When we first came into the condo, we could tell that the place was not cleaned well. The sheets and towels were clean, but all surfaces (counters, sinks, nightstands, etc.) were dirty and dusty. The toilets had dried urine and hair on them, and the showers were also dirty with hair and various pieces of dirt. Also, the sinks had soap scum on them and the kitchen sink had dried food on it. We reached out to Caroline who was very apologetic and tried to figure out why it had not been cleaned, but when she had her cleaning service come back to clean while we were out, they didn’t do any cleaning. They just took pictures of what I had already cleaned and left. So we had to clean everything ourselves. Another issue was that the queen bed in the bedroom to the left of the front door (when you walk in) is actually two twin beds pushed together with a cover on top. The picture on this site (third bedroom) shows it as a queen bed which is not accurate advertising. My brother said it was very uncomfortable. The pictures should also be updated since some things have changed in the condo, but for the better. The king size bed was very comfortable and the twin beds seemed to be okay. The appliances were really nice besides the dryer, which is old and it doesn’t dry clothes well. It would also be helpful to have another couch in the living room that could replace some of the chairs. The TVs were nice and had a good cable service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there can be some improvements made.

Property was perfect for our group. Communication with property owner was exceptional every step of the process.

We used this condo for our stay during our 7 day golf trip. Worked perfect for our needs..

This was my first time using VRBO to rent a vacation home. I was a little surprised at how easy the process was. I wanted a place with no stairs, comfortable furnishings, close to the action without the traffic and confusion of being on the strand. This place checked every box. We were able to relax on the patio with our morning coffee, 🌄 spend family time together in complete comfort with the added convenience of being able to have pizza delivered. We highly recommend a couple of places to eat. Try Mrs. Fish, 10 Fold Biscuits, The Sea Captain's House, and Damon's for delicious food and super service. Have a terrific vacation in this home away from home. We did and hope to again very soon

This was a very nice property! We had a broken shower door when we got there and the maintenance guy was there within 20 min to fix it. . It was close to many things to do, and only about a 10 minute drive to the beach we will definitely stay again. Thanks for a great experience.

We absolutely loved the location of the condo, which was right on the golf course and the condo was very nice inside and near the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

We drove from Massachusetts overnight, 14 hours to arrive at this beautiful space. Very clean, very stocked. Great location and very close to the pool for my children. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Myrtle Beach. Great host!

We were very thrilled with our rental. Exceeded our expectation. Our children will thrilled with the pool and we loved grilling out and being close to the ocean. Shopping and eating were close and very good. Barefoot landing was great for all of us. Thank you

Me and my family have been going to Myrtle Beach every year for the past 9 years, it's always been a awesome time, my husband had a condo through his job that we had been going to for the last 9 years at Myrtle and this year he got a huge promotion in his career and changed jobs so that meant we lost the condo. So we needed to keep our regular family vacation going to Myrtle still but we wanted to find another condo in the same neighborhood as our old one, and thankfully we came across this condo! My husband and I agree that this condo was even better than our last condo!!! We have kids and alot of baggage so having this condo be on the first floor was a life saver! Our last one was on the third floor which sucked! This condo has a gorgeous backyard that we were able to create so many memories , so many things to do beautiful table, you can literally walk to the pool! 5min or less drive to the beach! This neighborhood is very familiar to us and we love this neighborhood and it's just so perfect for our family!!! We will 100 percent be coming back to this condo and will book it as much as we can! It was everything we needed!!!! And Caroline was awesome getting back to me with any questions I had! This condo was so nice and we definitely were emotional leaving, we are already thinking of our next vacation back to this condo! You will not be disappointed when booking this! Also might I add this was very easy booking and I ran into no issues!

This condo did not disappoint! Clean, quiet, and perfect for everyone! The beach, restaurants, entertainment, shopping are all within a few miles of the condo. This place is perfect if you want all Myrtle Beach has to offer. 100% recommend this place and plan on booking this condo again.

The condo was very clean and easy to locate and access. Property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly. Nice outdoor seating and it was a short walk from the pool. Nice place for a long weekend stay.

Overall, this location and property was well advertised. The amenities were sufficient, especially food storage containers. Two, coffee makers were available (Keurig single serve and a 5 cup drip maker with a screened filter, no paper filters needed). The cooking gear and utensils were sufficient as were plates and eating utensils. The property has it's own community pool...bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer worked well. I only had two concerns which are minor....I think. First, the bedrooms had regular cable channels (Great!), however the living area used ROKU which I always find hard find anything other than streaming movies and other content I don't usually watch. With kids, this option probably works. Having four adults with different tastes in programing, not so much. The other concern was the 2nd bathroom was located with the twin beds, leaving the other two adults having to choose between sleeping in the twins OR using the 3rd bedroom King, but having to transit through the common area for bathroom use and showers. It comes down to choice I guess. In the end, I would definitely consider staying here, again. Thanks, to the host for the opportunity.

This property in Myrtlewood Villas was exactly as described. The condo was welcoming, spacious, and fully equipped. Ground floor access to the pool was convenient. The location of Myrtlewood Villas was in the middle of everything you needed from grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and beaches. It also had wonderful walking trails for non-golfers like me. We will definitely be returning!

Nice place set up for families in great location. Very nice space that looked so nice and pretty when we walk in..... until we wanted to actually live in it for 2 weeks. we couldn't use the living room to hangout at night the furniture is so uncomfortable. Two teal chair are hard as rocks and so are the black ones you use this type of chairs for front rooms you dont use and the couch was just broke down. So we split up and 2 could sit on the couch and if you wanted to lay on the floor that was your only option for anything longer than 30 min, no lie!! Good thing bedrooms had TV so our family vaca became a split one after dinner at the nicely set up dining room. We could only use one shower for the first 11 of the 15 days due to a clogged drain we notified on day 1 and was told it would be taken care of ( family emergency with realtor ) 5 people 1 shower was still a huge issue for us. Relator was great to work with prior to this but didnt make the call to the fix it guy until day 11 due to this. Place was basic surface clean so no complaints there.

Arrived after 11.5 hours of driving to have no sheets on any beds, no paper products. Spoke to manager & was told linen issues but it was after 7pm. Left to get food & came back after 8:30pm to sheets/pillow cases in plastic bags for us to make all the beds, coffee maker not working in AM, middle bathroom plus rest of condo needs cleaning/paint, furniture is not very comfy. Didn’t offer any type of discount for my own cleaning services. For other travel sports families this property doesn’t offer any discount if you leave early. Very thin walls as well. For the amount $$ not impressed.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! The check-in process was the easiest I have ever experienced. The place was perfect for our family. We loved the space and large table to accommodate everyone. We loved that we were steps from the pool and the parking lot. Also, the proximity to the Ocean, great restaurants, and other attractions were fantastic!! Caroline was so easy to communicate with and responded promptly when needed. We loved it so much that we booked a week for next year!!!

Overall I would recommend this place to other travelers. It was easy to find, extremely easy check in process, the property owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. The property is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and we never had a problem finding parking, but know you will have to pay to park and there are no public bathrooms in the area. The pool is just steps away and was never to crowded. It was a wonderfully location just a short drive to everything Myrtle beach has to offer. As for the property itself it fit our very large family, 7 of us wonderfully. It could use a good overall cleaning and painting, just looks like it has been sufficiently loved. I did bring Clorox wipes and had to use them on practically every surface, the toilet bowls had rings in it like it hadn’t been washed. I also had to vacuum the place when we arrived. Also if you’re like our family we do a lot of cooking on vacation and they had minimal but sufficient amount of pots and pans. It could use some Tupperware though. Also for our family of 7 they only gave us 5 bathing towels and one dish towel. We definitely could have used more towels and a dishwashing rag or sponge. Overall we had a great experience and none of those things were actually downfalls that would cause us not to stay there again. Just things to be aware of so I could be better prepared. We had a wonderful vacation and really did enjoy the property and location to its fullest.

Very nice property. Great location. Good communication. Nice pool. The condo itself however was minimally stocked. We had no kleenex, no salt and pepper or any cooking spray, no dish towels, garbage bags or laundry detergent. Most places we've stayed before supply the basics. We wished we had known in advance so we could have prepared. Still a nice place.
