FOR LARGER GROUPS (21 - 30 GUESTS), WE HAVE A 3RD UNIT THAT CAN BE RENTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST (1/2 OF THE ORIGINAL RATE (SHOWN BESIDE WHERE IT SAYS # NIGHT PLUS, INCREASED TAXES (11%) AND FEES). IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN 3 UNITS, PLEASE MESSAGE ME AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF 3 UNITS ARE AVAILABLE AND UPDATE THE PRICE. LOCATED IN THE HISTORICAL DOWNTOWN AREA OF OCEAN CITY. OUR PROPERTY IS CENTRALLY LOCATED AND IS A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH, BOARDWALK, HARBOR, AMUSEMENT RIDES, FISHING PIER, SHOPPING, BARS, AND MANY RESTAURANTS. NOWALK TO THE INLET IS ONE BUILDING CONSISITING OF 3 - 4 BEDROOM TOWNHOUSES EACH LOCATED ON 3 FLOORS. EACH TOWNHOUSE HAS A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, LIVING ROOM WITH SLEEPER SOFA, 4 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHROOMS AND 1 HALF BATHROOM. EACH UNIT HAS SMARTS TVS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND EACH BEDROOM. WE ALSO HAVE WIFI. THERE IS A SHARED ENTRACE BALCONY BETWEEN THE 3 UNITS WITH A GREAT BAY VIEW AND BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS. THERE ARE ALSO 2 PRIVATE BALCONIES, OFF 2 BEDROOMS, TO ENJOY THOSE BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS PRIVATELY. NOWALK TO THE INLET IS IDEAL FOR MULTIPLE FAMILIES AND LARGE GROUPS WHO WANT TO BE CLOSE TO EACH OTHER, BUT HAVE THE ADDED PRIVACY OF THEIR OWN UNIT. WE WILL RENT 2 OR 3 UNITS, SLEEPING 20 TO 30 PEOPLE. AND REMEMBER IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PARK YOUR VEHICLES IN OUR COVERED PARKING SPACES AND AVOID THE HASSLE AND EXPENSE ASSOCIATED WITH DOWNTOWN PARKING AND ALSO AVOID CROSSING 8 LANES OF TRAFFIC TO GET TO THE BEACH WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UPTOWN CONDOS. OUR CLEANING CREW IS NOW OFFERING A LINEN SERVICE PAYABLE THROUGH US. THE COST IS $150 PLUS TAX PER UNIT. THE SERVICE WILL PROVIDE SHEETS, AND THEY WILL ALSO PROVIDE 10 TOWELS,10 WASHCLOTHS, 3 HAND TOWELS, 2 BATHMATS, 2 DISH CLOTHS, AND 2 DISH TOWELS PER UNIT TO BE USED DURING YOUR STAY. THIS IS A ONE TIME SERVICE DROPPED OFF BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS SERVICE. OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. SORRY NO SENIOR WEEK GROUPS!!!!

We had a great experience with the house, we had 2 units. There was 11 of us and a child. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was spacious. The house was in walking distance to the boardwalk. We didn’t have any complaints other than the water pressure to the showers were not the greatest, but it did it’s job. And the bathrooms need blinds. You can see right into the bathrooms from the person balcony’s. But otherwise it was a great experience and the Host communicated well too.

Family vacation wonderful location, cleaning crew needs to be sure they clean prior to the next rental. In house B the top floor when is rained the floor inside by the window was wet on the carpet and this unit has a mildew smell that might be coming from the water issue. The Bar on the corner let’s drunk people end up waking you up all night long and had a drunk hang out on the corner of the street. Wonderful location other then the bar issue and enjoyed our family time together

Location was great. The neighboring bar beside it was a little annoying. Was disappointed with the linen rental as we only had one towel per person and had no dish towels. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We had 30 of us that travelled for our yearkey family vacation this year, we had all three units and they fit everyone comfortably, stores, shops, restaurant, and voardwalk all in walking distance. Tina was very responsive to any questions I had, we definitely recommend and will use again.

Great vacation rental! We have 14 adults rented all three units. Everyone was very happy with the house. Great location. The units were very clean. Tina and Dave let us checked in early which really helped us with the food we brought to store in the refrigerator. Great communication thru out the rental process I was pleasantly surprised to find many stocked items that weren't supposed to be there. The only downside was the weak shower water pressure.

Our annual family turkey day gathering was held at the Nowalk to the Inlet in Ocean City this year. I had some questions and doubts based on the pictures but decided to go with it anyway and boy am I glad I did!!! It is a great property (it would be nice to replace or redo the cushions) and we all had a wonderful time. It is close to the inlet as well as the boardwalk. There was even a market on the corner from which you could order online and a 7 11 store a block away. Didn't see any sun rises but the sunsets were breathtaking. We used two of the three units and had plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend Nowalk to the Inlet.

Best Family Vacation Ever!
Dave and Tina, THANK YOU SO MUCH! The condos were amazing. They were clean, spacious, location was prime, and much bigger than I imagined. We met the house keeper the day she was cleaning Condo A. We had an issue with the sheet on our bed and she was able to accommodate us immediately. My family is already planning to come again.
Would we go through Vrbo again or deal with you directly? Would it be possible to get all three condos at one time? If not, definitely two.

Our stay with you was amazing.. I like that we were 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk but away from the hustle and bustle… The pictures do not do these condos Justice.. We rented unit B and C! Very happy with everything we extended our stay an extra day.. We will be back soon!
