Apartment was a short walk from many areas of interest in old Quebec City. Loved the windows and “authentic” feel/charm of the apartment.
A suggestion: if possible, add a railing to staircase. It is difficult for older people to climb without a railing. Perhaps the online description should mention that people with mobility problems may have trouble.
Also, there was loud music coming from the bakery downstairs sometimes in the middle of the night. The condo owner helped resolve this issue.
Old Quebec is a great place to visit and this apartment’s location made it easy to do so.

As we've been to QC many times before, we were familiar with the great location of both the condo and the parking garage. Owner communication was excellent, with clear, detailed instructions. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with most of the items one might need. With the really cold temperatures outside, we found the condo to be quite comfortable. The only negative thing we would really like to mention is that a handrail should be installed for safety on the stairway. My husband has a vision issue and had difficulty navigating the stairs which are steep and shallow---a handrail would have made it much safer for everyone. I hope they consider making this improvement.

This apartment is stylish, well thought out and designed. Being located in the corner of the building, it has multiple windows in the main living area which adds much charm. Checking in was easy with just needing a code for entry to the building and then to the apartment itself. The location is in the heart of the old city and a quick walk to the main sights. Andre was very helpful in arranging for our taxi to the airport upon departure. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to friends and family!

A wonderful two-bedroom suite, well-outfitted pied a terre. Could not be better placed for exploring Quebec City--everything we wanted to see is within walking distance.

Nice two bedroom apartment in a great location just off Rue St. Laurent in old Quebec. Very clean, comfortable beds and a great shower (although a somewhat tight squeeze to get to the shower). The steep, narrow staircase with no handrails leading to the apartment was the only drawback.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location in Old Quebec but also close to areas of interest on Grande Allee. Check in process couldn't have been easier and a coded door lock is so handy compared to a key! I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We loved the apartment and would definitely book again in the future. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere except Ile de Orleans which was a wonderful day trip. We had everything we needed and having the cafe downstairs for coffee and a light breakfast was wonderful! Agree with previous reviews that the pictures are not representative of how nice the place is. We were two couples traveling and very comfortable there.

This apartment is perfect for exploring Old Quebec. There is a lot of walking when you visit Old Quebec so it was great to be near everything. Having free parking was great. We enjoyed our meal at La Buche which was only steps away from the apartment.

We LOVED this apartment! It is located just a block into Old Town on the second floor with many large windows that give you a Birds Eye view of you surroundings and the neighborhood. Great layout with two bedrooms at each end with well stocked kitchen and spacious living area. It is locate one block from the entrance of Old Town and you see all who enter from above. There are ample widows facing both streets as it is right on the corner. There is a cute coffee bakery right below it. Easy walking to any of the shops and eateries in Old Town. Walking was easy to the boardwalk area and spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River. Parking is provided,which definitely need in this area. I will say the parking garage is a couple of blocks away but provides secure parking. Also the stairs are steep as this is in older building, but don’t let that deter you. The apartment is great, and so well done I will definitely use again as it adds to the total Old Town experience. We loved it!

Our family of four including two college sophomores enjoyed our stay at this prime location in Vieux Quebec! It was wonderful to have easy walking access to all that the city offers and to make daily visits to our favorites The free parking is such a plus, and the location was very convenient for day trips outside the city to Montmorency Falls, Cap Tournamente, Parc Nationale Jacques Cartier, and Parc Nationale Grande Jardins. The condo gave our family room to spread out and the ability to cook many meals during our stay. There is an IGA near Montmorency Falls, which I would recommend for picking up groceries as it has more selection than you will find within the city. This condo is an incredible value and we would love to return if again in the area.

We LOVED this rental. I can’t say enough about how terrific it is. The location, the apartment and the hosts are all so great. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts were incredibly gracious when we had an unexpected medical issue and needed to stay and extra night. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay here!

Loved the apartment, the pictures don’t do it justice and you can beat the location!!!! Walk two seconds around corner and everything is at your fingertips. Rained all weekend we where there and bonus having apartment so close to everything was we could go back and get ready for dinners.Finding parking lot was also super easy and was quick walk back. When dropping of bags- the apartment it is the first door to the left of the coffee shop downstairs. Would not hesitate to book again.

Hosts are very helpful. Beautifully appointed. Location cannot be beat. Easy walks to the water, museums, Plains, and many places to eat. Bello across the street is a nice place to wait for the unit or meet up with others.

We loved the location of this wonderful apartment in Old
Quebec. It was exactly as described, and worked out well for our group of four -- Mother and father, and adult child and her partner. The bathroom is a bit of a tight squeeze, but the place is otherwise perfect.
Fabulous location. We were just a few blocks from Le Continental (a favorite restaurant) as well as other locations in old town.
The parking felt like it was a bit further away than we anticipated, but the directions were fine and we appreciated having a place to leave our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves in Quebec City.

We had great communication from the host, which helped understanding the parking (really nice to have in QC) and access to the unit. The apartment was more than large enough for just the two of us. Best part was the location being within walking distance for everything we wanted to do in town - restaurants, tours and shopping.
We strongly recommend that you consider this apartment in the future for your Quebec City holiday.

Couldn’t have been in a nicer spot.
Loved leaving the car in it’s spot and walking all over the upper and lower town . Would have been nice to have a headboard on our bed but that was a small issue. Neighbourhood grocer was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely return to this property.

Very pleased with our stay and hope to come back in the future. Proactive and responsive host. Attractive inside-- the pics do not do the place justice. The provided parking worked quite well, and we found we could walk everywhere we wanted to go in Vieux Quebec.

Good and safe location, easy access to tourist and historical sites in both old town and downtown, markets nearby for food supplies. Would stay there again. Pierre and Andre were very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Fantastic location we parked the car and didn't get it till we left. We were able to walk to everything, Old City, Basse Ville, Montcalm, Plains of Abraham, etc. The light in the lounge is amazing and just sitting watching the world go by is a lovely way to pass the time. Extremely well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, towels, bedding and such. Would definitely recommend it!
