Situated in Tarifa, this lovely house for $133 per night is a great option for your next trip. - 25 sqm living / dining room, satellite TV, flat screen TV W - Lan (Wifi - Internet) are our standard - Solar system for hot water and heating (floor heating) - two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom and toilet - Kitchen completely furnished (fridge / stove / washing machine, micro stove) Description of the journey: If you are arriving by car from Malaga airport, head towards Malaga - Algeciras - Cadiz. Before Marbella you have the opportunity to avoid the toll road (charge = about 15 euros). This is recommended, especially on the way back to the airport as you can avoid traffic jams. In Tarifa head towards the port and Castillo. You can stop in the alley in front of the house at short notice for loading and unloading. Duration parking is not possible because of the narrowness of the alley. However, there is parking at the port behind the Castillo. If you arrive by bus - the bus station in Tarifa is on the arterial road in front of the city gate - you have to walk about 10 minutes. The bus timetable can be found on the internet, www. tarifa. nu

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in Tarifa
Bereits im Vorfeld hat alles super geklappt mit der Reservation, Herr Lewandowski ist sehr sympathisch. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, dies an bester Lage mit kürzestem Weg zu Meer und Innerstadt (direkt vor dem Haus ist ein super Tapas-Laden mit umweltverträglich gefangenem Thunfisch. Es hat uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten. Besten Dank Herr Lewandowski, für alles!

La casa está muy bien ubicada en pleno casco histórico de tarifa y es súper práctica por su distribución interior. El único pero es que la tele solo se ve en alemán. Nosotros repetiriamos.

Ubicacion perfecta
Estuvimos 1 semana mi pareja mi perro y yo y fue genial, tienes en menos de 5 minutos todo lo necesario para poder cenar, comer, desayunar, tomarte un helado un aperitivo.....sin necesidad de coger el coche, la casa tiene una terraza en la última planta con 2 tumbonas y una mesitas con sillas que se está de maravilla, a la playa andando no llega a 10min, tanto los propietarios como la persona de contacto fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en cualquier duda que tuvimos, los únicos puntos negativos es que aparcar es complicado (ya nos lo esperábamos estando en pleno centro) y lo único a mejorar es la limpieza del menaje de la casa y la renovación urgente de las toallas! Volvería sin duda aún usando mis toallas como hicimos!

Traumhaftes Stadthaus fast im Kastell
Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen, einen Steinwurf vom Zentrum Tarifas entfernt war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt ins Leben dieser wunderschönen Stadt zwischen Atlantik und Mittelmeer. Lange Strände, kleine Geschäfte und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Selbst einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen, den wir nur selten brauchten, haben wir immer gefunden. Ein schöner Ort auch für Leute, die nicht unbedingt surfen wollen. Das Haus ist geschmachvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Terrasse schmiegt sich an die Kastellmauer, bietet einen faszinierenden Blick auf die Burg und das Treiben auf der Gasse, gestattet aber auch auch ruhige Lesestunden und Gespräche. - Wir kommen gern wieder!

Maison de charme accolée à une muraille historique. Bon équipement général, terrasse très agréable et literie de qualite.
Nous conseillons cependant de consolider la porte d'entrée pour plus de sécurité, même si le quartier est sûr.

Como puntos negativos tiene que al ser tres plantas, estas todo el rato subiendo y bajando escaleras, la zona es mala para aparcar y la playa está con una plaga de algas que la hace un poco desagradable.

PRECIOSA VIVIENDA EN UN LUGAR EXCEPCIONAL
LO BUENO: La vivienda es preciosa. Tiene 3 plantas.Una planta baja de entrada con un aseo, muy cómoda para dejar cosas al llegar. Planta 1ª con cocina y amplio salón. Desde esa planta tienes dos escaleras diferentes para subir a dos dormitorios independientes con baño propio cada uno. Esto está muy bien pues da intimidad. Ambos dormitorios situados en la plata 2ª comunican con una amplia terraza por donde se puede también acceder a ellos.
La ubicación desde el punto de vista turístico es excepcional pues la vivienda está anexa al Castillo de Tarifa en el epicentro del casco antiguo.
La casa nos la entregaron muy bien de limpieza y tiene todas las comodidades. Asimismo está decorada con buen gusto teniendo muchos detalles, que hacen la estancia muy agradable.
LO MALO: Lo peor es el ruido nocturno. Está en una calle llena de bares. Tiene uno justo debajo y otros varios a continuación teniendo gran trasiego de gente en verano. Es muy difícil dormir si hace calor y las ventanas las tienes que tener abiertas.
El frigorífico es pequeño. Es insuficiente para una familia en estancias de varios días. El pequeño congelador interno no mantenía los helados congelados.
El aparcamiento en la zona generalmente con un poco de paciencia se consigue, aunque hay horarios punta donde es complicado.
Por todo lo expuesto recomiendo esta vivienda y recomiendo la estancia en Tarifa.

Gut gelegene superschönes Haus mit grosser Terrasse
Vielen Dank Herr Lewandowski für den guten Kontakt. Alles hat unkompliziert geklappt. Francisco hat uns vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und bei der Abreise auch wieder dahin gefahren. Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm, schön eingerichtet und die Terrasse ideal zum chillen. Tarifa mit dem wunderschönen Sandstrand, den schönen Cafes, den kleinen Gassen und dem Blick nach Afrika hat uns begeistert.

Geschmackvolles Stadthaus im Zentrum
Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum direkt an der Stadtmauer und nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand entfernt. Der Wohn- Essbereich ist ist großzügig und die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet und für einen entspannten, auch längeren Aufenthalt zu empfehlen.Die beiden Schlafräume mit angrenzenden Badezimmern bieten die besten Vorraussetzungen, um dort mit 4 Personen Urlaub zu machen, und trotzdem Privatsphäre zu haben.
Die Dachterrasse ist ideal, um zu entspannen, essen, trinken.....

El trato y las facilidades del propietario y el conserje han sido inmejorables. El apartamento perfecto. Situación privilegiada y con todas las comodidades. Sólo podría decir que falta un tostador, mesa de plancha y el frigorífico tenía el congelador roto y ha sido bastante incómodo. Seguro que para la próxima lo tienen solucionado porque son detalles leves.

Hübsches Stadthaus in prädestinierter Lage!
Das Haus war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und die Dachterrasse ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben!

es ist allerdings nichts für Menschen, die abends gerne früh und ruhig schlafen, denn es ist Trubel bis spät im die Nacht auf den Straßen Tarifas. dafür ist es morgens und tagsüber sehr ruhig.

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung
Sehr schönes (Reihen-)Haus über 2 Etagen + Erdgeschoss (Eingangsbereich). Die beiden Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit Bad) haben separate Zugangstreppen und Türen zur Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung war allgemein in sehr gutem Zustand und umfasst alles was man braucht.
Auf Grund der Lage in der Altstadt von Tarifa sind allerdings freie Parkplätze gerne mal ein Problem und in der Regel von 6-22 Uhr gebührenpflichtig. Gelegentlich ist die Zufahrt zur Altstadt auch komplett gesperrt (an bestimmten Feiertagen etwa) und die Wohnung mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Ansonsten kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen und werde auch gerne beim nächsten mal wieder dort wohnen!

Wundervolles Altstadthaus genial gelegen !!!
Wir waren vom 02.-12. September 2016 mit 4 Personen in diesem wunderschönen, einzigartigen Altstadthaus von Herrn Lewandowski in Tarifa.
Bei der Ankunft waren wir sehr positiv überrascht, wir hatten gehofft einen Treffer gelandet zu haben, aber daß es so ein Volltreffer ist, hätten wir nicht gedacht. Die Lage dieses wunderschönen Altstadthauses ist absolut genial. Es liegt direkt an der Burg, die Burgmauern sind quasi teil des Hauses, was einen einzigartigen Flair ausmacht. Auf der Dachterasse sitzt man direkt vor den Burgzinnen und hat einen wundervollen Blick in die Altstadt, auf die Burg und sogar bis zum Hafen und am Horizont sieht man noch die Kitesurfer.
Wir waren zu viert und durch die 2 separaten Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad und eigenem Zugang zur Dachterasse hat man genug Privatsphäre. Unten gibt es sogar noch ein 3. Bad und viel Platz.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche bestechen durch das einbezogene Burggemäuer. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es ein traditionelles Fest in Tarifa und sogar von unserem Fenster aus konnte man den Umzug sehen.
Ich habe ein Seminar bei der Stiftung Firmm besucht und war morgens zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Hafen oder auch in der Altstadt je nach Treffpunkt. Besser geht es wirklich nicht. Ob man zum Strand möchte oder in die Stadt oder zum Whale Watching mit Firmm man ist immer in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß da und kann jederzeit zwischendurch zum Haus zurück.
Empfehlung : eine Ausfahrt mit Firmm ( www.firmm.org) ist ein unvergeßliches Erlebnis Wale und Delfine in freier Natur zu beobachten.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter vor der Reise war perfekt, sehr freundlich und er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet. Sein Verwalter vor Ort
war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns passend erwartet. Außerdem war bereits bei der Ankunft alles Notwendige im Haus, sogar schon etwas Obst :-) In der Küche ist alles was man braucht.
Alles in Allem : Besser geht's wirklich nicht und wir sind uns sicher wir kommen garantiert wieder !
Tarifa ist mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt mit den kleinen Gassen , seinen wunderschönen Stränden und dem gesamten Flair absolut eine Reise wert!

Muy satisfechas con la casa y con el trato
Somos 4 chicas de 23 años que estuvimos pasando allí una semana hace unos dias y no tenemos queja ninguna. Todo genial, la zona de bares esta a un minuto, hay todo tipo de tiendas que tambien estan a mano al igual que la parada de taxis y el puerto. La casa es maravillosa, la terraza es grande y da el sol durante todo el día. Francisco que es el que se encarga del trato con los clientes es una persona encantadora y muy atenta, en pocas palabras; el puto amo. Esperamos volver pronto a Tarifa y por supuesto a esta casa.

En pleno Casco Antiguo
Hemos estado de fábula en el apartamento de Eduard y Bárbara. Tanto la comunciación con los propietarios antes y después, como con Juana Mari y Francisco durante nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena. Êstos últimos siempre dispuestos a ayudar y proporcionarnos lo que necesitaramos.
La situación ideal, ya que está en pleno centro, y al mismo tiempo a nada caminando de La Playa Chica y del comienzo de los Lances.
El apartamento es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, y más. Es un triplex, con una zona para dejar "trastos" (nosotros no hacemos surf, pero ideal para dejar los cachibaches de los surferos) en la planta baja y un aseo. En la primera planta, está la sala y la cocina muy amplias y fresquitas. En la segunda planta están las dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio cuarto de baño completo (bañera en los dos). A las habitaciones, se accede desde la cocina, por escaleras separadas y también desde la terraza, que es donde se comuncian los dos dormitorios.
La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, tanto en lo referente a utensilios de cocina, como sábanas y toallas para el baño.
Nosotros éramos 4, una pareja con dos niños de 4 y 7 años, y resultaba perfecta. Puede ser un poco más complicado con niños muy pequeños por el tema de la escalera, pero sino, ideal. Como decían nuestros hijos, era nuestro castillo (por la piedra de las paredes y los detallles de las empuñaduras de espada en la sala)!
Eso si, a partir de julio, las noches pueden ser moviditas en esta zona... ya que hay algunos restaurantes en esta misma calle, pero nosotros estuvimos justo antes de que se animara demasiado.
En conjunto, ideal, en pleno casco antiguo!

Einmalige historische Unterkunft im Herzen Tarifas
Wir haben das Haus zu dritt bewohnt und hatten eine tolle Zeit vor Ort. Es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle, durch die zwei voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad hatte jeder genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit und die große Dachterasse lädt zu vielen geselligen Stunden ein. Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig und individuell und könnte nicht schöner oder zentraler in der Altstadt Tarifas liegen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie zu seinem "Vermittler" vor Ort waren einwandfrei. Herzlichen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
