Situated in Indian Point, this attractive condo for $198 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. POOL/JACUZZI - OFF-SEASON CLOSURE: Please note that the HOA will be closing the pool for the winter season starting 9/21/21 and will reopen before Memorial Day, or perhaps sooner dependent on weather. Eagles Nest Resort is immersed in the beauty of the Ozark Mountains and the back drop of gorgeous Table Rock Lake. Our resort is minutes away from Branson shows, great golf, lake fun and other entertainment. There is a pool and a hot tub (available onsite between Memorial Day and Labor Day), a tennis court and a children's playground area. This is a two bedroom/two bath apartment style condo and has one flight of stairs to access the unit. There is a Queen bed in both of the bedrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to eat and cook with, service of 6. Inside you will find a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, DVD Player, flat screen TVs and free Wi-Fi access. This beautiful lake front resort is adjacent to Silver Dollar City, a world class theme park that emphasizes pioneer handicrafts and folk entertainment. Our city’s convenient and easy to get to location makes Branson ideal for an easy getaway. Branson attractions are countless! We have numerous theaters with various types of shows for the whole family, theme parks, water parks and an endless and expanding array of restaurants. If that’s not your style, there’s a little something for everyone. Branson offers boating, fishing, hunting and hiking trails. There’s even a hiking trail on site.

Comfortable, quite, and relaxing stay. Nice view of the trees, nearby water area, and rollercoasters of Silver Dollar City. Check in was easy. A lot of accessible parking. Swimming pool was a great plus! The items in the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, so you don’t need to pack extras!! But you do need to bring your own food items!! Communications with the rental coordinator was very informative. Would recommend!!

Location was close to many things to do. Property was clean and had everything in it we needed. Wished the lake was closer than the 5-10 min walk down an uneven rocky path. However, we could see the lake over the trees from our balcony and was beautiful in the mornings.

We had everything we needed, Cookware and tableware. Even enough dishwasher tabs, liquid and laundry soap were provided. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There wasn't anything to complain about, and we would stay there again.

Pros: Very close to Silver Dollar City (you can see the Wildfire ride from the parking area), beds were comfy, it was clean and well equipped, pool was nice. Cons: Parking is tight for even a med sized vehicle, the unit could use some minor maintenance. Summary: Yes, we would stay here again.

This is a very clean property. The decor is a little dated but very homey. It was quiet and has a nice view of the lake off the balcony. My only complaint is the access to the lake is not very convenient. It is a rocky trail down there and not great access. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and the easy access from the parking lot.

This was a great value but they were not ready for our arrival. After a long car travel day we arrived to a condo that wasn’t clean and had to leave so the cleaning service could come out. That took a few hours, however manager and cleaning service responded quickly and waived fees. Master bath tub drained slowly, maintenance did make it out to fix. Grills are on property not per unit. Also, could hear snoring through the walls. This did fit our need but the arrival put a damper on the whole thing.

We stayed Saturday, 5/29 and Sunday, 5/30. This condo was PERFECT for our weekend trip. It is right around the corner from SDC. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It is on the top level so you don't have to deal with stairs. It is a lot bigger then we thought. The deck is big and has a nice view of the trees and sliver of the lake. The amenities are a short walk from the condo (however we did not use them). Jennifer provided us with a lot of good information and quickly responded when messaging. I highly recommend booking this condo!

Luckily the house keeper answered his phone when we arrived as I was given the wrong building number. Overall nice but needs some updating. Door going in is very loud. Very clean! Overall, I would stay again. If you have a large vehicle, parking is terrible. No boat doat as its in pictures.

Location was great! Very quiet in the valley and close to Silver Dollar City. We enjoyed waking up in the morning to see fog in the mountains. Reminded me very much of the Smokey Mountains. Only negative was the kitchen was not stocked with many cooking utensils, flatware or plates/bowls. .Overall everything else was good. Would stay at this location and condo resort again!

Just a few issues with the property. There were no stoppers in the tubs for the kids to take a bath. Had to go buy toilet paper and the towels needed to be rewashed before we could use them since they were folded and put away damp. Location was good - short drive to everything we were planning on doing in Branson.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. It was a Great space for our family and good location right next to Silver Dollar City. Our only quibbles were small things. For example, neither of the bathtubs had stoppers and our grandson is still of the age that he takes a bath rather than a shower.

The condo we stayed in was not the one I rented online. Wasn’t really happy about that but it turned out fine. The manager was great!! Responded right away. The condo was great for the cost. Would stay again.

Very nice condo. Perfect for our family of 4. Only negative is that we weren't aware until we arrived that there is no boat trailer parking allowed anywhere in the complex. Perhaps it was noted somewhere in the listing and we "missed the memo". We brought down a jet ski, arrived late in the evening and struggled to find a place for the ski offsite. Other than that little inconvenience, it was great.
