Having the pool was really nice! The size of the room was perfect for two people.

Very good

This property is so dang adorable. Quaint and beautiful. The staff was super friendly and the place was immaculate. The Pool was a nice bonus just to be able to sit out and relax. Would have been nice if there was a hot tub. Wink wink!! Loved stay at the top level with an ocean view.

Honestly it would have been nice if it was a bit cheaper but come on it’s the hamptons. Wish I could do it every year!!

Amazing location. Unit 24 needs renovating.

Location is excellent, directly across from the beach. Pool access was great. Back garden with bbqs also lovely.

Room size is fine but unit 24 is in desperate need of modernizing. The bathroom is pretty grim, the bedroom and main living area is fully carpeted which is nonsensical at the beach, the kitchen was fine but could be improved. We were kind of afraid to touch things. To be clear, the room was clean but there is only so much the cleaning staff can do.

Very good

It was a comfortable place for my husband and I to stay while we visited friends in the area. The only critique I have is the height of the one mirror in the bathroom. For short people like myself, I couldn't even see the top of my head! I was able to use a small decorative mirror on the wall by taking it down and placing it on the dresser.

Proximity to Hurricane Larry's beautiful waves

While thoughtful, the air freshener was a bit cloying.

Very nice, relaxing but expensive!

I liked proximity to the beach and I liked have an outdoor deck

curtains were not wide enough to keep daylight out. Deck overhang allowed water to come in when sitting outside with rain

we have been here several times, we love montauk but it just gets pricier and pricier

Fabulous location, and this year the room seemed to had recent little cosmetic upgrade.

the people above us stomped around. sounded like bulls.an ice machine would be lovely. i both like and not like no evidence of a reception area, everything done by text.

Very good

Location is great - short walk to a beautiful, clean, uncrowded beach. Also within walking distance to Montauk downtown.

We could hear the families staying in either side of our room. Pool was overcrowded. Room was a bit small.

Clean, cozy, and just what you expect!

The pictures on the website and booking.com were very similar to what we got, which is what I was most worried about. The concierge service each day was really nice and we didn't have to come into contact with any staff during our stay which was comforting during the pandemic. We also LOVED the beach/Montauk theme of the room, it was very cozy.

Nothing, in particular, comes to mind that they could do something about. We stayed on the bottom level of the suites and the people above us were very loud on their feet at 6:00 AM. I do wish they gave you a choice of the upper or lower level. They may if you ask!
