This gorgeous 3300 square foot brick home is custom built by a local Southern Living builder in the award winning and magazine featured Tannin Village neighborhood. Quaint Tannin features views of the Gulf of Mexico, Tannin Lakes, and the Gulf State Park. The low traffic brick streets of Tannin are just a quick stroll to the white sand beaches of the Gulf. The traffic signal and crosswalk at the neighborhood entrance and deeded beach access makes getting to the beach easy! Simply push a button and traffic will stop for you to cross over to the beautiful Gulf. If the beach isn’t your thing, feel free to hang out at the Olympic sized Tannin Community Pool where everyone can enjoy a relaxing time away from the crowds at the condos! Guests will also enjoy exploring, walking, running, or biking in the serene village of Tannin and in the Gulf State Park. Tannin's neighborhood access connects you with over 20 miles of trails and beauty that the State Park has to offer! Enjoy a bike ride through the quaint neighborhood or State Park trails on one of the 8 (6 Adult, 2 Youth, 3 balance bikes, and 2 scooters) complimentary bicycles at Turquoise Tide. The layout: The front doors lead to a beautiful white open concept kitchen, living, and dining room. This floor plan is perfect for entertaining for your large gathering! The kitchen will have stainless appliances, open shelving, stone counters, designer pendants, and a fun turquoise island with 2 counter stools! The foyer mudroom houses the bicycles and accessories, as well as a great mud-bench perfect for kicking off your flip flops and hanging your favorite sun hat! You might also notice the designer turquoise chandelier hanging above your head! The spacious open living room features beautiful decor with comfortable seating, custom drapes, a 50' Smart TV, and a large console with a variety of family games, books, DVDs, puzzles, and more for your entertainment! The open dining room feature a custom painted table & chairs that will seat 8-10, designer chandelier, and custom drapes. Also, on the 1st floor there is a quaint half bath and full sized laundry with a full sized washer, dryer, and 2 laundry baskets of beach/pool towels for your use. We had 12 family members from age 15 to 77 (three generations) and the home is just perfect for our family vacation. Katie was very responsive to all the issues that arose during our stay.

Turquoise Tide was perfect for our family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, beds were super comfortable and we loved using the bikes and beach toys. The house is spacious and we all had plenty of room. It was beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was not too bad. We really enjoyed biking the gulf state park. The neighborhood was picturesque and quiet. I would recommend this house for families

This is out 2nd time at Turquiose Tide. It's a beautiful home for a large family. Close to walk to beach and pool. Safe neighborhood. Clean. Great communication Katie, the owner. Overall, wonderful vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room.

Our stay at Turquoise Tide was so enjoyable. We had 11 staying there and 3 staying within walking distance.(8, 5, 3,2, and 10-month old grandkids).
Making meals in the kitchen was great—things were easy to find and everything you could want was there.
I loved that the great room was so comfortable(everyone loved that couch). It is the perfect place to hang out/play.
Our bedrooms were all so spacious and the beds made everyone happy.
Took us a minute to get our bearings, but we walked every day to the beach and the beach access crosswalk made that super easy. Enjoyed the pool a few times, too.
We easily DoorDashed one night and spent lots of evening on the front porch/front area talking, laughing, and telling stories.
The place has a great vibe— tastefully beachy. Katie was wonderful about communicating.

We were a family of 10 (4 families) and this house was perfect! The rooms are all spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and gadgets. The host provides bikes which were used by all! This was a great vacation and we made so many memories!

Turquoise Tide is exactly as described and even more. The Hostess was available to answer all questions promptly and went out of her way to make it a special family gathering. The area is very family friendly, our teens loved the freedom of exploring the area on the bicycles provided. The kitchen is fully stocked, no need to bring a thing. Our family wants to know how soon we can return. Out best VRBO yet!!

This property is absolutely beautiful with all the amenities necessary for a nice time. Our hosts thought of everything to make the stay fun and easy. This is our second time staying at this location. My family loves the house and the amenities offered. It is just a short walk or golf ride to the beach. A good time was had by all. The property is super clean and the host is very informative and friendly. Would recommend this to anyone!

We had a great time on vacation while staying at this house. Everything that came with the house was a bonus for our beach and biking excursions! We had plenty of room for the 9 of us, and enjoyed the location of the house and quiet neighborhood.
Communication with the owners was fantastic from the start, and continued to the day we checked out.
Proximity to the beach, community pool, state park, and plenty to do…made this trip even more enjoyable than planned.

Awesome clean and big property. It has everything you need for babies and preschoolers. My 4 year old loved the balance bikes and huge assortment of books. Short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the pool which was also super clean and never crowded. Lots of memories made by all. Hopefully we will get to come again!

Great house!
We had a great time staying here! The living room and kitchen area was great and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfy and even the couch in the living room was very comfy to hang out after a long Beach day.
Renting the golf cart to get all of our kid gear to the beach was great too and it was a short and easy drive; you pull right up to the beach. The house also had tons of toys and beach gear for kiddos. Katie was great to work with and gave great tips for the area.

Like straight out of a beach living magazine.
This property and rental experience was hands down the best experience I've had on VRBO. The property owner is great and answered my questions within a few hours of asking, there was even a nice gift basket waiting for us at the house which we all really enjoyed. I've been to a few beach houses before but the included amenities, like the bikes, just put this property ahead of the rest it really made us feel at home instead of just some random house. We loved waking up every morning and taking a quick bike ride on the trail connected to the neighborhood. Getting to the beach was also a breeze within easy walking distance from the house. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Fun Family Trip
My family rented the Turquoise Tide for a vacation over Labor Day weekend. Our trip ended up being extended at the last minute as we were all displaced from Ida. Katie was flexible and very responsive whenever we reached out to her. The house was clean and comfortable with close proximity to beach and pool (exactly as described). We rented a golf cart because we had young children and grandparents, which made getting to/from the beach easier. Highly recommend this property!

We wanted a change of scenery and decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at the beach with some friends and family. It was wonderful. Katie is amazing and the location was great. We definitely would stay here again.
