Located in Greers Ferry Lake, this attractive house for $295 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The home is 2,800 square feet, with 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), 2.5 bath, spacious open concept living and dinning, and another family room downstairs. Two minutes from Fairfield Bay Marina, 12 minutes from the FFB Conference Center, and 20 minutes to Clinton. Centrally located to boating, golfing, biking, hiking, and fishing. Located in Van Buren County, the only county surrounding the lake that sells beer, wine and alcohol. All other surrounding counties are dry. The house is just under a mile from Greer’s Ferry Lake, 40,000 acres of paradise. The area offers all types of recreational activities, such as fishing, boating, swimming, and scuba diving. At Fairfield Bay Marina, a 3 minute drive from the house, rent boats, jet skis, paddle boats, kayaks, take a charter to Sugar Loaf mountain, shop and enjoy lunch. Sleeps 8 people (11 people if you include couch space). Large open area to gather the entire family. The first floor offers a beautiful kitchen with a large table, breakfast bar and living room with a sectional couch. A spacious master bedroom with a king size bed, 5 piece bath, laundry room and another half bath. Downstairs offers a large family room with another King size bed, large TV, two couches with books and board games. Two additional guest rooms, both with kings sized beds and another full size restroom. A top covered deck offers a beautiful view of sunsets, mountain ridges and over an acre of wooded forest. The lower patio offers a ground view of the wooded backyard. The back yard is slopped and not a good play area for children. The front yard is more level but smaller. The long driveway is perfect for games of cornhole and catch. The home has a full sized kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Not in the mood to cook inside, use the outdoor full size grill. The kitchen is stocked with the basics; pots, pans, dinnerware, coffee pot and a Keurig, and some pantry staples. Enjoy towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner body soap and lotion. Traveling with children? We have all outlets covered, childproof all lower cabinets, and supply a pack and play with sheets, and a high chair. The stairs to the downstairs has a door to keep the little ones safer. Need to wash your swimsuit after a great day at the lake? Take advantage of the washer and dryer. Please note, once all bathroom and kitchen staples are used, the guests will need to buy more items for their stay. Tired after a long day at the lake or hiking? Enjoy relaxing and watching TV in the living rooms and master bedroom with smart TV technology. Log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max or Disney Plus.. The house is close to fishing, hunting, boating, hiking and golf. The area offers 90 miles of ATV trails. If you are wanting to stay in the area due to business or event attendance at the area conference center, fear not the house is a short 11 minute drive from the Fairfield Bay Conference Center. In Fairfield Bay enjoy traditional golf, miniature or try your hand at disc or foot golf. The area offers swimming pools, tennis, bowling, dining, and even more hiking and nature trails and sites. We wanted a comfortable place to gather extended family for Christmas dinner. We had family from the local area as well as from Kansas, Texas, and Washington. Some slept at the house; most just came for Christmas dinner. The Egg House was perfect for our needs. The entire rental process went very smoothly, and we were incredibly impressed by and appreciative of the prompt communication with Bri, the owner, any time we had any questions. Bri and Perry were amazingly accommodating and kind and helped our whole family have a very relaxed and enjoyable family Christmas!

Great location and close to the lake and the trails. The pictures don’t do it justice ! So clean and well kept. We were so very impressed and the owner is so easy to get in touch with. The back porch is perfect for morning coffee . It is really tight squeeze if you are pulling trailers with boats/atvs . The town is so cute we even had the constable stop and talk to us and escort us back to the house . It was a great time. Streets are ATV friendly

This house is absolutely lovely! First off the PDF the owners send with all the details of the area and the check in and check out process is 100% the most professional communication I've ever received from a VRBO owner. Again it's the little details that add up. The kitchen is amazing and is wonderfully equipped with modern appliances and a plethora of utensils. There was more storage in this house than in my actual house. I'm totally envious :) Our boys loved the downstairs which has 3 bedrooms and a large recreation room, which they never left! My youngest slept on the couch and likely stayed up way too long playing x-box (which we brought). The primary bedroom again has more storage than you could possible use, and the attached bathroom has a shower that could fit 6 people. It's beautiful. The bedding and bed was incredibly comfortable and this house has blackout curtains and blinds so I wasn't hassled by the morning light! There is an amazing deck with furniture where I enjoyed coffee every morning and watched the deer look at me oddly. The attention to details throughout the home is amazing. Night stands have chargers for electronic devices, there was plenty of soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc... I gave the location a 4/5 and this is not to be seen as a criticism. It is located a few miles away from the bay and marina and about 10 minutes away from a grocery store. This is well-documented in the description and PDFs. I am not faulting the owners at all. If you are wanting a home that is quiet and away from it while being reasonably accessible to activities then this is perfect! I have pretty active kids and I would have liked to have more immediate access to outdoor activities, and the backyard is quite sloped. Again just pointing this out and not trying to be critical. The owners are amazing! I asked about renting a boat and they went above and beyond to try to help me find some deals (I was trying to avoid the marina rates). They didn't have to help me but they did and this level of detail and concern shows throughout the house. Everything is modern and clean and you couldn't do better by the accommodations. Each morning we loaded up the Jeep and explored the area and came back tired and happy! A great weekend!

This was such a beautiful house! It was very clean and had plenty of room. The back porch was so relaxing. Fairfield Bay Marina was 2-3 minutes down the road. We had so much fun boating and swimming!

The cleanliness and the space of the property were absolutely amazing! The entire house was well stocked with things you need and it was in a nice and quiet location. The property owner was amazing to work with! We enjoyed our stay so much and were so sad to leave. We made so many great memories on the lake and playing board games back at this amazing house.

This is one of the nicest vrbo houses we have been in around the Fairfield Bay Area. Very well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Decor is very well done. Appreciate having nice towels and bed linens. Location is very close to marina. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.
