Situated in Lake Martin, this charming house for $841 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bolton Cove is a relaxing, family-owned and operated vacation home community located in beautiful Lake Martin's Parker Creek area. Lake Martin was created in 1926 by damming the Tallapoosa River was, with over 750 miles of shoreline, the largest man-made lake in the world. Bolton Cove itself is a gated community of only a few homes offering many amenities such as a community swimming pool, pool house, private beach, large community boat dock, and playground. As with all homes in Bolton Cove, 10 Cricket Lane is located directly on the water. This 2-story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and offers wonderful views of the lake from the living room, master bedroom, and 2 lakeside porches. The upstairs porch also features a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances such as a refrigerator, cooktop, stove, Keurig coffee maker, and a wine cooler. We also provide plates, glasses, utensils, bowls, pots, and pans for your next gathering. The living room and master bedroom both have gas fireplaces if you need to warm up. With the 4 bedrooms, the master has a king bed with a private bathroom, the guest bedrooms each have a queen bed with one sharing a bathroom with the kids’ bedroom having 2 sets of bunk beds. All beds have sheets and blankets, and we also provide soap, shampoo, and towels in all bathrooms. There is private Wi-Fi throughout the home and the televisions in the living room and bedrooms are all SmartTVs with Spectrum cable so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Bolton Cove is conveniently located only minutes by car or boat to popular places like Willow Point, Catherine’s Market, SpringHouse restaurant, Children’s Harbor, and the Landing restaurant. OPTIONAL PONTOON BOAT: Enjoy the lake with our optional 22-foot pontoon boat. With a 115-horsepower engine, you can pull the kids on a tube or just cruise the lake with your friends and family. If you are interested in renting the pontoon boat for an additional $300 per day plus gas, which is available May 1 - October 1. Please ask in advance so we can confirm availability.

My 3 siblings and I rented all the houses in Bolton Cove. This was a perfect place for a family reunion. There was something for everyone...pool, kayaks, boat. The house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend!

Overall an awesome vacation stay and we highly recommend it. There were a few small things that didn't work correctly, but in the grand scheme of things- they really didn't matter. It was such a great and relaxing place with so much to do, play on the beach, swim or kayak on the lake, chill in/by the pool, grill dinner on the back porch, relax in the house. Anything that wasn't working was fixed pretty quickly(reset internet, dishwasher and oven didn't start), and I think the place overall could use some deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint here and there, but seriously great place. The whole family enjoyed it and even with 2 small kids under 4, it was easy and very fun to keep them entertained. The playground may need to be checked for bugs. But everything in walking distance, even pontoon rental from another marina only 20 minutes away and worth every penny.

We used this property for additional sleeping arrangements for our large family during Auburn graduation. It met all of our needs, but we wish we had had more time available to enjoy all of the amenities. We will have to come back for some r&r now that we have more time! The property manager was easily accessible and responsive. Thx!!

We loved our stay at your wonderful lake house!!!! Just for your information, one kayak has a leak but the others were great. We all enjoyed them so much!! Also, another note...the upstairs bed is very uncomfortable and you might want to consider changing out the mattress. All in all, We hope to return very soon for another visit. The facilities were perfect for my children and grandchildren, Thank you!

I hate to review this stay because it will make it harder to get a reservation. This was our 4th or 5th year here. We LOVE it. It is secure, clean, and no matter which house we stay in we feel comfortable. Courtland is attentive and courteous. We will be back next year.

Courtland was awesome to work with, very quick to respond when needed. The kids loved having the kayaks to use! We also rented a boat from Smith Marina and docked it right on property which was nice. Floor plan of house worked perfect for our family and guests. We will stay again!

Lakehouse is in a great spot, nice cove off busy water. Roomy property. Kitchen has basics for meal prep, but could use some additional items to ease preparation. Few wine glasses, mixing bowls, etc. Beautiful Wooden floors throughout, which I loved but it’s VERY loud (acoustic) for those sleeping on lower levels. I hate to admit it, but the mattresses+pillows are in bad shape. (This would be my main Reason for Not Returning to this property. Owners were amazing and accommodating for boat rental though and quick to respond.

This was my 2 sons and huabands birthday weekend celebration. The stay at Bolton cove was absolutely amazing. The view , the house and the property was gorgeous. We felt right at home. My children and husband loved the kayaks and I loved everything. I have never had such a relaxing vacation before. We most definitely will be coming back soon. 😊 thank you for having us.
