About this apartment rental
Our completely remodeled two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large covered deck.
This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, a custom kitchen with granite countertops, luxury bedding, linens and a 50 inch flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo!
You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip.
Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day.
Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road.
Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. This camera is not monitored unless there is a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior.

Overall, the property was comfortable and spacious. Great AC, great beds, view was beautiful but only a partial water view. Nice walk down to the water. No cable TV working in the bedrooms,Ceiling fan in the master bedroom looked like it was fixing to fall. Property owner was easy to reach Could use a deeper cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay.

We came away fairly neutral from this experience. The location of the property was great and very convenient. The communication from the host was fantastic from start to finish.There were some general maintenance items that need to be addressed that put a little bit of a damper on things. The main area of the condo was fine - no issues whatsoever.But the master bedroom was pretty dusty and felt unclean. Make sure you dont look behind the bed if you don't like dust. We also felt a little unsafe sleeping under the fan, as it had wires exposed and was very rattly. One of the TV remotes did not work either.The bed and the pillows were not that comfortable either to be honest, and all of the bedding didnt seem like it fit the best.The master bathroom and the secondary bathroom showers do not drain. It felt like we took a bath while taking a shower. The master bathroom toilet seat was also broken.The secondary bedroom closet doors were off the sliders and we couldn't reattach. All over there were holes in the walls in the bedroom and the bathroom where it looks like things used to hang, and the curtain rods/curtains look like they need repaired. Light switches appeared grimy. Again the location was convenient, access was great, but overall it did not feel like the place had been well maintained.
