Wat een warm welkom en goede verzorging. Ze hebben alle trips voor ons geregeld, hebben ze meer dan fantastisch gedaan. Luxor., karnak en vallei der koning en koninginnen. Alles met een zeer goede gids. Daarnaast ook een boottocht gedaan met een felucca. Het eten aan boord was fantastisch. Al met al een geslaagde locatie en de mensen ontmoeten je met alles.

Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Luxor!!
First of all, the location is excellent. The west bank is much more peaceful and chilled out than the East bank, so you will feel much more relaxed here. It's only a 5 minute walk from where all the ferries dock. There's a bunch of restaurants right in front by the water.
The staff are brilliant! Big shout out to the owner Mohamed, who was a star in helping organise our activities while we were there, and was just on top of everything in a very reassuring way. We organised three days of activities through him, and both the drivers and the guides went out of their way to provide excellent service.
The room itself was big and bright, and the beds were very comfortable - far and away the best room and best beds I experienced staying in egypt.
The breakfast is really nice, and the deck at the top with a view of the Nile, and Luxor temple just across the river is stunning.
I have literally zero complaints about staying here! Far and away the best place I stayed in Egypt!

A nice place. As is typical, they invite you to have a drink when you first arrive but then try to sell you a tour or something. The place is located on the west side which is quieter and cleaner and less hectic than the east side but that means a water taxi ride which means a negotiation with the driver for every trip. And once in the water taxi, it is a non stop praddle of him trying to sell you the next thing. Same with a taxi. Same with a carriage ride. The manager was nice enough and we got an upgrade room when we first got there and then were moved later on. It had a nice view of the Nile. But we felt he was angling for a tip in everything he did. Breakfast is adequate, nothing special, the same thing every day. There are restaurants on that side of the nice, all of them overprice for Egypt and non of them are special. They will always try to sell you one more item.
Luxor is not a nice place. Dirty, constant scammers trying to exhort money of you, you never know a moments peace. My recommendation is get in and out as fast as you can. One day for Karnack, one day for the Valley of the Kings, then leave. You can actually do both in one day and buses from Hurghada do exactly that. Knowing what I know now, I would skip Egypt and go to Türkiye. Ephesus has better ruins, the beaches on the Med are better. Not so dirty and polluted. And most importantly, no scammers.

Spacious room with very nice view on the Nile and a nice couch on the veranda. The view from the rooftop where breakfast is served is very nice too. We had an excellent host and also very helpful persons everytime we needed to ask something. One guy was greeting us with a smile wishing us a "lovely morning" daily.

La struttura si affaccia sul Nilo e gode di una bellissima vista, la cosa perfetta è che si trova sul lato tranquillo nella East Bank. Appena arrivata ho avuto parte di una bellissima sorpresa, una parte del tragitto per raggiungere l'hotel è stata in barca. Sono stata accolta dal proprietario Mohammed, che oltre ad essere stato a disposizione per ogni singola cosa( per tutti gli ospiti) mi ha parlato dei vari tour a prezzi veramente convenienti. Ho deciso di affidarmi a loro e mi hanno organizzato tutto, non mi sono dovuta preoccupare di assolutamente nulla ( per chi viaggia da solo non ha prezzo!)Inoltre la qualità della guida Huggy è imbattibile, è egittologo, quindi se siete appassionati di storia avrà risposta ad ogni domanda.
La camera è stata pulita ogni giorno e la vista sul fiume Nilo dal balconcino era spettacolare.
Le persone, le persone rendono tutto diverso. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura, la pulizia, le persone, i tour, ci si può fidare veramente per tutto. Grazie di cuore per aver reso la mia prima volta in Egitto indimenticabile. Tornerò sicuramente a Luxor e sicuramente voglio alloggiare qui!

Nile castle ist ein zwangloses aber ruhiges guesthaus direkt am nilufer in den westbanks mit blick auf luxor temple. Das zimmer war pickobello sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das mehr als ausreichend gute frühstück gibts auf der dachterrasse. Das beste aber, ist neben ausstattung und lage, die freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft der angestellten. Der besitzer mohamed steht jederzeit mit rat und tat zur hilfe. Danke dafür! Die unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

The cleanliness, location and quietness of the hotel were really good. The rooms were very spacious. The hotel owners and staff helped us a lot in every aspect. Especially after all the trouble we experienced in Cairo, we preferred to tour the temples and the Valley of the Kings and they helped us a lot in this regard. Haggag was amazing. He gave detailed information about everything during the tour and was very kindly. If you are going to travel temples and Valley of The Kings with a tour, definitely choose Haggag as your tour guide. I would like to thank him and the hotel staff again for everything.

The location is amazing. The owner gave me a roof top hotel with a view to the Nile.
If you are Arab/Egyptian travelling with a male friend. They wouldn't allow you to stay in one room. So we had to pay one extra room for my friend to sleep.

The owner of the place treated us very warmly from the beginning. He invited us to a fresh juice local from there and offered us many activities that we could do around the area. The cleaning staff was also very nice to us. He would welcome us every time we arrive the place.also, for the price and area it was very good deal.

O Nile castle foi a nossa melhor experiência enquanto hotel no Egito. Tudo correu muito bem. Tudo muito limpo, fizeram um upgrade de quarto sem qualquer custo, o pequeno almoço era bom, a equipa foi sempre muito muito muito atenciosa, e a vista….. melhor vista da nossa viagem. Estamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia e esperamos mesmo poder voltar! Muito obrigada ao Momo por toda a sua receptividade e acolhimento!

The room was spacious, clean and good even though there is no TV. Wifi is slow and often interrupted by power ouitage.
My wife had the run after her first breakfast. I came down with it too on the third day of our stay. Daily breakfast does not change during our 5 day stay.

Una excelente ubicación, habitacion super comoda, un baño grande y cómodo, lo mejor la vista desde la terraza (increible) Mohamed super servicial y nos ayudó con todo, nos ayudó a reservar el viaje en globo, estuvo en contacto permanente con nosotros y en todo lo que le preguntamos o pedimos nos ayudó (gran persona) Mustafá en el restaurante y terraza nos preparó una limonada deliciosa, tambien unas hamburguesas muy ricas y para una velada en la noche con shisha y bebidas estuvo con nosotros super atento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Perfect location overseeing the Nile river. Friendly host Muhamad who arranged a perfect tour guide Karem for my West Bank tour, also drove us to the airport at 6am in the morning. Shout out to the helper (sorry forgot his name) who’s always been there whenever we needed him. Quiet West Bank b&b, can easily get to the east by private boat at 50le per pax.
Wear and tear (table lamps not working, door knob is challenging, curtain rod dropped off once when pulled). Almost none toiletries except a piece of soap. But the helper went extra mile to ensure everything is ok within his capability, which I appreciated!

La grande chambre avec petit salon et vue sur le Nil et le temple de Louxor. Personnel très gentil. Réservation de nos excursions via la guest house à des prix honnêtes. Le rooftop où nous avons passé de nombreuses heures pendant nos 5 jours à Louxor. Une supérette à 2 pas pratiquant des prix égyptiens (rarissime). Très proche de l'embarcadère du ferry local.

Hello Mohammad! I hope you still remember our family of three! Sorry for the delayed review but of course I will not forget it 😊 We stayed there between Sept 18-21 and it was our best trip in Egypt. MOHAMMAD the owner welcomed us when we arrived, he asked how’s our Egypt trip so far, and we told him that we were traumatized in Cairo because of the people who constantly milking the us and other tourist for money/ tip. Mohammad assured us that Luxor is very different from Cairo and he was right. We were not traumatize in Luxor and we love everything in there. We took the hotel’s East and West tours, and we enjoyed it so much!!! KARIM was so great in being a tour guide, me and my husband learned a lot about ancient Luxor, he even bought my daughter a hat 🥹 he also take care of us while we were buying some souvenirs, making sure that the vendors won’t take advantage of us. MY ADVICE TO FUTURE TOURIST, GET KARIM AS YOUR TOUR GUIDE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Thank you KARIM ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you also to MUSTAFA, for taking care of our breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner ☺️ HASSAN who cleans our room, thank you. Breakfast was simple but good and plenty. The host met us and upgraded our room, which had a wonderful view and all we needed/wanted with fridge/air-conditioning, etc. Even when we left thinking we were done but returned before final check-out, it wasn’t a problem.
Not really a problem, but one spilled drink made me realize we really could have used some paper-towels in the room.

La atención de todo el personal es de primera, y principalmente del dueño Muhamed, una gran persona y súper atento con nosotros para ayudarnos con los tours, y cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Realmente regresamos súper agradecidos por tanta hospitalidad.
Importante, cuentan con un bote privado para cruzar el ánimo hacia el centro en cualquier momento.

El personal que trabaja muy amables, atentos y sonrientes. El dueño y su hijo muy amables y te consiguen lonque necesites. En mi caso estuve con dolor de cabeza, y me trajeron al cuarto hielo, te y frutas. Muy recomendable ! Desayunas viendo el Río Nilo, y su desayuno es el mejor ! Verduras, frutas, huevos, yogur, te o café y hasta falafel. Gracias Mohamaad 🙏🫶

I love that the hotel is right on the Nile, exceptional views. the property is traditional and is in a quiet area. it’s very clean and comfortable. the property looks lovely from the outside too. the staff are so kind and welcoming, they go out of their way to help.
there isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. it’s exceptional value for money so I can’t fault it on lack of luxury. it’s charming and we had a wonderful stay.

The room was spacious, clean and with an efficient AC. Breakfast was very basic, but it was enough to start the day. It was served on the roof top terrace, overlooking the Nile and in front of Luxor complex, amazing!!! The host was very kind and diligent, facilitating our transportation to the east bank. There are a few nearby options for dinner.
The bathroom layout was absurd, with the shower in the middle, spilling water all over.

I was collected as arranged at Luxor Station by Adam. The trip across the Nile to the west bank was a wonderful introduction to Luxor. The Hotel is located 15m from the bank of Nile and has cafes and restaurants within 5mins.
The room was luxurious and GREAT value. The staff friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Family friendly and just a great stay. THE place to stay on the west Bank.
