This recently renovated condo in Tahoe Sierra Pines, Incline Village, NV, has everything to make your vacation comfortable and memorable. Our single level, three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo is within walking distance to fabulous sandy beaches of Incline Village, hiking trails, Hyatt Regency Resort (Restaurants, Shops, Casino), bowling alley, skate park, creek side walking trail and the Incline Recreation Center (Indoor pool, Gym/fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts etc.). There are several non-private beaches close to Incline such as Sand Harbor Beach and Kings Beach which you can access for a fee (paid at the entrance gate). Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Championship golfing, movie theater and shopping are within easy reach too. It is the perfect getaway to explore Lake Tahoe and enjoy all that it has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, as well as great restaurants (Lone Eagle Grill), bars (Cutthroat Saloon) and coffee houses (Sierra Café). The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas and the cozy dining room comfortably seats 6 to 8. The bedrooms are fully furnished with two queen beds and two single beds, (for up to six adults/children). The high quality cotton bed and bath linens will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy making a family meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. For home entertainment, there is a 36' LED TV and Blu-ray. Both tv (no cable but Hulu and Netflix) and internet are available.There is also a small DVD selection, books and board games available if you want to stay in and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. The back deck faces greenbelt and has table with chairs. Unfortunately, HOA does not allow bbq on the property but you can use the bbq's in the common area between the buildings. Parking is available for two vehicles. Snow clearance is included and there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. Our conveniently located condo has provided us with endless adventures and relaxation. We hope it would be the perfect retreat for your family and friends too. Additional fees include Washoe County Occupancy Tax, departure cleaning fee, and damage protection insurance. Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

I appreciated how comfortable everything was. I never stayed anywhere that made sure you felt so at home. Perfect for a family trip. Looking forward to visiting again.

So, this vacation renal is right in the middle of everything. Which, I'm sure is great. But on summer nights, when it's vital to have the windows open it was very noisy. We had one girl swearing and cursing out on the porch of the building, on the phone to her boyfriend, at 2 AM in the morning that woke our kids. Now, this is NOT the fault of the property owner, but it is an issue when it's hot, no AC, and the only relief is to have windows open. There was so much good stuff about this property - tons of games, plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and shampoo and all that. The fridge is new with a nice icemaker, and the location was really easy to go pretty much anywhere. Also, unfortunately, while we were there the pine pollen or whatever that was, was in full force! What was really great, was that there were plenty of floor fans around the condo to keep the air flow. This place, would be great in the winter, when you can keep the windows closed, because the sound was great when we did close the windows, it just got too unbearable hot - like 78 degrees when we arrived at 9 pm inside the condo and that's too hot for us to comfortably sleep in.

Incline Village Summer Vacation
This property is conveniently located, and three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great for our group. I had a couple of questions before we arrived as well as during our stay and received responses. We enjoyed walking to the newly remodeled bowling alley across the street.
The photos on the VRBO website of the interior of this condo do not reflect the current state of the condo. It was cluttered/messy and needed a deep cleaning. The outdoor deck was also cluttered and messy. We were able to use the available cooler to take to the lake after we cleaned all of the sand out of it.

Everything in the description was accurate, if not better! The townhome was very clean, well-stocked with toiletries, kitchen items, and so very welcoming! It was a great location, lots of parking, and from pre to post trip, the owner was very accessible, friendly and so helpful! My favorite parts of this home was having a full bathroom for every bedroom (such a rarity), a great washer/dryer, and the fireplace was absolutely lovely! The area was quiet and felt safe. Someone even sprinkled granules all over our staircase to help with the snow! We would definitely choose to stay there again and have already recommended it to our friends!

We mostly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped. The 3 bathrooms are an added plus. It was what we expected and an excellent value. Good location. I would provide 4 stars but the parking lot was packed with snow. While there were a few light snow storms just prior to our arrival, the large storm was a week before. Clearly, the lot had not been cleared. Even as we were there, no snow removal equipment ever cleared the parking lot. That's a good 10 days after the major storm. Our vehicle got stuck in the snow and required a $200 tow truck to be pulled out. I wouldn't complain if it had been a few days after the large storm, but there was clearly no attempt by the HOA to clean up the parking lot for 10 days. I'm an experienced Tahoe visitor. A few days? Yes. But 10 days? When I brought this to the attention of the owner (who was quite responsive on other matters), he offered no tow refund and only that he would complain to the HOA. That's not taking responsibility as far as I'm concerned. His HOA problems with snow removal are not my problems and if large storms may cause issues, he should have informed us. And 10 days later is ridiculous. We needed no snow cables ANYWHERE else.

We had a very nice time. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of blankets and towels, and cozy fireplace! 1 mile from Diamond Peak! We would have loved softer pillows on the bed, and a vacation rental instruction book would have been nice. We weren’t sure how owners wanted us to leave the condo. Otherwise, we were very warm and relaxed on our stay! Thank you!!

We had a very nice time. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of blankets and towels, and cozy fireplace! 1 mile from Diamond Peak! Perfect condo for ski get-away
We are a family of five. This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for us. Each of the rooms has its own full-bath...a big plus! The kitchen was clean and well equipped for making meals. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The location was very convenient; the condo is on a quiet street, within a few blocks from the Raley's, restaurants, shops, gas stations, the Lake/beach. Diamond Peak was a 5-minute drive; Mt Rose was about 20 minutes. We reached out to the owner regarding a few minor logistical issues and he responded promptly. Overall, the condo was cozy and comfortable. We would definitely come back on our next ski trip.

Needs a little repairs to shower, lock box etc
Shower was very difficult to turn on. Lock box needs more detailed instructions. Refrigerator at times was very difficult to open. Condo was very clean and appliances were of high quality. Was affordable and well furnished.

End condo unit in th complex. And on a quiet street. Kitchen had lots of dinnerware & cooking utensils. Very nice condo.

Beautiful Lake Tahoe
Enjoyed the condo. Very nicely appointed. Kitchen well equipped. It was wonderful having three bathrooms for three people. The condo can fit more people than we had on this trip. Wish there was air conditioning. Maybe Tahoe was going through the western heat wave. I don't think it normally that hot. Also, wish their were at least 2 beach chairs. We flew in from the East Coast and we had to buy our own beach towels. Recommended to all.

The condo is very cozy and conveniently located. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a family meal.
Within walking distance to restaurants, beaches and the casino. The beds were very comfortable and I loved that each room has its own bathroom. Perfect place for a family getaway.

So glad that I found this place ! It's so nice to have 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms ! What a difference from most places. The condo is very clean and comfortable and well organized.

Fantastic stay!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was so close to everything in Incline Village, the house was clean and came with anything you may need for cooking and staying in. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a major plus! Cute and functional decor and furniture. Overall, this is probably the best place I've ever stayed in Lake Tahoe!

nice, comfortable condo
We stayed there with another family for 4 nights and we all loved it. The condo was clean, comfortable and big enough for 2 families with 2 kids and 1 toddler and it has everything we need. The house has a cute kid room with small chairs, shelves,games, our girls didn't want leave the room, play all the time, didn't bother us much. The condo is in a nice location, close to restaurants, grocery etc and also to a golf course that we used for sledding. I definitely want to stay in the future.
