Nestled in Athens, this lovely condo for $170 per night is a great choice for your next break. High Point Condo is a 2BR/2BA condo in Athens, GA just 3.1 miles from UGA Football Parking, 5.0 Miles from Downtown Athens. Sleeps 6-9 people comfortably. The Entire 2nd floor is a Master Suite with a King Bed, twin size day bed, with a twin trundle. Private bathroom, sound machine, walk-in closet, and TV mounted on the wall that swivels to the sleeping area and daybed. Main level has the 2nd BR, which has 2 Double Beds, direct access to the main level bathroom and plenty of mirrored closet space. Living Room has a 42inch flatscreen TV with Charter cable and a wii entertainment system. L-shaped sofa and chair with ottoman serve up plenty of seating room to watch the games. There is also a closet that stores a roll away bed and bedding. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a large family meal on the ceramic top stove. Dining room seating is right off the kitchen, as is the full size Washer and Dryer for those longer stays. The back door opens up to the patio for great night seating and is just steps away from your 2 Reserved Parking Spaces(with 2 more shared guest spaces right next to your reserved spaces). My wife and I are frequent renters from VRBO, and have booked houses and condos all over the world. I find that when I am booking a place, it's not about how many people it can sleep, it's about how many people sleep comfortably there! When we set up the condo for guests, that was the first thing in mind; plenty of beds, roll away bed, daybed, and a big wide sofa, etc. This is perfect for 6-7 guys that do not want to sleep together, large families, a couple of couples, etc. All of this for the price of a single Hotel Room, you get 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room, Full Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Reserved Parking for 2+ Cars, and More!

We stayed here for the weekend to catch a football game and my son's cross country meet. The accommodations were excellent. Everything was very clean and there was a significant attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. I can't remember a more comfortable rental.

We had family coming from across the nation for graduation. This was the perfect place for everyone to hang out between events. Michael’s place was immaculate and well appointed. We had 5 adults sleeping there and everyone had room to sprawl. This was less expensive than 3 hotel rooms and so nice to have a communal living space. Thanks, Michael!

We loved this property and only wished we could have stayed longer. From details in the welcome binder, we especially agreed with the location recommendations as we used to be around Athens, to the comfortable bed- it is a great place to stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the property was incredibly clean.

We rented all 3 of Michael's units that are side by side for 12 guys to come up and do a golf trip. We chose these places since every guy would have his own bed and since Athens has lots to do Apres Golf. The units worked out even better than expected since we had 3 different places, I could go to my place at a reasonable time while the rest of the guys were in another unit playing poker all night. Athens is a great place for a golf trip since we could eat at some great restaurants and bar scene with some grate golf courses. We played at Jennings Mill and a member got us on at ACC, but Jennings overall the better course. We ate at Chuck's Fish, Amici, Hilltop, La Fiesta, Local 706, and Paloma Park. All suggested by Micheal and we were never disapointed with a meal. We have already booked all 3 units in the spring to do the same trip!

The location worked great for us for a couple of nights. The owners communicate quickly. Comfortable beds, nice living space, & many little details (like mints, a home & area info book) that added a nice touch to a great place to stay.

The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The location is an easy drive to UGA and downtown Athens. The condo layout is really smart with a bedroom and full bath upstairs and the same downstairs, and there are plenty of beds. Five stars.

Everything was nice with this rental. It is kept very clean. Beds were comfy. It was in a good location too. Cannot think of any thing negative.

Excellent overall. We had difficulty getting in the unit but Michael responded immediately (it was vrbo issue). The upstairs bathroom drainage in the bathtub didn't work properly. Everything else was highly enjoyable!

This condo was perfect in every way! Parking and check-in was easy, and we appreciated the cookies and fresh flowers that were waiting for us. The kitchen and laundry facilities were equipped better than any place that we have stayed! The master bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was super clean, and communication with the owner was complete, accurate, and prompt. One of our best stays ever! Thank you, Michael!

Michael was great, the place was clean and very comfortably furnished.. the kitchen was very well covered for cooking utensils as we were being cautious.. covid times. Great recommendations for restaurants nearby.. overall very nice visit for 3 adults and our daughter a student at UGA, was thrilled we could bring her dog! Nice neighbors.

Our experience in this property was exceptional. The condo was extremely clean. We had all we needed in the kitchen, coffee, creamer sweetener, etc. the owner supplied simple breakfast food. There was detergent and softener for the washer/dryer. We had plenty of towels in the bathrooms and enough kitchen pans, pans and glassware to cook a belated Christmas dinner for our grown children. When we opened the door we were met with a fresh cut flowers upstairs and down. The owner also thoughtfully provided pretty cookies on the dinning room table for us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay again.

This was a wonderful little duplex in Athens. It is very well equipped...I was able to cook a nice meal for my UGA daughter and a group of her friends. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor was just lovely. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I recently stumbled across this wonderful condo and decided to stay on our trip to Athens. What a great find! I can not say enough great things about either the condo nor its owners. The photos do not justify how nice, neat and beautifully decorated this condo is. Everything that you need away from home is provided for you. We enjoyed staying on the east side of Athens. The owner was quick to respond to my emails and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay. They even left a special treat for my daughter. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed again the following weekend. This will now be our home away from home as we frequently visit our daughter at UGA. Go Dawgs!
