Modern and comfortable ONE bedroom condo only 100 Yards from the Creekside Gondola. Perfect location for Summer or Winter stays. This unit is on 4th floor with inside courtyard view of the private Pool and Hot tub areas. The common area just went through major renovation and offers one of the nicest pools , hot tubs and common guest BBQ areas in Whistler. Inside you will find: Master bedroom has King Sized bed ( can be converted to 2 twins upon request), plus full size closet for storage and dresser mounted TV. Living room offers Gas fireplace, newer Sofa that converts to Queen bed, updated Art work , TV with cable package and free WiFi and access to private deck for your enjoyment. Dining for 4 comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked with proper cookware and supplies. The grocery store is right across the street in the small Creekside plaza. The complex has a common laundry in the building. Parking is Free in secure under ground parkade Ski Valet for your storage at the foyer. Our reservations include discounts on ski rentals, assistance with transportation along with other concierge services if required. Note: Unit 404 is a PET FREE property Book with confidence.

Excellent location to Creekside Gondola, Whistler bus stop, restaurants and shops. Great having pool, spa and sauna to relax in after skiing. Recommend Dusty’s, Bred bakery and Rockit coffee shop.

Perfect spot to avoid the lift lines of the main village. Creekside biking is getting better every year. Great location!!

This lovely off village site had a beautiful view a nice pool and hot tub and had great amenities for our family. There were nearby amenities like a gas station and a Tim Hortons and if you need anything more the village was only four kilometers away. We had a minor issue with our fridge we reported it to the property manager and it was taken care of promptly along with updates via text from the owner. The only thing missing may have been air conditioning as it was a warm week the week we were there. That said it seems that air conditioning isn't available in a lot of properties due to cool nights that 'should' cool off the condo at night.

Condo was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It would have been nice to have towels for the pool and 1 more dish towel. The condo building was not as nice. When you stepped out if the 4th floor elevator there was a hole in the ceiling and a pool of water on the carpet. Hallways were very rundown and dim.

Great property with good amenities. We stayed over Canada day long weekend and it has good access to bike/walking trails and restaurants. Mountain bike loading is right outside so very convenient. Only hiccup was no parking passes were available as they were emailed the day of and I had no access to print out and had to drive into the village to get one.

A clean place with a comfortable bed and strong Wi-Fi. Usually these three things are enough to make me happy. Unit 404 had all of them and more: a well stocked kitchen, quality bedding, nice décor. VERY quiet. My teenage son said he was comfortable on a brand new pullout couch. We also enjoyed sauna after a long day of skiing. There are at least three decent places to eat that you can walk to - Southside diner, Dusty's and Samurai Bowl Whistler (absolute favorite!!)

The pull out couch is unique- but certainly adequate. Pool and hot tub busy but wonderful!

The apartment was clean and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily stay here again. The location was perfect for us and the bus is quick and easy into the Village. Ed's Bred at Creekside is a great bakery - and the treats are worth the queue! Everything we needed was within the apartment and once we Aussies got the hang of a gas fireplace, we were super comfortable. Thank you.

Amazing mountain access and quiet area with all the necessities.
Unit is 2 minutes from gondola in well maintained building. Great bed. All the necessary kitchen tools in good condition. Really a great stay. We'd stay again as the convenience factor and quiet area were right up our alley versus the main village.
Only thing that keeps this from 5 stars are a few smaller points. Parking spaces are insanely small. Bed linens need to be updated (fitted sheet needed). Actual unit was in good condition but well used with lots of bumps and bruises. Pet hair was evident but otherwise clean. Hot tub was incredibly busy or offline due to maintenance issues.

The owner wasn't able to replace the machine during our stay, but had it scheduled to happen the following week. We were reimbursed an acceptable portion of our fees. So things like this can happen, but we were treated fairly.
Checking in is inconvenient, having to travel into Whistler when the unit is Creekside. Not too bad if you have a vehicle and know your way around, but it seemed unnecessary to get an entry code, sign paperwork and get your credit card scanned. My credit card had already been charged and everything else could be done online.
Overall a good unit to rent.

The pictures are very accurate. Everything we needed was there. We were delayed in our arrival and called ahead to property management which worked with us to make check-in a breeze. Decided to add an extra day which was easy to do since it wasn't rented. The only hiccups were out door code needed to change due to our extension and it didn't work properly, building management and another person (Bob?) had us fixed up in minutes. The hot tub could not keep up with the -19c temperatures, but then again who could! Great place overall.

Great location and nice big common hot tub. Unit was well stocked. Could use a little updating but has a new couch and decent bed and was very clean. Lots of towels, robes would be nice for the hot tub.

Awesome place to stay!!
Exactly how it is advertised! Perfect location and the pool was wonderful. So easy to walk to the shops, liquor store and grocery store in Creekside plus cross the Hwy is a wonderful walk around some beautiful lakes (only a 5 min walk). And the Village is only a 4 min drive away!!

LPL is well run and maintained and has all of the perks and essentials (hot tub, pool, ski storage and tuning benches). Unit 404 itself is tastefully decorated and has a great layout with plenty of room for two. Especially gratifying is that the owners have left all closets and cupboards open for use so there is plenty of room for clothes, food and ski stuff. Lastly, my husband the cook found the kitchen very well equipped and never once complained about the lack of a pan, knife, colander, etc. And, basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar were already there to get him started. Overall, we would highly recommend Unit 404 to others.

Geat place for sure. Our condo was clean, had many extras that we were not expecting.
Brian and I enjoyed ourselves at Lake Placid Lodge. After some issues with the check in process we were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and the location was fantastic. A grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and walking paths were right outside our door. The pool, showers and hottub were clean and inviting. We loved all of the amenities in the condo, lots of silverware, plates and wine glasses. We were with 8 other friends in other condos. We loved ours!!!!!! We had a dinner party with our friends and we did not have to ask them to bring chairs or flatware. The extra condiments came in handy for us. We didn't have to rush out and get ingredients and spices that we would have used once. We loved being on the top floor which added to the comfort and quiet. We definitely would return. As we have stayed at the Lake Placid Lodge for almost 6 years, we hope to return this year again or next year in this unit. Thank you to Bob(management and staff), the caretaker (who reset the fireplace pilot lake, Gindra for replacing our towels and obtaining cooking sheets on our request. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.

lovely property, fully stocked. Not sure why I had to go into Whistler Village, just to get a code, only to go all the way back to the property, as they already had my credit card #., but other than that, awesome.
