This property was everything and more it advertised it was. The home was perfect for any entertainment or just relaxing. Plenty of room for everybody and the hot tub was great !!! Just a couple short minute walk to the village mall at Sunriver. It makes it a great location !

This house has all the great things - separate big rooms and beds, a large kitchen and dining table, a TV in every room and lots of activities - both old skool (puzzles, board games) and active (Pool table, foozeball table, ping pong table). Close proximity to the village and the resort itself made walking to and from the various locations also quite easy. And so many bike options! You can't go wrong.

Pretty home in decent condition. Lots of stairs due to the split level layout which I should have taken into consideration when renting (a couple of older family members have knee problems). Quiet and peaceful area. Property management was quick to reply to concerns.

The home has plenty of space to hang out and enjoy inside and outside. The kitchen is well stocked. Location was great to walk to The Village and SHARC, even with small kids. Some safety issues (top bunk in kids room had bolts falling out of railing, rail on the deck loose and broken bikes) kept us on high alert with kids.

We had 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 singles.
Plenty of seating. Utilized the table leaves that were in the closet which was great. Kitchen was well stocked (could have used more that 3 kitchen towels for a five day stay). Enjoyed the outdoor space.
The downstairs en-suite was very small. Nice closets and plenty of storage space. The laundry room was nice, we enjoyed the downstairs game room.
The tv instructions in the bunk room didn’t match the remote. So we were not able to use it. That was disappointing.

Overall, the house was satisfactory. There were 1-2 burnt out light bulbs in most all of the rooms as well as all of the lights outside the home so it was impossible to see to take out trash/play with the basketball hoop etc. We wanted to use the bbq but it was extremely dirty with no propane. The ping pong table, foosball table and pool table are all very tired and worn out. Many of the bikes were not useable. The tv is not functioning in the bunk room for the kids. One of the covers is missing on the hot tub jets as well as many worn out buttons in addition to a broken lock for the cover. The description also noted 10 Sharc passes but only 9 presented. We had to buy trash bags to put in the trash cans for the kitchen as well as a scrub brush since there was no way to hand wash dishes. Again, the house was fine but what we paid for a 4 day trip, there were numerous other nicer options. I loved that the heating and ac in this house was fully functioning and if you love being able to take a super hot shower like we do, the water temperature will not disappoint.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Augusta Ln 01. It’s a beautiful home and very clean. Prefect location to the village and it had everything we needed. From games to entertain the kiddos to a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our own family meals, it has it all. Best surprise was finding a bike that fit everyone in out family. We hope to come back to this house again for our next trip to Sunriver.

This house worked great for our family of 7. Such a quiet peaceful location, and close to Starbucks for all of our coffee drinkers. The games and bikes were such and asset to the house. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels. The deck table was perfect for the 7 of us to have dinner every night out side. It was nice to have AC as the afternoons got rather hot. Sunriver is such a great place to ride bikes, glad the houses has so many. The kitchen was more that one could ask for. There are a couple of items that could use some attention. We found no hot mits, another towel bar on the other side of the island, and have the sharp knives sharpened. In the master bedroom we couldn't plug in the clock behind the bed, and the receptacles in the downstairs master were very loose. Would recommend this house to any medium sized family
