This is a new 3400 square foot home, just built and completed In January 2016. 4 Bedrooms/ 3.5 Bathrooms * 2 Masters with private baths ( one with jetted tub) and queen beds * 2 bedrooms each with queen beds that share a bathroom * an additional 1/2 bathroom off of the great room 3 Balconies ( dining room, great room and main level master) with views of the entire valley Beautiful new kitchen with top of the line appliances Large front loading washer and dryer in huge laundry room 2 car heated garage Gas fireplace WiFi Large flat screen TV in Family room with queen sized futon Walk in level: garage, great room with gas fireplace, kitchen , laundry, dining and one master suite. Lower level: second master suite, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, family room. **Please, NO FIRES permitted at any time on this property. Minimum stays (3 - 5 nights) are required during holidays and high seasons/ festivals throughout the year. One night stays are only considered. We had a great time in this house. It had the comforts of home, along with many of the kitchen gadgets and tools. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was awesome to let in some fresh air, sit on the deck and enjoy the views (without direct sun entering the massive windows). We would love to live here…our time flew by

Overall, a great house and location. The base of the main floor toilets were a bit dirty and we found an old, dirty washcloth in a drawer in the main floor master, which is why I rated cleanliness a 4 out of 5, but everything else was great.

Great house with wonderful views. The layout is perfect for a large group - we had eight adults. Everyone had their own space and the large dining room table brought everyone together at night! Perfect space for a winter get-away

This lovely home suited our large family beautifully. We especially appreciated that all bedrooms had queen beds and not a bunch of bunk beds (which no longer meet the needs of our adult children). Kitchen was well-equipped, heated garage was awesome, Sonos sound system a real bonus (!), and just a wonderful place all around.

Perfect house for our rescheduled Christmas family trip. (Southwest Airlines melt down). It had everything we needed. The view of the mountains and valley was great. Heated garage is a plus.

Incredible views from almost every room in the home include beautiful panomic views from large kitchen/living area. Kitchen is very well equipped and has high quality appliances which aided all the cooking and baking we did. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Very nice art and photography on the walls. We had a great visit.

High scale home, beautiful view of Winter Park, Frazier area and beautiful view of mountain range across the valley. Aspen were just turning, had deer and fox visit the yard - wonderful place to vacation.

I stayed with some friends and their spouses during the summer. The house layout was very accommodating and everything about the place was great for a larger group. Very nice house with good appliances and everything that was needed. The view were fantastic to boot!

I stayed in this rental in September with a group of high school friends. We’re 30 years+ past high school and we had the best time sitting around the huge table and laughing while enjoying the beautiful scenery. We saw deer several mornings! The place is very spacious and the four of us each had our privacy as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is simply gorgeous! We had a family Thanksgiving and Birthday celebration. Our group had 10 adults and 3 small children and there was plenty of room in this home for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The large kitchen and dining area made it perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. The views from this home are breathtaking, we are from this area and miss the lovely Rocky Mountains. The location is convenient to easily get to Winter Park and Fraser. The only thing that I can say that wasn't great about this home was the driveway to the house. It had just snowed a little and the drive has a steep turn and there is a drop off on the right of the drive. After manurering it a few times and snow melted it wasn't so bad. We recommend this property to anyone looking for a great family home.

This wonderful home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend in the mountains with our family. It was immaculate upon arrival and Becky, the property manager, was quick to respond when I had a question. We spent much of our time on the deck admiring the mountain views and the starry, starry sky at night. The furnishings throughout the house were very comfortable. We spent quite a bit of time admiring all of the wonderful artwork all throughout the house. The kitchen was well-equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and private, but restaurants and grocery stores were conveniently close, just 1-2 miles away. We highly recommend!

Prior to arrival never having been to Winter Park I was worried if this location made sense. Turns out it was PERFECT. The location is literally less then 5 minutes to the ski parking lot. Less then 5 minutes to the food store but beat of all - elevated on the mountain side affording the most spectacular views. The physical space is impeccably clean and extremely well maintained with high end finishes. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and host extremely organized. Can’t wait to stay again.
