About this house rental
Situated in Kailua, this charming house for $1,039 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our 2,600+ square foot home is the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back comfort. The property has marble floors, tall ceilings, brand new appliances and stylish furnishings. The two master bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are spacious and comfortable, each with a king size bed. The upstairs master also comes with a wet bar, mini-fridge and separate outside entrance. All but one bedroom has adjoining bathrooms. The downstairs guest room and separate bathroom are both easily accessible. All bedrooms are equipped with split AC units and ceiling fans. Please note that there is no AC in the shared areas (living/dining room). Our home also includes a dining table that comfortably seats six, a two car garage with additional parking in the driveway, large TV in the living area, coffee maker, cookware and dish ware, hairdryers in each bathroom, and fresh linens and towels. The outside space is perfect for lounging. With two small tables, both well-shaded, the patio is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing brunch or romantic dinner. The pool is small and fun, great for kids. Check-In: after 4PM Check-Out: by 10AM Early check-ins and late check outs can be arrange in advance based on availability. Out of respect and consideration for our neighbors, we ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 9PM and 9AM. Please keep noise on the property, especially outdoors, to a minimum during this time. The property is also not suitable for events and large gatherings that involve additional people other than registered guests. Please note that our cancellation policy is slightly different from what is shown below: 100% refund is offered if your booking is cancelled at least 90-days before the start of your stay. **This property is a legal dwelling rented for a period of 30 days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days it is actually used or occupied**

The house is spacious and comfortable, and directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park! We were a family of seven - 3 kids, set of parents and a set of grandparents. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The backyard feels cozy and secluded with a pool great for children to play in. Kailua has many great restaurants and eateries. The beach is long and beautiful and has subdued waves great for kids. There is also a walking/bike path too. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, and the laundry in the garage was so appreciated! Each room has A/C, and two sets of keys and two garage openers were provided. Just a note, our GPS tried to take us to the wrong driveway, the correct one has a long hedge in front of the property and a black metal gate, as it shares a driveway with a few other homes. We really loved staying here and it was a great place to call home for our vacation!

We had a great time at this property and it is adequately stocked with everything you need! Wish we could've used the pool but a little cool this time of year. Katy is an excellent host and answered any question I had during our stay. Mahola!

The house was elegant, well appointed, clean, secure and equipped. While the house is across from the beach, it is isolated from main road and pedestrian traffic associated with the beach. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Great place and location.

The house is spacious and beautiful, and everything is as listed. Katy was super responsive and helpful, and we loved the neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and an amazing sunrise point. Perfect for our family vacation.

This place was ideal for our family of 8 adults. We were in town for a family wedding and this location was a short walk away from the venue. The property was very well stocked. Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Had a great stay with family during our time on Oahu. Quiet, private, location with amenities close by. The house was beautiful and a lot larger than anticipated! The AC in bedrooms was greatly appreciated at night. Would recommend!

Very nice place to stay. Close to Kailua beach and in a secure gated community which was great. All kinds of beach toys and a lot of room in the house. Katy answered all our emails in a very prompt manner. Great host!

This is a beautiful property. High ceilings, lovely kitchen, plenty of seats to dine. The rooms are a very good size and my little one loved the pool.
The host gave me plenty of info and was responsive to all my questions. The bedrooms all stayed nice and cool but the common area was a bit warmer although the numerous fans kept it comfortable.

We did not have hot water during our stay. We discovered it on our first night & I called the property manager the next morning. The handyman came by & did what he could but we still did not have hot water. He came again the day before we left but it did not get fixed. The property is lovely but the hot water issue was not resolved.

The house was more amazing than we ever could imagine. The garage is equipped with all sorts of beach items, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, snorkels, floaties. It was clean, spacious and just perfect for our family. Katy was great to work with. Definitely recommend

We all loved this house. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Kailua Park and beach right across the street and easy walking to Lanikai Beach. Also, Buzz's Original Steakhouse was easy walking distance too. Due to the weather being rather rainy during our stay the pool was not used. Plenty of beach accessories were available. Snorkels, masks, fins, beach chairs, beach towels, ice chest/cooler and a wagon to tote all to the beach. Katy was so helpful on a couple questions we had. I'd definitely stay here again! Such a wonderful 70th birthday vacation to remember.
