Our 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo sleeps 8. There's a King Bed in the Master. Guest Bedroom has comfy king and twin bunk beds. Sofa and blow up mattress to accommodate other members of your group! All new furniture indoor and out. All new - granite, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous vinyl wood floor, carpets in bedrooms, fixtures, guest bath and 1/2 bath vanities, paint. This unit has been remodeled with updated colors and features. The unit is incredibly inviting, calming, comfy and ready for your visit. We had such an amazing stay! The condo was fabulous and our family loved all the amenities. The beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards were a great extra! We had the best last vacation before school starts! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in a great location with all the amenities you could imagine. The wife was a little upset that there was no jacuzzi tub as listed in the description, but that wasn’t anything worth fussing about. The condo was immaculate and made our family vacation a wonderful time. We have already talked about booking again! Thanks Sheryl!

Perfect condo overlooking the beach! Very clean unit and building. Multiple elevators, so you don’t have to wait all day to get back to your room! I’ll definitely stay here again.

Let me just start by saying that Sheryl was phenomenal! Not only was check in a breeze but we also forgot to ask for a second parking pass and even though it was late Friday night and the office isn’t open on the weekends, she was able to have her cleaning crew bring another one prior to our arrival! The condo was immaculate! The sliding glass door from the bedroom to the balcony was icing on the cake. Access to the hot tub/pool/sauna/steam room were just what our upstate NY winter bodies needed! If you’re looking for a weekend getaway that’s completely a hidden paradise, STAY HERE!

We had an amazing vacation staying here. There was some maintenance/construction going on at the complex that the owner kept us up to date and aware of everything prior to our trip. When last minute weather delayed progress, and the access to the condo, Sheryl was on top of informing us and bending over backwards to help make our family vacation happen. The unit is very nice and full of extra amenities. Everything is updated with a nice luxury finish to it. The closet of beach chairs and toys was a nice extra that kept me from having to travel with all that stuff. We will definitely be contacting the owner again for future stays.

This rental was beautiful! Not your typical yellow/orange/palm tree decor and it was just what we were looking for! Sheryl, the owner, was available by text before and throughout our stay. Centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. The condo had lots of amenities, but we spent most of our time on the beach. All of the beds were comfy and bathrooms were spacious. The washer and dryer in the unit were a MAJOR bonus! Although there are renters on all sides of the condo, you could not hear anyone else through the walls. The balcony was huge and had an outdoor closet filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys was a huge bonus. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and got to watch dolphins out in the water while we ate. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely be staying here!

Great location right on the beach. Unit looks like the photos. There are gas grills, parking is good, beach is amazing and the building itself is very nice. Unit has a few bumps and bruises, but considering it’s a beach condo, that’s to be expected/unavoidable I would imagine. Sheryl was easy to work with and friendly. Only issue we had was the washer and dryer didn’t work during our stay.

I have stayed at Regency Isle a few times before because I really like the building, location, and ease of getting to and from the beach. I have to say, I think this condo is my favorite! Its cozy and very well kept, loved that both bedrooms each had a king bed. The beds are very comfortable as well, and it was so nice to get up in the morning and enjoy coffee on the balcony, using the Keurig in the kitchen. The owner was attentive and when we needed to connect with her regarding a building issue, she was very responsive and accommodating, making sure our stay was enjoyable. She was great at communicating with us and we appreciated it very much. It was hard to leave and we have already started planning our next trip back!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our family. Located right on the beach made a great ocean view from the balcony. The pools and hot tubs in addition to the beach was very convenient as well. Highly recommend and we would definitely go back and stay again!

We love everything about this condo. This is our second time staying here. We will stay again. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It is in a great location, and the pool is excellent. We appreciate the hospitality.

I concur with almost everyone on the beautiful beach, balcony view and location. Check in/out was smooth and the condo is nicely updated and decorated but does show its age a bit. As stated by the owner there are a ton of beach and pool toys. We've stayed at a few similarly priced beach condos in the SE US that were 5 star worthy because they got the little things right that this one didn't. The little things matter. Single ply toilet paper (really! At this price). No kleenex anywhere in the unit. No beach towels. Broken TV remote that also has missing batteries. Lastly, every VRBO we've ever rented charges a cleaning fee, which this owner does, and that's fine. But this owner wants you to basically clean half the unit before checkout. My advice would be to charge less on the cleaning fee or not require the renter to do the dishes, take out the trash, start the laundry, and strip the linens. Even cheap hotels don't ask this of renters. Overall, a very nice stay but needs to improve on the little things to earn 5 stars.
