Plenty of room, everything in the room worked. Bed was comfortable enough, linens and towels appeared to be clean. The tritoon boat rental was a blast, we used a tube as well. The pizza restaurant is excellent. Avoid Jefe's.
Some stains on the couch, broken tile in the kitchen, some extra trash bags would be nice. Jefe's taco stand was very expensive and the food just isn't good, at all.

The staff was kind, and there were on property activities for kids, including the fall festival
Rooms were pretty outdated, and there were areas of the room that weren’t very clean. There were a couple of spiders that were alive in our room, and the water from the faucets had an oily feel to them. The digital clock that came with the room had a faulty cord, and the cord sparked very big and actually burnt the cord off and back of the clock had burn marks. And lastly, with small kids, I think there should have been a double bolt lock on the door. Even if the door was locked, if the door handle was pulled at all the door would immediately unlock and open.
