Situated in Greers Ferry Lake, this charming cabin for $327 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies. This cabin has it all…beautiful views, lakefront, boat slip and close to town. We are very proud of our lake place and we want to keep it in great condition for all of our guests. Please, note that there is a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This includes adults and children. If you have more than 8 guests, we cannot accommodate you. We classify the style as mountain lodge with a modern touch providing a wonderful retreat from everyday life. The cabin is the top unit of a two unit building. It boasts amazing views from the two story windows and large covered back deck. Guests are steps from the lake and dock providing swimming, fishing and boating adventures. This is one of very few rentals on Greer’s Ferry Lake that has boat slips for renters. The location is great because it is next to the Edgemont Bridge which is only a mile from the town of Greer’s Ferry, 10 miles from Fairfield Bay and right on the best lake in the country. Greer’s Ferry Lake is a favorite water playground nestled in the foothills of the Ozarks in north central Arkansas. This 40,000-acre masterpiece pleases water enthusiasts of all types. The lake is surrounded by an abundance of rock outcropping, trees, and wildlife making it a leading tourist destination. Greer’s Ferry Lake is noted for its pristine shoreline and deep crystal clear waters that provide a wonderful opportunity for enjoying nature at its finest. The lake has deep clean water for boating, water skiing, and scuba diving. There are vast stretches of water for sailing and other water sports. All of this is mere steps away from the cabin. You can launch your boat less than a mile away at Devil’s Fork boat launch. If you wish to rent a boat or Jet Ski, Lacey’s Narrows Marina is only three miles away. Once you have your boat in the water, you will enjoy having it docked in a slip just a short walk away from the cabin. The dock also provides a nice swimming area with a ladder allowing easy access in and out of the lake for guests. The Cabin has two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft bedroom upstairs. Bedroom one has a Tempur-Pedic king bed with private bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two has another Tempur-Pedic king bed and adjoins the hall bathroom including a tub/shower unit. Bedroom two also has a crib. Guests are provided with towels and wash cloths for your convenience. The upstairs loft bedroom has one king bed and two twin beds. Each bed was carefully chosen to ensure comfort for our guests. The laundry is off the hall on the first floor and includes a full size washer and dryer. The two story living room has a couch, love seat and recliner with a large flat screen TV mounted to the two story gas fireplace. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a peninsula bar that is 11 foot long and great for buffet style serving. The peninsula bar has seating for 4 in addition to the dining table that seats 6. In the kitchen, renters are provided with fiesta dinnerware, pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc to allow guests to prepare meals in home. The entrance to this unit is up one half of a flight of stairs, so it is not easily accessible by wheelchair. Please, note that pets are not allowed. We know this won't work for everyone, but we cannot allow you to bring pets with you. Also, we supply hotel type shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, and we provide a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, so that is less for you to bring with you. Rare unobstructed view of the Lake. Also rare property with usable boat slip on end of dock. Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water right from your slip! Hope to visit again soon! Bring a boat and enjoy a great time on the beautiful lake!

We have visited this VRBO countless times and are never disappointed. It is always clean and well maintained. Beautiful house with a great view! Everything was like new and in excellent condition. Comfortable beds. The teens and tweens loved sleeping in the loft. We have a larger size boat and it was very nice to have the boat slip and dock available. We would love to stay here again.

We spent six lovely nights and days here. Property and location are exactly as described. The house is perfect for a vacation get away. Lots of light coming in making the inside inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful lake view with dock just a few steps away. Easy in and out from boat slip to the lake. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. Greers Ferry Lake We had never been to this lake before and it is as nice as we had been told. The boat launch is just down the main road from the house with easy access and lots of room for launching. We explored every part of the lake. Everyone we met was friendly. Host communicated everything we needed to know making our arrival seem just like we were coming home.

We had a great weekend at this property. It was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing . A great view of Greers Ferry lake. We enjoyed games with the family, fishing, and hiking in Heber Springs. We had BBQ and fish buffet at the local restaurants. Both very good and such friendly people. Would definitely stay here again. Taylor's were a great host!

The facility was as advertised...had a view of the lake from the porch area. The boat ramp was in close proximity of the location and the slip for the boat, that came with the rental was ideal. Geers Ferry is a beautiful lake, and this "cabin" was ideally suited for it. We will definitely book again!

We were very happy with the cabin and water access. Everything was well laid-out so we had no need to contact the property owner. A very comfortable cabin and peaceful surroundings. Please be aware that many restaurants in the area are closed this time of year Monday through Wednesday.

We had originally planned a last minute getaway for for a girls weekend and we ended up with having all the kids with us. The owner was very nice and the lovely couple that has the lower level was absolutely wonderful to us. They loaned us some Cajun seasoning and never complained about all the pitter patter of little feet from our kids running around upstairs. Lovely place and lovely people .

Very nice accommodations. Large kitchen/eating area. Big beds which were quite comfortable. Large balcony with great view of the lake. Boat slip less than a 100 yards away. Small glitch with internet that the host was quick to respond to. Overall great stay except for the rain.

This Greer's Ferry property had a wonderful view! We thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to our boat which the accompanying boat slip afforded. It was so wonderful to just walk down to the water and hop in our boat. The deck was incredible ---great for talking while sipping a glass of wine or having breakfast in the morning. There was plenty of room for our family in the well-appointed cabin. The grounds were also lovely.
