Normally, I'm always a bit sad, like this time. The flat has fully met our request. A very neat and clean room with a view of the harbour. We had an open kitchen, with all the necessary utensils. The complete furnishings were, not as is often the case, in very good condition. The bathroom was large and also very well clean. Towels and a beach towel were provided to us. For the beach we had two folding beach chairs and an umbrella. From our balcony, on the 12th floor, we had a very good view of the harbor and the sea. Since we were above a hotel, it didn't seem like we were only in an apartment. Shops, shopping center, promenade, everything can be reached in a few minutes. It is only a few meters to the beach, we were always infron of the Hilton. We are very happy that we booked here. If we are planning Hawaii again, I would want to book here at any time again.

The place overlooks the courtyard, which has live music/hulu certain nights of the week. There are several food/drink options within walking distance (central Waikiki approx 15-20min). The property itself has a great poke place and Pesca at the very top is fun for HH and has an incredible view. The rental was clean and hosts responsive.

The room was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated with a great view. The halls and the elevators were hot since no air conditioning is used in Those locations. The valet is very convenient but expensive and it needs to be prepaid at arrival. The valets are very helpful, fast and friendly. When we arrived our door code did not work and the emergency phone line would not answer. We arrived at 10pm, so it wasn’t extremely late. We received a text response approximately 15 mins later.

The property was perfect for a couple and even better than the pictures suggested. A proper shower (not in a bath), excellent kitchen and one of the softest beds we’ve ever experienced in a rental. Huge tv (Samsung) far larger than the one pictured and really comfortable lounge furniture. A bonus was the 2 beach chairs. The dining table received little use as it was so nice to eat on the lanai. Huge sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated. Only one champagne flute but plenty of kitchen crockery, cooking utensils and cutlery. We’ve stayed in the Ilikai before but this was the best apartment we’ve experienced there. The location is perfect with a bus stop at the door and easy walking distance of everything Waikiki has to offer. Mahalo.

The kitchen was well equipped and even though it did not have a dishwasher it was not a problem for us. We really enjoyed this view of the marina, ocean, pools and night lights. The large window slider spanned the whole wall opening up to the balcony making the perfect morning coffee spot. The arrangment was well thoughtout providing everything we needed.

Quick code entry at the door helped us get into the suite quickly. There were 2 nice cold bottles of water in the refrigerator that we needed and appreciated. Shower included a hand held shower head, a feature this “short” person loved. We took advantage of the oven features (including the convection setting) and found the kitchen had every basic thing we would need including coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and rice cooker. The king sized bed had a good, comfortable mattress, with a multitude of pillows to choose from. Then there was the lanai. The location of this room makes the lanai an advantageous place to sit almost all day. The sun does not hit this area until later in the day when the sun is on its way down. The sunset views were amazing and the morning rainbows breath taking. We have stayed at the Illikai Hotel previously (another Alii rental suite) and both agree this was our favourite room location because of the lanai. Room has been tastefully updated and the split A/C almost whisper quiet. If you are looking for a central location, walking anywhere from this suite is easy to both Waikiki downtown and then Ala Moana and Foodland. UBER/Lyft always in the area to take you where you want to go which we used to get to and from the airport and then coming back from Foodland with our big grocery shop. We chose to save $ and cook most days, however there are lots of restaurants in this area as well. Overall, the location supported by the awesome lanai makes this rental a 5 star choice.

We were happy to find the condo clean and bright. Of the dozens of condos we have rented, this was the cleanest. Just loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset every evening. This location is pretty quiet at night, so good for sleeping even with the lanai open. Nice big TV, and sound system. Enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the beach. Lots of towels and we appreciated the parasol and beach chairs left for guests! There is no dishwasher, but no problem with that. Overall, we would definitely return to this condo.

Everything went very smoothly

Everything was perfect . If i had any complaint at all it was the futon/couch was set up between the bed and the TV making nighttime viewing impossible… bit besides that which we worked around the place was amazing and as advertised. Will definitely recommend and renew our next year trip there!

Flowers had already been dead when I arrived and 2 light bulbs were broken. A/C panel was fallen off whenever I opened/closed curtain. A maintenance manager came to fix/replace broken light bulbs without notification when I was about to leave and tried to clean some stains on the carpet but it should be treated before a new guest show up. I would recommend this condo to my friend only if these points are improved.
