With five spacious bedrooms and five and a half baths throughout the home, you and your family will more than enough room to relax. This home boasts hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen and gorgeous high ceilings. On the first floor you will find a primary bedroom equipped with a king bed, and private bathroom. On the second floor, you will find the second primary bedroom that is fixed with a king bed, TV, an en-suite bath with a double vanity and shower, and a screened balcony perfect for a night cap cocktail. We have stayed in other properties in Watercolor and this one was our least favorite. For starters, there’s a wall AC unit in the downstairs bedroom that blows “cool” air but does not blow “cold” air. The entire bottom floor doesn’t not cool down despite the remote mental thermostat always being set at 70°. My guess is they know this and thus the unit which isn’t listed obviously on Vrbo. One of the bikes had zero brakes. The w/d units work… but sound like they’re going to take off they’re so loud. The kitchen isn’t fully stocked: there are no chopping knives at all. We were chopping things with a steak knife; not efficiently stocked for cooking for 8 people. Overall, the location is great and we spent more time out of the house because it was so warm. Ideally, the home needs some T.L.C. You can’t rent at almost $10k and not have sufficient cooling in south Florida.

The house is perfectly located. Can’t say enough about the great corner lot close to everything and great porches for relaxing while still being in the buzz of Water Color. House also has a great set up for families with plenty of space and large gathering areas. The house could use a little updating with respect to things that have just been used and worn a bit too much, and the addition of a pod coffee maker would be a huge plus, but overall, when looking for a perfect beach vacation with great space and a stellar location - this house checks all the boxes!

Nice house. Plenty of room and accommodations for large family. House is well equipped and convenient location. Golf cart is handy for trips to the plaza or restaurants. Nice porches for relaxing.

This was the perfect place for our party of 12! Six kids and six adults were very comfortable and it was easy to get to beach and pool. We had one issue with the golf cart that was remedied immediately. Excellent service!

The property was great, neat and clean. The location (close to beach and Water Color resort amenities) made it ideal for the teens in the group to easily get around on bike or on foot. Food options are almost all within easy walking distance. A great place and location. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience. The house was beautiful, perfect and very clean. The staff at 360 Blue was very helpful. The first morning we found out we had no filters for our coffee maker and they ran them over that morning. Super friendly and helpful. Overall just a perfect vacation place.

We had a fabulous time relaxing with our son and his wife following his return from deployment in Afghanistan. We loved the beautiful beach at Watercolor Resort and the lazy lizard river and pool at Camp Watercolor. The house was in a great location, clean and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The golf cart was a big plus!

Great house, in a great location!! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was big enough and had everything we needed to cook and eat in. On the nights we wanted to eat, we could walk to the restaurants! It was also a short walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
