This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home has an open eat-in kitchen, den and master suite on the main level. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including a gas range and oven, microwave and dishwasher. Upstairs overlooks the den and has two bedrooms ( 1 king and 1 queen) that share a central bath. Downstairs you will find an oversized recreational room that leads to two additional bedrooms (1 king and 2 twins), a queen sofa bed and a full bath. There are plenty of options if you just want to lounge outdoors. The den has access to an expansive lake side deck or a screened-in porch while the downstairs rec room leads out onto a covered lake side patio with gas grill. • DirectTV Satellite with two 55” TV's • Second refrigerator located laundry room • Ice machine located downstairs • Rock Creek Marina is about 10 minutes by road and less than 5 minutes by water • Floating dock is in deep water with beautiful rock formations (see if you can find the split rock) and an open slip for mooring your boat • Gas grill located on downstairs patio

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this property with family and friends to celebrate the New Year. Sleeping accommodations and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was modern with well-appointed utensils and cookware. The fire pit was perhaps our favorite, which was especially nice after a polar bear plunge.

We had a great stay for our Thanksgiving holiday. Beautiful views, beautiful weather and a wonderful property with everything you could need. Layout of the house is great for multiple families and plenty of room to spread out! We also enjoyed the large concrete carport as it made an almost perfect pickleball court! I can only imagine how wonderful this place is in the warmer months! The only thing this place is lacking is good internet, but truthfully was a blessing as we were able to enjoy the holiday & make memories instead of being buried in our phones! Thanks for a great vacation!

The house and property were perfect for my family, we had 8 adults and one child and plenty of room, the house had everything we needed and more, couldn’t have found a better place to stay! We all loved it! Easy access to water! Boat dock also was great, accommodated our two boats without any problems, great bumpers around dock as well. My adult children and nephew loved snorkeling around the rocks looking for fish!!

Beautiful house with an amazing lake expierence. The ability to just sit on a rock couch in the water and relax was perfect. Host was responsive and pleasent. House was clean and well stocked with the basics. Our group is already planning to make this a yearly trip.

Off the beaten path for sure! Great location in the lake. Up to date and spacious. Had everything we needed for a great fishing trip to Lewis Smith. The ice maker was a small but greatly appreciated amenity! Decent fishing right off the dock. All agreed to book this place for there next trip.

This is a perfect place for friends to gather and spend quality time together. There were nine adults in our group, three couples and three individuals, and all were very comfortable with the five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Every room was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and welcoming. We prepared several gourmet quality meals (we have a professional chef in our group!) and found the kitchen adequately stocked with the equipment to prepare these meals.
Whether we were sitting around the kitchen table or around the fire pit we were pleased with the quiet and peaceful surroundings. We also enjoyed having spaces in the house on two levels for groups to engage in different activities at the same time.
This was a great place for us to get together and we hope to gather here again for more delightful times together!

This home is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. There is so much that we loved about this house. Jon was great to work with and answered any/all our questions promptly. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had mentioned to Jon that we wanted to watch the final College World Series Baseball game so he had the game on and waiting for us when we arrived! It was so nice to have a second refrigerator and also an ice maker to fill the coolers. There are no steep stairs down to the lake, which made it possible for my mom to make it to the dock. The grandkids absolutely loved the shallow water by the split rock and spent hours playing there. It was like having their own pool. Everyone enjoyed jumping off the rocks! Also, The landscaping on the entire property is just beautiful! It was our first trip to Smith Lake and everyone in our group had a great time at Split Rock Cove.

This home is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. There is so much that we loved about this house. Jon was great to work with and answered any/all our questions promptly.
