Nestled in Orange Beach, this charming condo for $468 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8-9) This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. New extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker. TV's in all bedrooms and living room with Dish Network Satellite. There is also free WiFi. Premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings. Unit is the only unit with a Wet Bar and under cabinet ice maker in the family room. Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts. Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 9 with sleeper sofa in the family room. Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included. The location and condo were nice. The property is relatively clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sticky mostly because you have to grip the doors and drawers to open them as they don’t have handles. There are adequate pans, plates ect. but bring your own kitchen towels and washing supplies as only one towel is provided. Bring paper towels and cleaner for cleaning. Bring detergent as none is provided. Be out before 10 - not at 10 or the housekeeper will get in your way and yell at your children while you are trying to leave. This is an nice rental in a nice location but don’t expect any hospitality. Read the fine print carefully. Also, parking passes aren’t included in the rental but if you rent from the main property they are included.

Property was well maintained and generally clean. The room was clean. The room was as advertised. The room could use updating especially the outdoor chairs and living room furniture. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would book again if available.

Amazing property! Perfect location for little ones if a balcony is a concern. We did have a family of 7 so the bedroom layout was also perfect however it was a little tight with the living room furniture but not that big of a deal. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

We booked this vrbo for just a couple days and every single person was disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. The location was perfect and if you have kids you can’t get any better. The pool is just right outside the patio, but completely fenced in so no worries for the little ones. The beach is such a short walk and the indoor pool is so close. We’ve already talked about our next trip and booking an entire week just so we can thoroughly enjoy all the things that this condo had to offer.

We LOVED this condo. The location is perfect - with access to the pool right outside the door! The beach access is also from the pool - making packing up and going to the ocean easy! The beds were super comfortable. MIL had her own room, our 4 boys shared the room with 4 beds and my husband slept in the 3rd room. There was tons of storage for our outfits and with laundry in the unit, we brought home clean clothes - which is a big deal for us moms! The pool was clean and great for relaxing. Beach rental chairs were easy. Food options were great - Docs, Tacky Jacks & The Gulf were our favorites. Megan was easy to communicate with and quick to answer us whenever we asked a question prior or during our stay. We had the best adventure and my kids had a great first time visiting the ocean. We will be back!

The location is perfect for families with children. The patio area is right off of the pool and splash pad, so we could walk right up from the beach or pool and unload our things. The condo is clean and spacious, equipped with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!

We loved the location of this condo. It was so convenient to walk out the back door and have the outdoor pool and beach access right there. It was also so close to the indoor pool and hot tub. We would go back and forth from the beach to the warmth of the indoor pool. It was too chilly our week to swim in the outside un-heated pool.The condo was very clean and adequately stocked with what we needed for basic meals. Megan was very kind and easy to work with. The beach was perfect white sand, great water, and not too busy. If we every come back to Orange Beach we will look for this unit! Thank you!

We enjoyed our quick trip to Orange Beach. The condo was perfect for our family. I loved staying on the ground floor. Even in November we enjoyed a beautiful day on the beach. The kids loved being so close to the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably the cleanest vacation rental we ever stayed in. Great place to stay for a family with kids. Pool & splash pad right outside patio door. The only thing that we missed was view of the beach from patio. This is a ground floor unit but we knew that when we made reservation. We will keep this one on our list for future trips to OB.

We absolutely loved this condo! The location was perfect to keep my 3 granddaughters entertained. The condo was immaculate, the grounds are beautiful and well kept up. It was nice to walk out patio door and the pool and splash pad was right there. Kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Beds slept so comfortable. One of my favorite VRBO stays.

Everything is just as pictured/described in the listing of the condo. Very clean, right on the ground floor- very convenient if you have small children or if you just want to be able to walk right out of your condo & skip the elevators when heading to the beach or to the pool. Megan (host) was very helpful and always readily available for any questions. 10 / 10 would recommended.

This property was spacious and well-decorated, but the best part was the location. It walked directly out to the pool areas and the beach, which was great for our families and children. We did not have to ride a single elevator except for when we arrived and did not have to bring our sandy beach gear in the front door.! It was very quiet - especially for being on the ground floor. We had a great time!

We had an amazing time staying at this property over Labor Day weekend! Checkin and check out were very easy, and being able to walk right out of the condo to the beach and the swimming pool made taking stuff with us super easy! Highly recommend this property!

There were some issues with the condo. The owner was great at getting back with us and issues were dealt with promptly. Being a pretty avid user of VRBO there were some things that were missing for me. There was dish soap upon arrival and no hair dryer in the condo. Seems like small things but they are honestly just expected. Also. This is a Basement condo. Being prepared for that is important. Not a first floor but a basement. Whoever cleans for this owner is just not great. There was an old coffee filter with coffee in the coffee maker, floor needed cleaned and I found 2 pairs of very nice size 32 men’s pants in the master bedroom along with an open box of unused condoms. Again, these are things that should have been dealt with from the cleaning folks. The indoor pool and hot tub could use some rock I think that maybe these are just new Owners who need to work out the kinks. Some softer pillows as an option would Also be nice. A hair dryer is a must. On the plus side. It is a poolside condo and if our grandson has been able to come as scheduled it would have been perfect for taking a 2 year old back and forth to the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the decorations were lovely.
