The two designer kitchens feature stainless steel appliances, which include refrigerators w/ice makers, electric ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves, plus granite countertops. The 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor and include two oceanfront Master bedrooms, with ultra-comfortable king beds and two additional bedrooms, with plush queen beds. There are 4 bathrooms, two on the upper levels and two split bathrooms on the lower levels. The lower level facilities include sink, vanity and toilet rooms, plus two enclosed beachside tropical showers complete with changing rooms for additional guest comfort. 2 sets of full size washers and dryers are also provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are provided for your waterfront leisure, as well as outdoor showers for rinsing off upon your return. The Beach can be accessed directly across our oceanfront dune. However, St. Augustine Beach asks that visitors use one of the numerous beach access points. A flat, City managed beach access is just 15 yards away on A street, and leads directly to the beach. Our guests may choose either option. If opting to cross our dune, guests are asked to utilize our established path to minimize environmental impact.
