Five bedrooms including two primary bedroom suites and 4.5 baths. Custom upgrades throughout this two-story family home include a chef-quality kitchen, and marble and tiled baths. Bonus rooms, walk-in closets, porches, decks and walkways provide exceptional space for everyone in this large home with convenient in-town location. Perfect for vacationers looking to enjoy a wonderful private home, the ocean, the beach, and all that a vibrant Rehoboth has to offer. This circa 1900 gem has been professional restored, decorated and well-maintained by family owners and has never been available for rental until now. Steeped in history, the home has served at times as a Methodist church, fudge factory and bookstore. Recently updated with new mechanical systems, windows, doors, kitchen, baths and flooring, this home has all the modern amenities sought-by today’s sophisticated vacationers. Enter through a traditional wooden gate with fencing, a sunny front garden and deck with seating. French doors open into an expansive living area with lots of windows, high ceilings and a gas fireplace (winter-season only). Painted beadboard base paneling transitions the old home with the new wood floors, walls and lighting. A sunny and cozy den off the living and dining rooms provides a wonderful place for families to gather and relax and watch the preparations in the kitchen beyond. The dining room seats 10-12 and has a dramatic ceiling, lighting fixture, and a working fireplace (winter season only) with a custom tiled front-it is perfect for dinner parties with family and friends. The kitchen was professional remodeled and features a Subzero side-by-side refrigerator and built-in wine-cooler, Wolf five burner gas stove, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops. The kitchen is well-laid out, great for family cooking and entertaining, and includes ample cabinets, upgraded cooking and dining ware and an eat-at counter over-looking the dining room and den beyond. A convenient hall powder room with full size washer/dryer completes the features of the main first floor living area. A short hallway leads to the private first floor primary bedroom with tall ceilings, a large bath with double sinks, tile and marble flooring and a glass shower with custom tile work. There is a seating area, HDTV, king size bed, large walk-in closet, upgraded carpeting, and doorways leading to the rear decks and adjoining outdoor shower. A stairway from the living room takes you up to a large bright family style den with cathedral ceiling, HDTV and game/dining table. The second master bedroom suite is off the den and features a king size bed, seating area and two dramatic tall French doors which lead out to a rear private porch with seating. The adjoining bath has a dramatic peaked ceiling, stunning chandelier, windows for light and privacy, a spa tub, glass shower, and marble and tile surfaces. A hallway leads to three bedrooms and two full baths. The bedrooms have a total of one queen bed, one double and a double and twin bunk bed. Bedrooms are bright with ceiling fans in two rooms and quality carpeting. The second floor of the home provides ample room and quiet space for a large family to spread out. Back on the first level, you will discover doorways leading to outside wraparound walkways, decks with lighting, two additional outside seating areas, and a very large outdoor shower room with a stripped canvas awning for privacy, upgraded shower fixtures and even a bathroom sink. The home sleeps ten (10) and includes three parking passes for convienent parking in front of the house, wifi and expanded cable and a few bicycles. Linen service available from outside local providers for an additional fee. The house is dog friendly for one dog at a fee, unless otherwise agreed. Great, well equipped house for a group that wants to hang out together and enjoy Rehoboth town. A little far to walk to the beach but easy access by bike or car. Host is very responsive and accommodating.

I used to live in Rehoboth and really wanted to share it with my family so we booked a week at Le Shack and it was wonderful. The house is exactly what we needed with enough space to spread out but also great spots to come together. Beds were comfy, everything was well stocked, and the location was perfect. Quiet but also close to everything. We had no complaints. The only small thing that made things a little uncomfortable was several of the chairs and couches were stuffed with feathers and my husband is allergic. So, if you have a feather allergy, be forewarned! That is literally the only issue we had. :) We would love to go back!

Situated in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, we found ourselves within walking distance of the picturesque shoreline and vibrant entertainment options. The convenience of having restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby made exploring the area effortless. We relished the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the charming atmosphere of Rehoboth Beach. The house itself was an absolute gem. It exuded an inviting and warm ambiance from the moment we stepped through the door. The tasteful and stylish decor created a sense of luxury and comfort, perfectly complementing the coastal charm of the area. The spacious layout accommodated our group perfectly, providing ample room for both shared activities and personal relaxation. Every amenity and convenience we could have desired was readily available, ensuring a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was a dream! Can’t wait to return next year.

We stayed over thanksgiving with my elderly parents. The first floor bedroom worked great for them. It was a bonus to be able to have our little dogs there. Overall very comfortable spacious house.

This property was great! The location is near all Rehoboth has to offer. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. Because the house is on a side street, it was fairly quiet throughout our entire stay. The house has lots of room to spread out. The hosts couldn't have been better - so many little touches that make a stay great! The house was also well stocked. We were all very impressed and would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous and welcoming home!
Just blocks away from all the fun of Rehoboth Ave, you’ll find this cozy and quiet sanctuary. The home is updated to perfection, with a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, huge living areas with multiple gathering spots and beautifully furnished bedrooms. The outdoor shower is a must! It’s luxurious and so private.
We loved every minute of our time at LeShack with our 4 young adult children and elderly parents. The host provided extra touches - even a huge bouquet of fresh flowers and generousg wine gift when our check in was delayed. Highly recommend!!! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this relaxing and spacious home. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and multiple gathering spaces, as well as the beautiful and peaceful outdoor areas. The location of the home was perfect and close to all of the attractions. It was also well equipped and fully stocked with needed supplies. The owners/hosts were responsive from start to finish and were great to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay and vacation.

Gorgeous
This property is stunning. So much thought in every corner. From thoughtful original art, ceiling fans in every room, sky light windows, transom detail, beautiful wrap around deck, extra large refrigerator, comfy seating, expansive dining table … the list goes on. Bob and Jessica have done an outstanding job assuring you have all you need. The location is perfect and we loved the ease of the key code entry. Everyone had ample space for down time and hanging out. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect Beach Accommodations
Bob and Jessica’s home was the perfect place for our weekend trip to Rehoboth. My husband and I traveled with our aunt and uncle and 6 month old daughter (our first trip with her in tow)! The home was spacious and spotless. We enjoyed almost every meal in the front porch. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, the beds were super comfortable, and the availability of a washer/dryer was so nice. The home is located within walking distance of a convenience store and many restaurants, and the boardwalk! Bob and Jessica were the most gracious hosts we’ve ever stayed with and went out of their way to make our trip memorable. We sincerely hope to come back to their property for more vacations to come.

This house is spectacular! Great location, comfortable furnishings (including comfy beds!), and immaculately maintained. It has great outdoor spaces in both the front and back. Even the showers are great (we didn’t get to use the fancy outdoor shower but we wanted to!!!)

What a great stay! The house was perfect for a group of friends and I to go to the beach for a long weekend. The property was immaculately clean with tons of space for us all to be together, or to have some time away from one another as well. The front yard is beautifully designed with greenery and bushes to provide some privacy from the neighbors, making it easy to feel like we were tucked away in our own little world, but still able to walk a few minutes to plenty of food and shopping. The boardwalk is a little bit of a walk, but definitely doable (especially if you use one of the bikes they offer on the property!)

Le Shack is the quintessential beach house. Beautifully decorated, clean, and tons of room for a large group. The location is perfect as long as you don't need a short walk to the beach (but you get a short walk to Rehoboth Ave., restaurants, park and farmers market, and boards). We biked each day to the beach (5 min) with no issue. Plenty of parking out front and great outdoor spaces in front and back. All this and they allow pets! Bob is an exceptional host, checks in and communicates at every step, and gives you all the details you will need to have a great time at the beach. This is our go-to beach house.

Our stay at Le Shack was fantastic. The home is beautiful- hydrangeas in the front are beautiful and the scent of the Oak Leaf Hydrangeas was nice. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, spices, glasses, etc. The bedrooms are comfortable and and the bathrooms are clean. The dining room and common areas are very comfortable to relax and spend time in. There are 10 beach chairs and 2 bikes to tool around on - it was fantastic to not have to pack beach towels. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes from the house and it’s a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this property. Bob and Jessica were very patient with my questions and provided great communication.

Quiet street, close parking, ideal family get away. We are not a beach family we enjoy walking to the beach & on the boardwalk but then like to retreat to a quiet place to sleep away from the noise. This sweet home is perfect to get away from the crowds but still be walking distance to the action. Looking forward to coming back again.

Beautiful Beach Cottage with tons of Character!!
We can't say enough about this home. We stayed for a wedding in Rehoboth and this property was a major highlight. The place has tons of character and is very spacious. The two master bedrooms and living room area are very large and comfortable. The outdoor spaces - front porch, balconies and deck are beautiful filled with flowers, plants and tree growth for privacy. It is within walking distance to everything. The hosts were great and very accommodating. Also, the history of the home is very interesting and cool. If I ever return with a large group to Rehoboth, I will surely stay here again. Thanks again!

Lovely Spring Weekend
Gorgeous beach home in excellent condition. Bob was a great host. The location of the house is perfect - ~10 min walk to the beach - short enough for small kiddos but far enough away to be away from the madness of the boardwalk area. Fenced in grounds are perfect for kiddies and puppies. Home is perfectly equipped for families with board games, multiple TV areas and plenty of room to play.
