Security cameras are located ONLY on the exterior of the home. Noise: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood just off a main road that runs to campus/downtown Knoxville. You may hear ambient noise from the road or the occasional train passing. Seasonal Pool Disclaimer: The pool is typically open from mid/late April through early/mid October depending on weather and temperatures. The pool is closed seasonally from mid October through mid April. The pool is subject to being untreated/drained when not available for usage. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the exact dates of reopening for the pool as this is determined by several factors including weather and service schedule. If you'd like to confirm the pool will be open during your trip dates, please reach out. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance is a guaranteed option to ensure you are able to receive reimbursement for a covered event should circumstances arise that prevent you from traveling as planned (ex: medical/family emergencies, illness, work obligations, inclement weather, etc). Please confirm with your chosen travel insurance company as to a comprehensive list of all covered events. RENTAL AGREEMENT: We require a signed rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. A government issued ID is required to be provided along with the signed rental agreement. SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD: A security deposit is required for this home. This deposit will be automatically posted to the payment method on file 3 days prior to check in date and is due no later than the day of check in. This deposit is not a charge or extra payment, but it is a $250 hold only. The only way any amount would be charged to the card on file would be if we provide details of damaged items, excessively dirty items or areas of the home, etc. This hold is released automatically 3 days following check out.
