We had a great stay in the brief time we were at the property. Most of it was spent sleeping as we were on a long trip and exhausted. Rakia was kind and attentive, and the home was very nice. My only critiques are that the dryer didn't dry our clothes (she said she'd look into it) and there was a small clump of dust on the back master bedroom wall. Other than that, everything was great and we'll propbably stay again if we pass through Ok city.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean. The beds in the two bed room were so comfortable. We are from OKC and just did a girl stay-cay to catch up. I am very familiar with this neighborhood and I love it. I used to live one block over. It has an old charm feel on this particular small street.You just kind of have to know OKC to know it’s charm. We felt safe, we had fun. Our only draw back was that it was VERY COLD. There aren’t any extra blankets and the heat wouldn’t go above 66. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the rental company was nice.

We enjoyed our stay! With toddlers, I didn't want them going crazy in a small hotel room so this was perfect! I love that we were so close to places we needed to go. Communication was great with management and they made sure everything we needed and asked was provided. Would definitely recommend stay here.

In town 5 days for Top Club National Championship softball tournament and found this place. Met needs for my wife and I plus my twin daughters. Had to figure out a few things for air conditioner and lighting but all in all great stay. Location provided quick and easy access to highways, neighborhood was quiet.
Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Stay
The property was a good size for my family and lived up to my expectations. The house was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing that could have been better was having additional toiletries as they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, but that’s not the worst thing in the world. I absolutely loved that there were additional fans in the house as I sleep with a fan on.
It is in the north part of town but we didn’t have any issues with the area. We quickly made it downtown and to various restaurants, gas stations, and stores nearby.
Overall we had a great stay and the owners allowed us to enter the residence before our scheduled arrival time which was great beings we had young children and had been in the car for quite sometime. I would recommend this rental!

The filtered pictures of the property did not show the true condition. There was paint chipping off on a lot of the walls. The kitchen had broken floor tile. The house was remodeled but it was a sketchy remodel job. The lights would flicker for the first few minutes when first turned on. The recessed lights in the living room didn’t work at all so it was really dark in there. The laminate floor was uneven and it seemed like the support underneath was missing in some spots. The window blinds were broken. Waking up the first morning there I found ants crawling from somewhere under the bathroom sink onto everyone’s toothbrushes. Just before check in we were notified that we would only receive one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels for a family of five staying four nights. If we needed more we would have to go to the store and buy it ourselves. If the owners are that concerned about the cost of toilet paper they could just raise the rate to cover. It’s really frustrating have to go to the store for something every other Vrbo, airbnb, and hotel provides normally. The neighborhood isn’t great. Overall I would not stay again and would not recommend to anyone else.

House was located in rough area of town, passed many boarded up buildings and homes to get to the property. Description of listing does not accurately display area rental is located in and we received actual address of property 5 hours before check in time. The remodel was poorly executed to where paint chipping from walls, there is a significant moisture issue in house which I imagine was cause for every outlet to have a air freshener plugged in to help cover up odor. Additionally in some spots, the floors moved when walked across them, to the point where I did not want my kids bouncing around on them. The bathroom tub tile shows movement and is about to fall off the wall from water damage as well as moldy grout and an unstable tub floor that moved underfoot when stepped around in shower. I do feel the size of the space was accommodating for our family. The backyard is a nice addition of space. The hosts responded quick with resolution when messaged about remote issue. I did not take up my home safety concerns with the host because if they stepped foot in their property they would be well aware of issues.
I was also asked by them to provide 5 star review which seems contradicting to the opportunity to provide honest review for other vacationers. I feel a more honest review would have been beneficial to me when booking this property. Overall hosts were responsive and place was clean, it is not in a great part of town and house has some damages that could lead to safety concerns.

My 84 year old Aunt, my 74 year old Father, and myself drove 1000 miles from two each from a different direction to be with my Uncle who has Cancer. Thank goodness for the house, we were able to be together in this time of need. It was exactly as pictured. Everything at the house was great! Thanks!
