The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and really clean. The balcony was great to sit and the view from it and inside the house was beautiful. Great location and easy to drive into the city. There is also a boat across to the city if you don’t want to drive. Would 100% recommend this apartment

This property is absolutely beautiful, and now I know why it has a perfect rating and always has amazing reviews. Taking the ferry across to Quebec City saved the drive & parking space search, and the view from this top floor apartment is spectacular. Shopping for groceries on the main street nearby was extremely handy. I could not ask for a better stay!

Comfortable, plenty of room for 5-6 adults. Proximity to ferry and Lévis parks is underrated. Easy walk distance - though 140-ft vertical - to ferry and Quebec City. Walk to bakeries, grocery (small), dining (several)…

The best possible accommodation for a trip to Quebec City. Beautiful view of the city, not just from the balcony but the entire common area of the apartment. Easy access to the ferry. Very comfortable beds. Could not have had a better experience.

On the opposite site of St. Lawrence River from Quebec City, the view was stunning during the days and nights. We arrived on the day it was 90F degrees. The AC did not work but rolling down windows helped a cooling down the house and no street noise at all. The hosts were very helpful. Patrick even hand delivered a fan that was much needed for a couple nights. The house was clean and had all what we needed. A small neighborhood cafe had wonderful breads and pâté, which was our daily stop. Overall speaking, it was a very pleasant stay.

View was wonderful! Loved the traffic on the St Lawrence Seaway. Lights at night in Quebec City were great to view right from the deck...or the living room sofa! Hosts thought of all the things we might need. Very clean! Will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The view over the River was wonderful. We enjoyed all the activity on the river and the ferry rides. The apt was very clean and well stocked with a lot of extras. We got a lot of exercise climbing all the stairs and the hilly streets of Quebec. All Canadians we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Nancy & Paul

My husband, teenage son, and I came to Quebec for our first visit during spring break. The accommodations were as advertised -- the absolute loveliest view of Quebec from the sitting area, with comfy rockers to help us enjoy it. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs. The hosts really seem to have accounted for anything their guests might need or want. The ferry to the city was close by, ran frequently, and was easy to use...just plan for the big climb up the stairs on the way back! We had a wonderful time. The only surprise was that restaurants in the Levis area close early...around 8 pm, so if you're not seated early enough, you may not be able to find a restaurant nearby. Overall, we loved this location and would gladly reserve here again if our travels take us back to Quebec!

The view of the river and old Quebec are even more spectacular than the photos. The home is clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The host has taken great care to anticipate any needs the guest may have and is responsive to messages. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy our walk to a concert at the nearby l'Anglicane, for an easy drive to la Chute de la Chaudière, and for several ferry rides into old Quebec. If we have the opportunity to plan another trip to the area, we will schedule the trip around the availability of this property. To the host: Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful place.

This is our 2nd stay at this property. The view is worth the stay alone. This property is very well appointed, with everything you need for a home from home. We were there when the "polar vortex" hit Quebec with -30c and we were lovely and warm. The ferry to Old Town Quebec is a short walk away down the Red Staircase or a quick drive. Supermarkets are a short drive away.

The property was as advertised. Not new but very clean and had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. As noted it has several stairs up as it is the upstairs apartment so if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you. Otherwise being on the Levis side of the river offered great views off the deck. Quiet neighborhood. Minutes down the steps to the ferry to Quebec which could not have been easier. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on future trips to Quebec.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, just above the ferry and we had beautiful view out the windows of the river and the old town. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had all necessary equipment for cooking. We also appreciated the air conditioning when the weather was warm. Parking was always available as well. We had a great time

I was delighted with all aspects of the stay. Our group enjoyed the thoughtful layout, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort of the property. We had a perfect view of fireworks show during our stay, and the constant changing of lighting on the Quebec City skyline—it was a joy to be there, and we hope to return.

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave. Our 11-year-old says, "Insane," and my husband says, "So many 'wows'!" The proximity to the ferry was a big plus. The house was immaculate, and everything we needed was provided. It is beautifully furnished, but honestly, that took second place to the view. I'm not one to usually sit on the porch, but we spent a lot of time looking out at the river. And plotting our return. Thanks Julie and Patrick for a memorable visit!

Absolutely awesome property, incrediable view, extremely well equiped, comfy furniture inside and out, BBQ, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms. An easy walk down to the ferry accross to Quebec City, walk back a little tougher (194 steps). One of the best properties we have ever rented, and we have rented from Australia to Iceland to Scotland. LOVED IT!!

Lévis, Québec is a lovely area and the property had great views of Québec City. And we were so close to the ferry that it made going over to the old city so convenient. The property also had super nice touches and the owners were super responsive and nice. It was hard to leave for sure.

Wonderful experience at this property. Brought our 3 grandchildren from BC for French cultural exposure.The view of old Quebec was exceptional. The ferry ride over every morning was a treat, especially watching the ice break up. Very comfortable spacious accommodation and very well equipped. The hosts were more than helpful. Great experience!

Stunning view of the old city, the Chateau Frontenac and the river and ship traffic - great proximity to the ferry to go across to QC for sight seeing, OR just as fun to sit on the deck with a wine or a coffee and watch the world go by.
