About this cottage rental
Located in Llevant, this charming cottage for $661 per night is a great option for your next break. Exceptional villa, located on the side of a hill between Canyamel and the Costa de los Pinos, with beautiful and impressive views of the nearby coast and mountains, enjoying beautiful sunsets. A quiet place, without neighbors, on the edge of a pine forest. It has a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning in each room, optional central heating, a large independent kitchen. Only one of the rooms is located on the first floor of the tower, the remaining five are on the ground floor. Three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with three single beds, another bedroom with two single beds and one with a single bed, four bathrooms, three en suite. Around the house there are spacious terraces, a porch with sofas to spend pleasant evenings, gazebo with outside dining, next to the barbecue for delicious meals. A pool of 48 square meters, with a spacious terrace for sunbathing will delight young and old. It is located about 9 km from Cala Ratjada and 4 km from Son Servera. From the road to the house the access road is unpaved. There are several golf courses nearby: Pula, Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was ideal for all 14 of us. Being so remote it is very private and quiet. Our grand children loved the freedom and the pool. Being disabled it would have helped to have a bannister to the front steps and hand holds near the showers. We did have problems with some taxis not being able to find the property. And on one occasion a driver turfed us out of the cab with half a mile to go?
Anyway those were the only negative issues. We did have a very good family holiday.

The house was nice with a good design (T shape with rooms down the center and the living area at the top - great for putting kids to bed early). Also a great outdoor space, we ate and cooked all of our meals out here. It is somewhat remote (drive down a bumpy gravel role) but had a nice view of the valley and ocean in the distance. Some vegetation could have been removed for a better view. There were some maintenance issues - we killed over 1,000 wasps while there for 7 days - they were mainly around the pool so made it quite difficult to use to pool. We asked for fumigation and they came once we let them know about the 5 wasp nests on the house. There are clearly many more nests in the grounds, but we didn't go searching for them. It improved after chemicals in the pool (which killed a lot of wasps) and the fumigation, but we still had some wasps around the pool and made it challenging for the kids to swim in the hottest part of the day (that is when they were the worst). The house was also not aired out before we arrived - there was a musty / mildew smell and there was mold in the bathrooms on the grout / caulking. Faucets also didn't work well in the showers with half of the water not diverting up to the shower. Lastly, the ping pong table is warped so was difficult to play on as the ball bounded in really weird directions.
Overall a lovely stay, nice area and we would come back if the maintenance issues are resolved.

Die Lage holt alles raus!
Auch wenn hier und da mal was kleines defekt war, die Lage macht alles wieder gut! Im Großen und ganzen sind alle begeistert gewesen. Zur Anreise gab es frisches Obst und Gemüse kostenlos und täglich wurde der Pool morgens gereinigt. Hier kann man locker mit 5 Familien wohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Finca in toller ländlicher Umgebung
Wir waren 5 Tage mit 12 Freunden in der Finca zu Gast und alles war perfekt. Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt. In der Finca fehlte es an nichts, modern ausgestattet, und mit Liebe zum Detail geplant.
Wir hatten einmal keine Wasserversorgung mehr, dieses Problem wurde innerhalb von 3 Stunden auf einem Sonntag gelöst!

Perfekter Aufenthalt!
Es war mal wieder ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in traumhafter Umgebung mit perfekter Betreuung durch Inma, María Isabel und das ganze Team. Wir kommen bald wieder 😊🙋♂️!

Familienurlaub
Schönes Objekt für eine Familie. Einziger Makel ist, dass ein Schlafzimmer ohne direkten Zugang zu einem Bad ist.
Strand (Cala Millor) ist nur 10-12 Minuten entfernt. Kein Geheimtipp, schöner Sandstrand und auch für kleine Kinder sehr. geeignet

Traumurlaub zu Zwölft
Wir waren zu zwölft in dieser traumhaften Finca und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool mit seinem genialen Ausblick war der Hammer. Die Finca war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Da sie wirklich sehr abgelegen liegt, hatte man komplett seine Ruhe und man konnte auch mal etwas lauter sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur
Als Golfer kamen uns die kurzen Wege zu den Golfplätzen Pula, Son Servera, Canyamel und Capdepera sehr entgegen. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen und nach einer Woche auch wieder verabschiedet. Eine tolle Finca mit schöner Alleinlage und herrlichem Ausblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Möbel, Pool mit täglicher Reinigung und super unkomplizierten Check in. Perfekt für große Gruppen da die Zimmer sehr verteilt sind und man sich so nicht stört. Gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub
Wir haben als Familie mit Großeltern bis hin zu Kleinkindern unseren Urlaub auf der Finca verbracht.
Die Finca hat eine traumhafte Lage. Wir haben schon jedes Mal den Weg von der Hauptstraße die lange Auffahrt hinauf genossen. Außer das Zirpen der Grillen absolute Ruhe. Toller Blick auf Berge, über die Felder bis hin zum Meer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Je ein Kühl- und Gefrierschrank innen und außen. Den Grill haben wir fast täglich genutzt.
Der Pool ist riesig und wird täglich gereinigt. Es gibt mehrere Sitzbereiche auf der Terasse rund um die Finca.
3 Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Einzel- und Turmzimmer haben kein eigenes Bad, das Bad des 3-Bett-Zimmers ist jedoch sowohl vom Zimmer als auch vom Flur aus zugänglich.
Alle Zimmer - außer die Küche - sind mit hervorragender Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Kurze Wege mit dem Auto zu Ständen, nach Cala Millor oder Cala Rajada. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Son Servera und hat eine große Auswahl.
Wir wurden von Inma betreut, die schon vor der Anreise und während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand. Check in und Check out absolut unkompliziert. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde noch am gleichen Tag ersetzt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Vielen Dank liebe Inma. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wonderful house in a truly beautiful location
We had a wonderful two week holiday here. We were met by Inma who showed us around a well presented and very clean house. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. A very generous and wide range of fruit and vegetables were provided on arrival which was much appreciated. The rooms are large and spacious and the photographs are accurate. The air conditioning works very well and we were always very comfortable. The house has a very large outside terrace where we ate all our meals. The views are amazing and the house is surrounded by peaceful farmland which is used for growing various trees. There are no noisy neighbours or neighbours at all really. It is a peaceful location and I enjoyed running on the long track in the clean air. There is lots of parking space for multiple cars. We all enjoyed the huge swimming pool which is suitable for a proper swim as well as being great fun for all the children. It is edged by rosemary which smells lovely! There is plenty of seating in the shade and lots of sun beds for sunbathing.
The house is all on one level except one bedroom on the first floor. This lacks an en suite bathroom but has amazing views. The beds are comfortable and all other bedrooms have en suites except the single room.
The kitchen is large and we were able to cook lots of nice meals. There are plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery. There are lot of small coffee mugs but not many large ones. Two fridges and freezers (one set outside) made storing food easy with plenty of space. There is also a large very good BBQ.
The location of this house is excellent for visiting many interesting places. You will definitely need a car! Arta is a lovely town about a ten minute drive away with a very good market. There are many lovely beaches only a very short drive away as well.
We had an amazing holiday here and would highly recommend this house and the excellent management.

Super schön idyillische Finca.
Die Finca ist wie im Internet beschrieben. Der Pool und Ausblick ein Highlight. Die Zimmer und Ausstattung komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung einfach super:) : schnell, kompetent und hilfsbereit!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Urlaub, auch in dieser ungewöhnlichen und schwierigen Zeit.

Exceptional Finca
We were 11guests and stayed for one week. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The Finca is really spacious, the rooms are beautiful and we'll equipped. The highlights of the Finca are the barbeque area and the pool where we spent hours and hours. The view into the countryside is exceptional.Inma is a lovely and great host and we could contact her at any time with questions. We can definitely recommend this beautiful place and would love to come back.

Fabulous property
This is a wonderful property. We were a big family group of 13 ranging in ages from 12 to 83. It was perfect for us. Stunning views and lovely pool. Management company were quick to respond to any issue we had. We would live to rent this again.

Wunderbare Finca - alles prima!
In diesem Sommer haben wir zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Bereits 2017 hat es uns sehr gut gefallen; in der Zwischenzeit wurden eine Klimaanlage eingebaut und der Außenbereich neu gestaltet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir eine reichhaltige Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse vom Haus bekommen.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir haben unser Urlaub mit 14 Personen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir könnten draußen immer alle zusammen an dem großen Tisch sitzen. Der Grill war auch super.
Der Pool ist groß und für unsere Kinder für Begeisterung gesorgt.

Idylle pur!
Wir ( eine Gruppe von 15 Pers. bestehend aus Familie mit Kindern,Freunden und Kollegen ) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Als erstes lernt man INMA kennen sie ist beim Check-in und Check-out vor Ort und beantwortet alle Fragen.
Sie ist SEHR nett und hilfsbereit.
Aussicht bis zum Meer und in die Berge.....einfach herrlich!
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Leider hat das Doppelzimmer im Turm kein Badezimmer.
Die Küche beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird nur der Herd ist mit vier Gasfeldern für sooo viele Personen etwas klein.
Pool, Terrasse,Grill,etc.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit schönem Blick herrlich einsam gelegen
Das Haus hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es ist großzügig in seinen Innenräumen, herrlich einsam gelegen, hat sehr großzügige Außenbereiche hinreichend überdacht. Der Poolbereich war mit 12 Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen super ausgestattet.
Das Schwimmbad selber ist groß. Von der Terrasse schaut man in die Ebene und die dahinter liegenden Berge und kann einen Blick aufs Meer erhaschen. Trotz des ländlichen Umfelds gab es kaum Ungeziefer. Alles war in einem guten Zustand und auch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war verlässlich und gut.
In der Umgebung kann man gut an den Strand fahren und auch Ausflüge sind von Son Servera aus gut zu unternehmen.
Für uns war es ein Traumurlaub und wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Einfach phänomenal
Eine tolle Finca. Riesengroße Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und ein Turmzimmer in dem sich unsere Kids sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist abseits des Trubels, aber genau richtig für uns. Laute Musik stört keinen und man ist trotzdem nah genug an allen Stränden. Die Finca war top in Schuss und man sieht das man sich viel kümmert. Wir hatten in den zwei Wochen ein, zwei kleinere Defekte die aber nach Anruf bei der Verwalterin sofort behoben wurden und das sogar am Feiertag. Ein dickes Lob an Inma.
Der Außen grill, sowie Kühl- u. Gefrierschrank hat uns tolle Mittage und Abende beschert und der Pool war einfach super. Fast 50qm groß und wir waren einmal sogar zu 6 Erwachsenen und 8 Kinder gleichzeitig drin. Man hat nichts davon gemerkt.
Liegestühle, Schirme, eine tolle typische mallorcinische Landschaft mit eigenen Orangen und Zitronenbäumen. Von einem weiteren Highlight wussten wir bei Buchung gar nichts nämlich das nach einer Woche die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher kostenfrei gewechselt werden,
Einzig eine Klimaanlage hätte uns hier und da das schwitzen erleichtern können, aber so wie man uns sagte soll die wohl zur nächsten Sommersaison eingebaut werden.
Fazit: ein tolles, geräumiges Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung auf tip, top gepflegten Stand.

Lived up to expectations
Nice big house - Well suited for 2-3 families. Wonderfull non-touristic area at Port Vell and Costa dels Pins. Arta nice original town with great market.
Would be preferable for stays in July-August with aircon or fans in the ceilings of the rooms and not only small table fans. Very hot at night! We missed two fans so all rooms had one and we got them the next day together with hair driers which also missed. Nice and quick good response. Very service minded contact person.
Kitchen needs more glasses and cups - we had to run diswasher often twice a day with 11 people staying.
Outdoor area nice and big. Suggestion to use the large terrasse areas for table tennis, table foorball game, swings etc. Would be nice extra for both children an adults.
A bit more carefull pool cleaning recommended.
All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Sehr schöne ruhige Finca mit großem Süßwasserpool
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, für gemütliche Stunden auf der großen Terrasse, oder am Pool.
Die Zimmer sind groß und hell. 4 Zimmer sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Das Zimmer im 1. OG kein eigenes Badezimmer.
Der große Süßwasser Pool war optimal zum schwimmen und toben.
Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Ein gutes und schönes Restaurant (Binicanella) ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bei der Vermietung ist alles wunderbar abgelaufen, die Ansprechpartnerin Imna war sehr, sehr freundlich.
Was etwas lästig ist, das man den Müll selbst entsorgen muss.
Werden das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

The house is very fresh and feels quite newly renovated. However the reason for not giving the review 5/5, is that the kitchen had its limits. It was indeed huge, but the space was not so well distributed and the lack of quality hardware and also kitchen utensils and some other things, made it a bit of a struggle to cook properly. There were also basically no standard kitchen items at all, e.g. not even pepper. We had to start our week with buying *everything* a standard kitchen needs.
One big plus is the two outdoor sets of tables, really made our stay worth. And obviously also the big & deep pool together with the awesome big bbq grill :)

Schöne Unterkunft für eine große Gruppe (15 Personen)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Bei Fragen und Problemen wurde uns unverzüglich und freundlich geholfen. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Ruhige Lage,spektakuläre Ausblicke,viele Sitz- + Liegemöglichkeiten, toller Pool + Außengrillplatz
Dieses Feriendomizil ist perfekt geeignet für Familien und Gruppen von jung bis alt. Alle können ihr Plätzchen für die unterschiedlichsten Bedürfnisse finden. Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern sehr wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Nette Ortschaften und einladende Buchten sind ohne lange Anfahrten erreichbar.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: regelmäßigere Kontrolle von Armaturen und Abflüssen in Küche und Badezimmern..

Wunderbare Finca mit schönen Details
Als Gruppe mit 14 Personen (7 Erwachsene, 7 Kinder) haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, wir vergeben 4,5 Punkte!
Die Finca bietet einige großzügige Zimmer und Bäder, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (incl. Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine). In der (überdachten) Außenküche ist ein toller Grill integriert, hier sind ein weiterer Kühl- und ein separater Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Im Lounge-Bereich bieten gemütliche Sofas Gelegenheit zur Entspannung. Der Pool-Bereich ist mit 12 Liegen und zwei Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet, hier konnten wir den traumhaften Ausblick genießen.
Bei der Vermietung ist alles wunderbar abgelaufen, die Ansprechpartnerin war sehr, sehr freundlich und telefonisch immer erreichbar. Wir würden die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Herausragend schönes Haus mitten im grillenzirpen, neben orangen und Olivenhainen
Der nächste Nachbar ca 3km entfernt, ausser grillen nichts zu hören, weitläufiges Haus mit allem was man braucht, großer Grill, Kühlschränke innen und außen, vier Bäder, Waschmaschine und, und, und... Und vor allem ein großer Pool und viel Platz zum Spielen!

Fantastisk feriehus (finca) i dejlige omgivelser.
Vi var en familie på 14 personer, der boede i huset. Det var meget veludstyret. Dejlig pool, spiseplads til alle både ude og inde. Der var rent og pænt over alt. Venlige og service mindet udlejere tog imod os. Jeg kan give mine bedste anbefalinger til dette hus.
