge over the highway to get to the beach made things very convenient to use. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely see if this condo is available. Don and Becky

Everything was top notch. We had an awesome time. The condo is beautiful. Your view of the lazy river is now blocked by the growth of the palm trees, but the view of the bay is beautiful. We saw dolphins more than once during our stay. If there are any slight disappointments was the cleanliness of the floor (needs a very through cleaning) and dust above the kitchen sink. The mattresses in the full size/twin size room were uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Especially if you are staying more than a weekend. Very minor issues and we would certainly book again!!

Very luxurious and homey! You don’t have to even leave the premises, everything you need and more is right there. Lots and lots of space! Beds were beyond comfortable, 2 nice bathrooms, extremely nice master bath!! Very large sectional that 2 people can easily sleep on. Kitchen has everything you could need!! I accidentally broke the blender while doing dishes so I reached out to the owners and asked her if I should Venmo her or just replace it, she said no to worry about it. I felt awful about breaking it. The next morning, I heard a knock at the door and there she (the owner) was with a brand new blender for us! I honestly thought she would wait until after we left and re-stock it for the next tenant, I was very impressed by that! The balcony is beautiful! The pools and lazy river we’re amazing. We chose the pool on the left right by the water. I can’t recommend this condo enough. I can’t wait to go back and stay in this exact spot, and we have never liked any place enough to go back. Perfect for our large family! What are you waiting for? The best vacation spot ever 🏖👙 ☀️ 🌊

Beautiful property! Would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation is to update check in times. The listing on VRBO says 3pm check-in and 11am check out , but once we got there we were told it’s 4pm checkin and 10am check in. This caused some confusion with check in process.

Prior to arrival I had messaged the “owner” with no response. On day of arrival did the same with no response. Upon arrival we had an issue with shower and it flooded the whole bathroom. I immediately notified “the owner” and called a number on the check in paperwork. It was 5:30pm and no one answered, text, email or call. Not until the following day did I get a response and not until late that evening did we get a new set of towels as all had to be used for clean up. Kitchen supplies were beyond limited.

Didn't want to leave - had such a great time! Property manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. The condo was spacious - it was our first time ever staying on the Bay side and it was great. Loved the balcony looking out on the palm trees and could see the Bay, the lazy river and the marina, families cooking out below and kids throwing football. Great for families and relaxing.

This condo made our stay in Destin pure paradise. The condo provided everything we needed for the week. Our air conditioner froze up and the property manager called maintenance for us. He arrived on minutes. It was fixed within the hour. We are thankful for the wonderful week.

We had no problem checking in. Convenient to the elevator, trash chute. It accompanied 10 easily. We had a couple problems and a quick call to Jennifer and it was taken care of with no issue. All the staff were very polite. I can only say the family and I can’t wait til next year and do it all again.

We really enjoy staying at this resort. The location is great. The property was very well maintained. We all loved the beds. I like how there was 2 couches in the living room, it provided a lot of room to sit after a long day on the beach.
