Nestled in West Beach, this charming condo for $361 per night is a great option for your next break. This is a 2BR, 2BA condo located in the laid back beach town of Gulf Shores, AL. It has been recently updated and has all the amenities for a relaxing getaway. Since it is located on the first level, an elevator is not required to access this property. Our unit has recently been upgraded with new cabinets, quartz countertops throughout, new appliances and tile floors. We have a property management company in Gulf Shores that provides check in/out services, parking passes, and handles any maintenance or repair issues. We do not allow pets or smoking inside the unit. Sandpiper is a low density (48 units) complex with a breezy, tropical design which includes mature palm trees and barbeque grills in the pool / courtyard area of the property. The property does not have a long boardwalk over the dunes and the pool is literally steps from the beach. Sandpiper is handy to shopping and great restaurants as well. Loved this place. Only problems I had was not getting wifi password and pool pass code. But we did get those pretty quick and had a great stay.

There was sand everywhere in the beds the first day we checked in, like under the sheets by the pillows-_- Other than that, it was nice and quiet! I broke my ankle Sunday so I had to go home early, I should have kept check out for Sunday ha

We have a great trip to Gulf Shores, and the condo was great! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our family if 4. Giving a 5 star rating BUT would suggest a few things. 1. Get ride of rug in living room. It needs a cleaning and not necessary. 2. Sheets on bed where strange. Thinnest sheets I have ever seen. 3. Cheek in at rental office totally unnecessary and something I haven’t done in years. Have mgmt email the door code and have housekeeping leave parking passes on kitchen counter. Again great condo, these things will not keep us from coming back!

This place was perfect. Very Close to the beach, clean, comfortable with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Only about 1 mile from the main area of Gulfshores, but you had the ability to have a very nice quiet beach steps away. Would 100% stay here again.

We could see the ocean as soon as we stepped on the balcony. Beach access was easy and quick. Neighbors were friendly and courteous. Great location, as it was easy to find and close enough to every where we wanted to go.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. Growing up I stayed at this condominium complex almost yearly for 6+ years. It has been 25 years since I was last there and it is just as I remember. Easy access to the beach, warm pool with plenty of room and incredibly family friendly. The beach was clean and consisted mostly of families, my girls even made a few friends throughout the week. The condo itself was well maintained and comfortable. The cabinets and drawers were not very organized, but nowhere close to being a deal breaker as they were well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The beds and additional furnishings were comfortable and just right for our family. The only snag we hit was with checking-in. The property owner had not communicated with the property manager regarding our reservation, so they had nothing prepared when we arrived. Poole & Associates did a great job of getting things resolved quickly though and got us on our way. The only information we did not receive was the code for the pool, but again, we were able to also resolve that quickly while we were on site. We would 100% rent this condo again. I would just directly communicate with the owner close to when we leave next time to make sure everything is set, not something I had thought to do before we left and probably should have.

I loved the location of this property as it is located mere steps from the beach. The beach is well kept and the beach goers at the time we were there were very family friendly. The fact that the building is a low-rise 3 story vs the other high-rises in the area is a definite plus. We encountered no issues during our stay, and the check-in process was fast and smooth. We're strongly considering staying here again next year, but for a longer time period as our stay this time around was much too short. I originally booked my stay for a time that ended up having a conflict within my family's schedule, but the owner was very accommodating in allowing me to move out the date.

Overall the place was good for a short last minute stay. I did have to sweep immediately after entering the condo but that’s to be expected for places right on the beach. Only improvement I would recommend is please consider doing a deep clean of the tile grout. It’s very obvious this has not been done in years as you can see the grout in high traffic areas is black and the areas where there is less foot traffic, the grout was once a tan color.

We were with 9 other families in the sandpiper condo complex. Our unit was one of the best condos we saw. Everyone that we were with agreed. It was clean, comfortable, up to date, the property management responded very quickly when we couldn’t get the internet to work for our kids tablets as they wound down for the evening. The owner responded very quickly before our arrival with a question that we had. The beds were comfortable. They even had vinegar under the kitchen sink when one of our children got stung by a jellyfish in the ocean. We loved that we had a view of the pool and the beach from the condo but we weren’t caught up in the chaos of the pool as there was a wild crowd that had the entire 3rd floor the same week we were there at no fault to the owners. The pool and the entire complex was very lovely and pleasant for the rest of the week after that crowd left. It’s close to the elevator which was nice as we had an infant with a stroller. The complex was the perfect distance from the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

We love Sandpiper condos! We have rented these condos several times and always find them clean, convenient, and perfect for our needs. We are a family of seven. The two bedroom option with sleeper sofa is just what we need.
