It has two full size refrigerators and a separate ice maker at the wet bar. Granite counter tops and large breakfast serve island. It has a dishwasher and microwave. It has an electric fireplace. GARDEN CITY BEACH: Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. We had a wonderful time at the Sea Foam!! The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! We had 3 kids with us and it was awesome being so close to the beach with them. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus!! The area and surrounding areas were so cute and fun. We cruised around on the golf cart everyday! We would 100% recommend and return! Lovely property and a great location. Was great to have access to the golf cart. Fred and Gale were very responsive and great to deal with and any issues were addressed right away. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was the first time my husband and I were able to take our 5 kids on vacation. We would always go with my parents or my husbands parents. Sea foam and the property care people were absolutely amazing. Very hands on. We had small issues with the house when we first arrived and by the end of the day it was repaired. All the places we have stayed at and if there was ever an issue it would take days to fix or they just wouldn’t fix it at all. We had the most amazing time and it’s in the perfect location! We found our forever vacation house. I could keep going on because this was an amazing, easy experience! Fred and Gale are the best!

We loved our stay at the Sea Foam location - right across the street to the beach access, salt water pool, and lots of space. The lodging was clean, private bathrooms with every room, two refrigerators, and everything we needed. The elevator worked fine and was very helpful, and we had the option to rent a golf cart (6 seater) which we took and enjoyed. Communication was great and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with excellent beach access. Very nice property. Excellent and timely communications. Property Manager was very accommodating and responded quickly to our requests. We had access to a golf cart at a reasonable price. Two newer refrigerators and stand-alone ice maker were perfect for our large group. We had plenty of living and parking space. Pool and jacuzzi area were clean and well maintained and appointed. We have booked for 2024 and look forward to returning, Lord willing.

The property was located right across the street from the beach, which was super convenient. We loved the small town feel of Murrells Inlet but easily accessible to groceries, shopping, dining, etc. The only critique I have for the owners is to let vacationers, not familiar with the Myrtle Beach area, know up front about the NO tent policy on the beach. When I looked up Murrells Inlet on the internet, it said tents were allowed, but we got there and found out different. If we had known we would have made arrangements prior to our trip, and we wouldn’t have lugged our tents all the way there. We were also unfamiliar with having to make our own beds when we got there. Honestly, it was a headache more than anything, but I would prefer to not do that every time I came on vacation. Those were very small things and didn’t hinder my extended family from having great week. My whole family loved Murrells Inlet so I suspect we will be back.

The house was excellent! Plenty of room and amenities for a group of 12 golfers. Ideal location for our Murrells Inlet / Pawleys Island golf courses. Linen service was great. Ample parking. Did not use the elevator for fear of breaking it. Took the trash out as instructed. Used the hot tub everyday. Wish the pool was heated but that is a minor gripe and we knew in advance.

Great house with lots of space. Large kitchen, love the 2 refrigerators and ice maker. Convenient Beach access, ideal amount of parking space. Only complaints are the TV in the main common area (difficult to get the channels to change) and food storage space in the kitchen. Great house for large families.

The property was exactly as described. The process of checking in was very easy. We checked in on a Sunday and left on Wednesday. The property manager was available by call or text any time we needed anything. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Sea Foam is an incredible ocean view property that accommodated our family and family friends magnificently! Plenty of comfortable beds with attached bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and large dining seating made for a lovely trip! The house is across the street from beach access and 0.4 mi from the Garden City Pier. Communication with owner was comprehensive, but in the end check-in was easy! The only complaint is the linen service. This is an added expense to launder all bath and bed linens but it’s the responsibility of the renter to make/strip the beds. We were given an option of not having the linen service but would’ve had to bring all linens. Nevertheless, it didn’t affect the quality of our stay or the accommodations of this lovely home!

We all were impressed with Seafoam and excited to be able to spend time together. We are friends who graduated in 1959 and after 63 years are still loving any time we spend together. Being in the same house made it even better, catching up with the past and not having to return to private rooms at the end of the day. I would recommend Seafoam to any one interested in this kind of getaway. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was great and all the staff were wonderful. WE WILL BE BACK

This home is beautiful and the kitchen is well-equipped! Our family of 10 had an amazing week in Garden City and enjoyed the pool and hot tub too! We have stayed at one of the owners other properties in previous years but this was the first year staying at this home. It was exactly as described. The home is close to a Walmart for a quick trip for groceries, which was a plus for us having kids! No one wants to spend all day out grocery’s shopping if it isn’t absolutely necessary.. We enjoyed our stay- beach access was literally right across the road from the house. We will definitely be back!! :)
