About this villa rental

Situated in Llevant, this lovely villa for $825 per night is a great option for your next trip. Holiday house located near Manacor with capacity for 12 people. The house has 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, satellite TV, air conditioning and wifi Internet connection throughout the house. At the access to the property we find a large parking area with capacity for more than 10 cars and next to it a small football field with natural grass surrounded by holm oaks. Behind the trees is the stone house with green shutters and surrounded by lush vegetation reminiscent of the Serra de Tramuntana. You enter the house through the main entrance and find the entrance hall furnished with classic Majorcan furniture. To the left, there is the old kitchen (now in disuse) decorated with furniture and objects more than 100 years old. Next to the old kitchen is a bedroom with double bed. Crossing the hallway you come into a spacious living room with a wrought iron fireplace and leather sofas in front of the television, from there a beautiful marble and wooden staircase leads to the first floor. To the right of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace. From the living room there is access to the other wing of the house, with a spacious dining room with a table and a large fireplace, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen which is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar on one side. From the dining room, a staircase leads to a suite with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room there is also access to the covered terrace at the back of the house with a large table for 12 people and a barbecue. In front of the terrace is the beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas. Next to the pool, as well as a covered area with a ping-pong table, there are large gardens with different areas, ideal for strolling or reading a book in the shade of an oak tree.

Es ist eine schöne große Finca, wo wir mit vier Familien platz gefunden haben. An dem großen Tisch auf der Terrasse konnte alle gemeinsam Speisen. Der Pool hat zum Toben mit den Kids eingeladen oder man ist einfach für eine schnelle Abkühlung reingesprungen (auch gerne noch um Mitternacht, da er beleuchtet war). Die heißen Nächte ließen sich durch die Klimanlagen in dem Schlafzimmern sehr gut ertragen. Und gab es mal Probleme/Unstimmigkeiten konnte diese schnell und einfach über die WhatsApp-Chat Funktion mit der netten Verwaltung geklärt werden (in Deutsch, Englisch oder Spanisch). Zum runter kommen und Abschalten im Urlaub ist es natürlich schön, so eine ruhige Lage zu haben. Dennoch ist man hier auf ein Auto angewiesen, weil man nicht eben schnell mal irgendwo zu Fuß hinkommt.

Die Finca ist ein Traum und ist sehr geräumig und drei der oberen Zimmer verfügen über einen direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Das Zimmer über der Küche besitzt keine Tür, dafür aber ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die fehlende Tür stellte sich für uns als problemlos dar. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren mit der Finca rundum zufrieden und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft war der Pool etwas trüb, was sich aber nicht wesentlich verschlechtert hat. Bei der Außendusche war der Abfluss verstopft, den wir aber selbst wieder freibekommen haben.

We had a great holiday at this property, there is so much space, both inside and out. The house is very well equipped and there was plenty of room for everyone and very safe for children. It is very rural, but Manacor is only 10 mins drive away with many shops.

Großzügig gebaut, ausreichend Platz. Großer Pool, Sauberkeit war klasse Wasserdruck unzureichend im Bad und WC, vermutlich der vielen Bäder geschuldet

The finca is huge and offers a huge outdoor area with pool and equipment. Shopping facilities as well as the beach can be reached quickly by car. Can only recommend we were very satisfied, especially with the pool!
